We just set up the Twilio SMS Integration.  We are on Acumatica 2021 R2.  If Acumatica sends a SMS via Twilio, and the receipient replies, how / where do I see the reply? 

We want to have a GI that will trigger notification via a Business event if a project is assigned to more than one active Restriction Group.Here are the table Relations:However, when the project is in two or more groups, it’s shown in the GI results with no groups.Please help to get it to work so that if there is more than one group that a project is assigned to, the GI shows all of them in the results. Thank you!

The situation is that we have web orders coming through from BigCommerce.  We have popup notes defined against a lot of our customers that are important to see when adding the customer to the SO.  Because the Customer is already populated when you open the SO it doesn’t pop up the notes for the Customer.  Is there a way to check if the customer on the SO has notes and pop them up?Thanks for any advice, Phil

 Is there a reason that the product doesn’t allow for a change order to be created to subcontracts directly from the subcontracts details area? We were expecting to see the add button (+) . What would be best suggested work around in anybody else experience?

Can Images in Acumatica/Big Commerce sync both ways? Currently if we delete an image in Acumatica, it does not delete the image from Big Commerce. Is this a setting that we can change?

We are four Builds behind.  What are best practices for doing Build upgrade?  Should we be doing an Build upgrade if we are four behind? 

When I create SO I can select a specific Lot/ Serial Number but I check stock that item with lot is still there I got this issue for all items with check lot on set and only when I link with the project.Please see our setup for the project as below:

I have a simple GI that pulls inventory IDs, price classes and prices.When I load this GI in Excel (via an OData link), the results sometimes contain serious errors. Many inventory IDs are repeated, and some IDs don’t show up at all. Strangely, these errors don’t occur every time I load the data. If the data contains errors, I can often get the correct data by refreshing 4-5 times. If I run the GI in Acumatica and export to Excel, the data is always correct. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Recently updated to the build 21.216.0034. It would appear there has either been some change to what triggers a ‘Product Availability’ sync request, or otherwise a related bug. In previous builds, ‘Product Availability’ record prepared of course based on update to the given inventory ID (Template, Stock, Non Stock). Expected and documented functionality. Since our update to this build last week, it appears that nearly all Inventory ID records are entering the prepare/process queue, even though the majority of those records have not been modified by any expected action (ie, sales order created, PO received, inventory adjustment, etc).  Is this a known situation? Have changes to what triggers a product availability request been meaningfully changed in this build?  Why this matters in our integration: We override the ‘track inventory’ setting for BigCommerce products that we want to allow backorder on (ie, take an order for something not in stock). I have build a report based on below: I have add below sort filter:When I run the report, the KitHeaderID is not sort numerical or Alphabetically and is all over the place:I went and look at Kit Specification and it would show the Kit in numerical order. Does anyone have an idea what I need to do in order to have it sort numerically?Kind regards,Calvin

Good morning MFG Community. I am running 22.108.0024. I am entering and Expiration date on one material on the BOM lets say 9/30/2022. I am adding a new Material to the BOM with an Effective date of 10/1/2022. My assumption would be if a create a production order with due date and start date of 9/15/2022 I should see material A on the production order details because the due date and required date are before 9/30/2022. On the other hand, if I crate a future order today for 10/10/2022. I would expect material A to drop off because of the expiration date of 9/30/2022 and the new item B to be added because of the effective date of 10/1/2022. I can not get this to work. No matter what I do, any future orders still have part A and do not show part B

Hi Everyone,I was trying to track all the deleted records on my request primary list. Using generic inquiry. I also enable the “Show deleted records” and yet upon adding on the results grid. I can't add the field name DeletedDatabaseRecord. Is there an additional need to set up to check or to add in order to include the DeletedDatabseRecord on the Results Grid ? Please see attached photo for your reference : Results Grid Relations  Tables :Thank you !! 

In the midwest weekly certified payroll reports are required with activity or without. The ones without are called and Mark as “NO Work”.   AAtrix and Acumatica only produce certified payrolls when there is activity.  Is anyone aware of a method for changing this so all reports are printed Thank you

Good day, see the attached SO import.  I have used it before and it worked to have one order with multiple lines items.  Now the scenario is importing one order per one line item.  The original file contents have changed; I did use the same columns remapping them.Any suggestions;  I have orders with multiple lines.Thank you

So far so goodHowever, when I click on the cash account I get the message:Cannot open record for editing. I’ve moved over to using Firefox with Acumatica for some of the productivity extensions (like TST) and have noticed a weird issue that I didn’t have when using Chrome.After I publish customizations, the navigation buttons disappear: Reloading, signing out, clearing cache and cookies doesn’t work. I have to complete exit the browser and then re-enter for it to reappear. When loading a page I see a lot of console errors: --“Cookie “timeStamp” does not have a proper “SameSite” attribute value. We have our production/testing tenant on the same instance, and we are wanting to enable project to test time tracking (internal projects) and also expense management.Would there be any issue with enabling in the TESTING tenant?  Will enabling in one tenant (Testing) affect our Production Tenant since it is in the same instance?   We don’t want to cause any issues with our sales team as we are configuring it and testing it.Or would it be best to do in stand-alone environment like another “Test” instance?Also, I haven’t come across any videos or training/configuration of internal projects, if you know any please let me know.  We will probably do billing against projects later but initially we will be using for tracking internal projects and time for employees on those projects. Thanks!

Good day,The attached import scenario indicates that the operation is complete.  No errors.  When I run, the import does not show any errors but it does not update the fields on the sheet.I am perplexed.  Usually it is an error with the mapping. Any advice would be greatly appreicated.Thank you@Evan G 

Is there a way in which the body of the Invoice notification can be changed depending on whether the document is an invoice or a credit memo?I am able to use the ‘type’ field where applicable (subject etc.), but the wording in the body of the invoice differs from that in the credit note:‘Please remit payment….’ for invoice.‘If you have any …..’ for credit memo. 

I am trying to make a Shared filter for open orders where the order type is one of these: (RA, RB, RE, RI, RS)I have tried many combinations of And/Or but I’m still seeing sales orders with type “SO” in my results.What is the correct way to use these operators? They are not in the documentation.  

In our system setup the Employee Time Cards do not generate GL batch, only Project Transaction.We have a situation where duplicated time cards were released and two transactions booked at the project.Question is how to delete one of the transactions to eliminate the double cost allocation?-Reverse button is inactive because GL batch is not generated (which is expected as mentioned before)-Delete button is inactive because transaction is with Released status

Hi EveryoneI am encountered a problem in dash board - cash position .Not sure why not all the cash account are capture and only certain cash account’s figure will reflected in the dashboard.
