Hi!Does anybody know why its not possible to select a credit or debit memo when the Reverse and Apply to Memo action is selected in a Receivable Invoice? The user case is that I need to increase the amount of the original invoice to increse the outstanding balance of a customer and to do that a Debit Memo should be createdThanks!

Hi All, Can you help me about my concern, this is the scenario we do After publishing a customization, Test some procedures from Purchase Order (PO) Select vendor, In Document Details when I select the InventoryID, and the error suddenly appears and it says “error occurred during processing of the field InventoryID: Error: An incorrect type of extension has been requested ”  I also checked in Stock Items and all the inventory items are active  What should I do next? Thanks

Hi guys, I’ve configured my company with the type of “with branches requiring balancing”, as this is supposed to be the setting that allows each branch to have its own financial statements. But how can I generate BS and P&L report based on different branches? Here I could only choose a ledger.Besides, is there any reports based on different subaccounts? If I use subaccounts to reflect departments and I want to see how much income every department generates, how should I do that? Thanks!

After unpublishing the customization package in one or multiple instances and again trying to re-publish, the system throws the below mentioned error exception:System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'C:\Program Files\Acumatica ERP\Administrator\.vs\Administrator\FileContentIndex\write.lock' because it is being used by another process.There isn’t any other customizations that have been published before.Can anyone please guide us out the reason of this exception message.Thank you.

I am a relatively new Acumatica user and have a question. I am wanting to set up “PLanned Start” and “Planned End” dates to match an overall Project schedule. I will then set up a Task that is tied to a Project Task that’s schedule matches the budget for that project task. ex: A cost collector project task is budgeted for 80 hours. I would assign a task to an employee that spans two work weeks in the start and due date fields of the task. So far, all of that works great. The ISSUE:On a Task that will take several days/weeks to complete will not allow an employee to submit a time card that includes task work items on a task that is not yet completed. What can be done about that? Is there a setting I need to change? Thanks!

We enter order transfers between warehouses. When we create the order, we override the Ship To Contact Account Name with a Customer Name. I have setup the Pick List to show that name on at the top. The report customization works well until multiple Pick Lists get printed at the same time. If that happens, all the pages show the same name at the top. I have tried to mimic the Shipment Confirmation setup to keep this from happening but can’t get it to work. What am I missing?Printed with 000494Printed with 000493Printed individually 

We have a client who wants the “Period to” field on the Pro Forma invoice to reflect the end of the billing month, even when the invoice date is mid-month.I’ve tried every formula and table I can think of, but haven’t found a permanent work-around. For now, I’m using the month (e.g. If month = 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 10, or 12 then 31), which will work until leap year in February 2024.Has anyone else found a formula combination that shows the month-end date?

Hello!I created an attribute with control type Selector.  I want to be able to select an employee with this attribute. I do have 1 employee. I added this attribute to the production order type.My expectation is that I can now select an employee on my production order.  However, I cannot.  The attribute behaves like it is control type TEXT.  I can type anything into the attribute value.  Also, there is no magnifying glass icon next to the value box to do a search. Any thoughts?THANKS FOR ANYONE WHO CAN HELP!!!

Since last week, one user has not been able to access Acumatica through Chrome on their MacBook.  Basically, can log in fine but then the screen is frozen on the last page I was on and there is a “spinning wheel” in the vertical menu bar area.He has been working via Safari on his MacBook or via Chrome on his iPad without any issues. My preferred way to run Acumatica is Chrome on my MacBook.

In a Project, under the Addresses tab, in the State field, users are allowed to free type data instead of only using the selector list. This misinformation is skewing our reports. How can we disable free type?  

My company is wanting to use Acumatica for forecasting.  I have read several topics that I can find on this subject but haven’t found anything helpful yet.  We are wanting to be able to put in a yearly forecast for each month.  Some months will not be the same as others;  example Jan. -25, Feb - 30, March =100 and so on.  Is Acumatica able to do this kind of forecasting?  I am new to Acumatica and have only usesd APO in the past..  I can only find where you enter 1 qty for the part code and it doesn’t appear to be taking what is in WIP or safety stock into consideration.  

Hi,I want to get the information on the applied documents to the Payments and Applications form (AR302000) to a copy of the standard report that we are customizing. The standard report is AR Register Detailed (AR622000). We have used the following relationships to get the relevant data to the report.But the data does not display in the report as expected.can anyone please assist me on getting the relevant data to the report..

We have a client on 21.208 that has the self service portal.  When I publish customizations on the portal some of their workflow customizations in their main site go away.  Specifically reports and actions that we have added to the shipment screen (SO302000) through normal workflow customizations disappear.  This requires us to republish on the live site again.Can someone confirm if this is a bug that is fixed in a newer version or build?Thanks,Kurt

Hello,I’m setting up Sales Tax Reporting and I’m getting weird results in the Calculations… possibly human error. Grand Total Lines seem to be adding themselves to other totals, sometimes twice.In this case, it’s not possible for me to use line 13 (a total, not a group) in another total in the Grouping screen. How did it get included in Calculation Rule? What am I doing wrong? Version 2022 R1.Here are my Reporting Groups. I expect group 8 to be in 4 calculations (total lines 12, 13, 14, 15) and 13, 14 to not be used in Calculation Rule column:Thank you in advance for your advice!

Hi everyone.We encountered this issue. In the Bigcommerce, If a Customer uses a Credit Card during the checkout process, we have to Override their "Default Payment" method on the sales order.  It needs to be overwritten with "AUTH NET." I just conducted a test transaction. The Customer in question has a default payment method of "ACH." But, during the checkout process I used a Credit Card. When the order synced to Acumatica, the Sales Order pulled the default payment method of "ACH." This issue gets even worse when a Customer has a Default Payment Method of "CREDITCARD" in our system. In that scenario a Customer could pay with a credit card during Checkout and then Acumatica will run their card again when the order is invoiced. Double charging the Customer.
