Has anyone else had issues with 2022R1 and how Production Orders and MRP relate? We just upgraded to 2022R1 and I am now having issues - wondering if there is a setting that changed that we didn’t catch when testing. Production order is set with a start on date of 2/27/2023. There is a PO for the item needed that is open with a due date of 1/10/2023. MRP is saying we still need to order the items with a Promise Date of 10/10/2022.  I can’t tell where MRP is pulling the 10/10/2022 promise date from. Any ideas? 

Hello.We have a customer that would like to have a fancier Report, but we face some problems.We got the attached Texture from them for the Header, i added it as embedded file to the report and used a picture box (tried panel first since i wanted picture over picture, but that ended up the same..) Now we either have 2 results:As JPG) The Image ends up getting cut-off instead of displaying the full size (which it should, since the image box is exactly as large as the image?) or two As PNG) Any idea? Fix? Anything?​​​​​​​

In our case, the supervisor would be entering the number of days that a per-diem should be paid per pay period.   The rate will be tied to the project (i.e. all employees working on the same project would get the same "per diem" amount for each day they worked).  It would be paid as a lump sum (un-taxed) total per paycheck, based on the number of days the employee worked on one or more “per diem” projects.P.S.  In our case they will be sending time entries to a third party ISV, but this could apply to a client that uses Acumatica payroll as well.Any thoughts?

Fairly certain this is not a thing, but I wanted to verify.They always create production orders from sales orders.Would like to have the same number as the ID for both documents.So if you have SO12345 and create a production order from it, the production order ID is also 12345. Unless I hear otherwise, I will assume this is not possible as standard functionality.Thanks!

After a production order is closed or completed, can you still issue additional material to the production order?  Can you enter more labor?

Building a GI that will (among other things) show whether an item on a Sales Order is Allocated. I’ve linked SOLine to SOLineSplit and I’m attempting to bring in SOLineSplit.IsAllocated field, but not getting expected results. Here are Table Relations:The allocated box on the GI is blank.But the allocated box is in fact checked within Line Details of item on the Sales Order.Here is the Results grid:Not sure what I’m missing - if my relations and data links are incorrect or if I’m bringing in incorrect field ...

I need to import Business Accounts and Contacts from the same file. In some cases there are multiple contacts in the file, each listed on a new row with the same business account information. I am auto assigning the business account ID so I do not have a unique value for two imports. I have my import scenario setup like this, the business account is created fine but no contacts are created. What am I missing.

While working through System Email Accounts, the processing of the associated emails, toying with the idea of implementing Incoming Mail Processing, I’ve come to find that, no matter the enabled or disabled features, Acumatica is keeping a copy of each account’s emails, as seen in the defined Root folder, in their entirety. Is it normal normal for the system to keep a copy of every email of each System Email Account even when it does not get linked to a Contact? Note that Incoming Mail Processing is off for all accounts. Assuming I haven’t done anything wrong, this presents a few concerns… record counts, db space usage, and security, to name a few. Anyone have any insights and or suggestions? Thanks a bundle for your support ;-)

Hi,I want to get the old value of the field when selecting the order to modify,For example :I have 60 in the field, I modified the field 3 times I put 45, 50 and 30, I just want to keep the first value 60 in another fieldwhen I enter with the purpose of modifying an input field multiple times to change, I want to keep the first value.I tried with "SOOrder_RowUpdated" but in each modification the field value takes the previous value.

Does anyone else experience extremely long load times on the new side-bars in Sales Orders screen (SO301000)?The Invoices and Memos takes 4+ minutes to populate results. While it is running, Acumatica is unusable and the computer it is hosted on goes to 100% CPU usage from the lookup.I found the GI the sidebar Invoices and Memos calls(Invoices for Sales Orders, SO3031SP) and tried to limit it to Select Top 100 records, but this had no change on the load time or system lock up. This is definitely the culprit.Any and all suggestions to eliminate this problem would be very appreciated!Note: I am testing an upgrade from 2021 R2 to 2022 R2 on a local environment tied to an SQL AcumaticaDB of recent production data. Loading… Loading… Loading...Error after load

Hello everyoneI have seen this issue in 3 different versions and builds, the current version I’ve been trying it and use is:2022 R1Build 22.110.0018 Wondering if there is a fix for that and if it happens to anybody else.When I copy a Released Cash Entry (CA304000) that has the Cleared check mark and Date information and paste on a brand new transaction, those fields copy and they should not. 80% of the time I manually uncheck it, but sometimes we forget and they show up in the Bank Reconciliation as cleared and reconciled with the wrong date. Visual-:  Thank you Wileyska

I have a need for SOX compliance to prove that a User’s account has been deactivated promptly upon an employee’s termination.  I have created a custom report from the framework of the User List Report and need to pull in the date/time the user’s account is deactivated OR date/time a user’s role is removed.  I have auditing turned on for these, but am not sure how to relate the audit values with User’s table.  Any ideas? 

Hi All, I am currently wondering if there is a different way of making Employee records available to show in the Employee selector box. I know that Workgroup members can select their fellow teammembers. Our use case is that the Purchasing Team needs to assign an Owner of the PO different than their Group. It can be anybody within the organization.  As they are not using the complete Request, Requisition, Order process this would not pull over. Any suggestions on how to effectively manage this by not creating a Workgroup with all Employees that needs to be maintained every time a new Employee is hired?

We are looking at changing our warehouse location naming convention. Is it possible to rename current locations in bulk? Or will we need to transfer products to new locations?The former would be preferable so we don’t have thousands of unusable locations stored in the warehouse in Acumatica.

I want to restrict some users from creating purchase order receipts in one warehouse, but be able to do it in a different warehouse. I still want them to be able to see inventory levels and other info about the restricted warehouse.  Is there a way to do this? Restriction groups would restrict them completely.
