What is the expected functionality of the Shipstation integration? I Have installed the customization, connected the two software within Shipstation and started to set up the Shipstation configuration in Acumatica. Im having trouble getting the orders sent over to Shipstation. What has to be set up in Ship Via? Does a carrier need to be set? I have gone through the user guide sent over from kensium, but still cant get the order sent over. While the Shop for rates functionality be available with this connection. I can’t find any valid resources to provide me with this information. Can you help?

How does the currency rounding limit work? The format is kind of confusing. Can anyone explain the format for this field and what it does?

My company is new to Acumatica.  I looking for the ability to track activity in the system, for example.  If someone on our team was to add a new tax code, inventory item or customer etc.  Is there a place in the system that will tell me when it was done and by what user?

We want to prevent our sales team from using the feature to correct or modify an invoice.  Can we do this in the Security area?  Where? How?  Any help is greatly appreciated. 

We are new to Acumatica, we still have not gone live yet and in the processes of learning the processes before we go live.  Question is, we have multiple salesmen that will be creating sales orders and will be marking for po several line items at times.  When a vendor has minimums or if we can get quantity breaks, common practice is to compile a few separate sales orders into one purchase order.  When a few sales orders are marked for po, can those line items be added to one purchase order to one vendor instead of sending several purchase orders, which will not give us the minimums or price breaks needed?

Hello, Not entirely sure why Acumatica did this, but I was curious about whether or not the identifier field for states could be expanded to two characters. 1 character gives you 26 alpha (less pre-defined) and then 10 int. I know you can use symbols as well but these don’t work well with API/middleware. Just wanted to gauge if this would be feasible or if anyone has done it in the past. 

Hello Gang, I am trying to hide 3 buttons of Acumatica as I have added 5 custom buttons to either replace or add more functonality. Out of these 3 Acumatica buttons 1 (releaseFromHold)  is created by acumatica in Base Graph and the other 2 (approve and reject) in one of Acumatica’s own graph extensions. Using RowSelected event I’m trying to hide these 3 buttons. My code hides the one from the base graph (releaseFromHold) but the other two (approve & reject) remain visible. Why? I am working with a customer who has multiple tenants. We are doing projects using ODatav4 to pull data to a third party tool. This is working fine for all of the tenants except one. As far as I can tell, the only difference is that this tenant has an ampersand in the name. So the name is, say, “AB&C Corp”. We know to replace the space with “%20” but we cannot seem to get the URL correct for the ampersand. The thing is, we get no error message via Postman or other tools, it says the status is “200 OK”… but no data is returned at all.I have tried several versions of the URL:https://xxx.acumatica.com/odatav4/AB&C%20Corp/$metadatahttps://xxx.acumatica.com/odatav4/AB%26C%20Corp/$metadata https://xxx.acumatica.com/odatav4/ABC%20Corp/$metadata  None succeed. That third version gives a 404 Not Found response. The other two come back with the OK response.Like I said, we have lots of tenants and they are all working properly. I suppose it could be a setting somewhere that got overlooked

I am new to Acumatica ERP Development have started T190 Quick Start in Customization 2022 R1 , In this process downloaded sample source code from Acumatica GitHub, but when as per instruction trying to Build the application getting bellow error. We have a shared filter (which has been present for 6-8 months+) all of a sudden have a default quick filter added to it?  I’m guessing an employee was on the shared filter and some how saved the quick filter.  Any ideas on how to get rid of it without removing and re-adding the shared filter?  I would prefer not to re-add the shared filter because it will go to the end of all of the shared filters and we want this one to be first on the list.  The quick filter is showing up for anyone that clicks into the GI.We are currently running 2021 R2 Build 15.

Has anyone been able to export Attributes on a single line?  So one line per record.  I am only able to export attributes resulting in one per line attribute.  So if I have one record with 4 attributes I get 4 lines to export per record.  Thanks 

I have created a GI to capture cases closed this week that have an attributes field selected to send a survey. The GI is rendering correctly.I have an email notification with a business event that fires when a record is inserted.  I want to track the email to the case when it is closed, and when I add the ((CRCase_noteID)) to the Link To Entity field, the email activity tracks to the case, but it sends twice. If I remove the ((CRCase_noteID)) Link to Entity, it will send the email once, but doesn’t track it as an activity to the case. 

Hey there -  Upon reconciling our AP balance sheet account.  For the first time, we are having a discrepancy. We noticed that starting in March, there are bills that got posted to AP but not to the GL.  They were coded and treated the same as all the other ones.  These bills have been paid and everything and still haven’t hit the GL.  Anyone know of this issue and why this could be happening?

Hello-I am working with the workflow engine and I feel like I hit a wall. I need the ability to house multiple workflow variations based on order type. OOTB only has 7 based on core order types, not the extended order types. I have a requirement to handle 20+ order types and I am trying to stray from having to house all those workflows in one workspace for obvious reasons. So my options are as follows.. are any of these feasible and if so, how?Update the workflow-identifying field to something else Add additional order types to the list to be able to configure Create a customization project where a workflow is created for each order type and each action, transition, and state requires the order type to be exclusive of the others. What are the recommended steps, and the sequence to follow in applying them, to change from Standard Cost to FIFO. Are there any tax or compliance issues to consider when making this change?

We are experiencing a major problem this morning where we are prevented from adding any stock items to production orders.  Please see the screen shot below.  We cannot enter any items into any production orders under any op id.  We get the error message indicated.  Anyone know what corrective action needs to be taken to stop this?  It has never happened to us before. 

Please can anyone help me with this issue?I have this customization project, but I’m facing this problem when clicking on Workflows. How can I check if this error is code or database related and then fix it? The issue just happens to this specific screenID, I can open normally the Workflows for the other ScreensThanks
