Hey everyone, Does anyone know why the Delete/Add SalesPerson on the order is grayed out?I’ve tried to look everywhere for ways to change it but I failed :( I’ve tried it with an Admin account with full access and the issue persisted regardless if the order is Open or on HoldIf you guys know how to enable this, it will be much appreciated.

Hello - I am trying to add this Financial Period Parameter to my Dashboard, but the Widgets do not appear to be updating based on the month selected. Is there something more I need to do to my GI or filter settings on the Widget? Below is how I added my Fin Period:

Hello,I searched for this and couldn’t seem to find an exact hit.I’d like to duplicate the ‘default Sales Person’ from the Commissions tab on the sales order to the Header so that Sales Reps can see, overtly, who is being defaulted (and change it if necessary) at the header level instead of the Commissions tab.Is this achievable?Cheers,k2

Hi,  Once we close and open the project balances. This Raw material values is not showing in project Level.There are Few questions. (01). What are the double entries, when Raw material(Stock Items) transfer to Project site?(02). Why Those work order Stock Items(Raw Material) transfer to Project?

We are getting this error doing any search on all tenants on the server and if you hit Transactions and Profiles tab or Help Topics tab we get an error. works on Menu items and Files. No matter what we Search

Using versions 2021 R2I am creating an AP Register for a custom process. I altered the AP Register to remove unneeded fields. Then added the AP Tran Table so that I can add the account and Subaccount.  It is however reporting two lines and the second line contains incorrect account and subaccount.  I know it likely has something to do with the join but I cannot figure out what elements I need to use to get this correct. I could not add the .rpx file, so here are some screenshots.

We have a P&L report in Acumatica where we have a column that calculates the percent of budget used. This column works for all lines except totals that add/subtract more than one line. The only reason I could suspect this is happening is because the system runs the line calculation after the column? I’m not entirely sure. I have tried creating an additional line that points at the total line but unfortunately it still does not calculate. Any thoughts?

One of our clients wishes to mass create different versions of the same report in Acumatica, and then have those versions saved in pdf format on their local machine. For example, under Bank Rec, they would like the Reconciliation Statement report to be able to generate the last reconciliation statement for each bank account and then have that file saved to a pdf to their workstation. I did some review and I’m not sure if this is possible without some type of customization. The automation schedules seem to be more focused towards posting transactions than creating reports. Any ideas or 3rd parties that anyone knows that could do this?

Hello, recently we upgraded from 2020 R2 Build 20.208.0031 to 2022 R1 Build 22.109.0023, so in this process we had some custom tables with fields without USR prefix, so we created new fields with USR prefix and published the package, we are able to successfully overcome that issue, we actually followed this link https://www.sprinterra.com/blog/users-fields-in-acumatica-erp-blog-sprinterra/. Is there a way to view profit margin on a per sales order invoice?  It seems Acumatica generate 2 distinct transactions upon release.  1) record the AR/sales side of the transaction 2) the Inventory/COGS side of the transaction.  Any way to put these two together on 1 report?Thanks,

We are looking to manually enter (ideally import/upload) allocation amounts for a Landed Cost entry. Does anyone know if this is possible?We have been unable to identify a method to enable the field through a Customization Project, or utilize an import scenario to bring in the externally calculated allocation amounts.  

I’m working on converting our costing method and testing the results in a test system, but I’m running into interesting results. So I’m looking for some recommendations on what we should do or what could be causing these issues?I have issued out 100% of our inventory so that our inventory balance and valuation are 0 on both reports. But our trial balance is showing values in multiple inventory accounts.I have closed/cancelled out all production orders that were in a  “In Process” status. I would expect this to bring all WIP accounts to $0, but again multiple accounts are showing values in there. Since I believe all of these accounts should be at $0 now should I clean these up and bring them down to $0 or am I missing something? I can’t tell exactly when these accounts stopped matching and I’m wondering if they were never tied out correctly from our go live.  Thanks for any help.
