Hi All, I am having an Issue where I want to have a more detailed Inquiry that is still referencing back to a normal Transaction such as a Sales Order or Shipment. I basically started out and created copies of the Sales Order and other Inquiries, made my changes for Fields and Conditions and exposed it to the Mobile App.Now, I run into the Issue that it is barely showing a very limited Result Screen rather than the Sales Order, the Shipment or others.Please see below for Screenshots.The issue is that major functionality such as editing or taking actions on the Transaction is missing.Does anybody have an idea on how to fix this? Any Settings I am forgetting on the Inquiry Creation itself?Inquiry “Result”Native Sales Order Inquiry “Result” 

What is the procedure for loading historical trial balances? Can you load the most recent TB and load the historical TBs at a later time? 

In Generic Inquiries, we can use Aggregate Functions & Grouping to sum values based on similar key fields, which is a great feature to present summarised data.Is there a similar way to aggregate rows with the source schema tables in Report Designer? It appears that ‘groups’ in Report Designer refers to grouping sections, and does not appear to perform any aggregation.

We have two item classes, REG and FTCCDevice.  REG belongs to Branch 1 with a specific set of GL Accounts and Subaccounts (via Posting Class) and FTCCDevice belongs to Branch 4 with a different set of GL Accounts and Subaccounts (via Posting Class).  The branch assignment is defined on the Warehouse.  Is there way to make this work without having to set up a warehouse for each item class?

The button enable creation of a service management sales order.The service management sales order is as follows; Opening the sales order;How do I get the  STATUS and ORDERNBR of  service management sales order created to be displayed on Servce order screen on the Details Line on my custom fields i.e SOStatus(UsrSOStatus). also have another custom field as SONumber(UsrSONumber).Kindly Assist.ALL RESPONSES WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED.

Hi, I have a customization project which has been developed in my Local instance of acumatica erp. now I need to deploy this whole customization project in a different acumatica ERP in the cloud. How can I do this?Once I tried this using import option in the customization projects but it didn’t allow me to do because of exceeding the size. below screenshot for the reference.Is there any other way to do it? Hello, We recently implemented acumatica.We now need a way to extract invoice and sales data to send once a day to different integrators.The files need to be in different formats such as csv, pipe delimited and/or tab delimeted.The files need to be sent the files via FTP or SFTPThe extraction needs to be scheduled to run automaticallyThe extraction needs some logic to send only incremental data (new invoices or sales orders since last execution)

I apologize if this is a duplicate- I tried finding if this topic already existed- if so, please redirect me. However, is it possible to fulfill a sales order by doing an over the counter and a drop ship under the same order? When I do sales order- it assigns shipping labels to all of the items, however, if I do over the counter, I don’t get shipping functionality. Much like the ability to split shipments by date, I need to be able to split it by “Ship Via”.This might even be canned functionality that I don’t know about. I’m a little newer to the order processing side of the system. Any ideas would be great!

I’m using PXReportRequiredException  to open up a report from a button on a screen. I would like to open the report to the where the user can enter the parameters instead of the preview. I don’t want to pass the parameters to the report because it doesn’t make sense in this context.Is there a way to do that?

As you know from 22R1 , CodeRefactoring of LSSelect done and now we have extension classes for Line Splitting and Item Availability. But we are not able to implement them fully as facing issue with creating custom object and call functions or methods.Also while showing fields on line details for preassignment not able to show location and serial number on grid. Please help .

We have two companies in Acumatica, but both use the same bank account. We have created two cash accounts (one representing each company) in Acumatica, both using the same GL account but different branches/companies. Are we still able to use the bank reconciliation feature?I would expect both bank recs to have a large difference but should net each other out (in a perfect world) once fully reconciled - However seems like the reconciling task will get confusing/complicated as you are not sure whether a transaction is truly missing (& requiring a payment/invoice) or whether it was posted to other company. Does anyone run bank recs in a similar situation? Does it work for you?Or should we go down the path of opening a separate bank account for each company account?

Hi Community,I just can’t get the upload feature work properly in the Weekly Crew Time Entry.When it reads the upload file all fields are ok except date and time, I did numerous tests changing the format of these fields but still Acumatica can’t process it and so I have to manually enter them which is time wasting.Are any of you successfully using this feature? Can you share a working upload file so I can test and try to figure out where my setup is wrong? Thanks in advanced,Abel

Hi, We are new to Acumatica and operate a Cow Hide processing plant. During the production process there is leftover flesh that accumulates in our warehouse.  We typically send the excess to a nearby plant, however, that plant is not accepting the material.  This byproduct is left over "trimmings"  from the production process and there will not be a PO to a vendor because it is a waste product of the hides we purchased from vendor(s). I created a Non Stock item, that requires a shipment. The issue is in the GL Accounts section.  My best guess is that I should leave the PO Accrual Account empty or connected to the expense account of the warehouse.  Please let me know if there is a actual  solution.  

When trying to setup an approval map, i noticed that under the customer entity it is missing a field that would be nice to have….”Price Class”. Does anyone know if it is possible to add this field to the list of values that appear here:​​​

Hi, we are testing to upgrade to 2022 R2 and if there is =NULL in the GI parameter, it is giving an error. But in our 2021 R1, this works. In the example below, I have the =NULL in the branch so it shows all results (not auto fill branch) then be able select what Branch we would like. This is in 2021 R1In 2022R2, I get the error below. If I remove the =NULL completed, it auto fills in with a branch. Does anyone know how to fix this so the parameter starts out blank, then we can select which we want? 

Is there a way to find out the quantity reserved?  For example, if Sales orders are not completed yet then is there a quick way for Inventory staff to identify the quantity being reserved for any particular items?  Or the same thing applies to stock transfer from the main warehouse to the retail stores; How do we find out the quantity in transit.?  Thanks...

Working on creating a shipment cut GI, and I would like to know how I would add a condition that only shows me lines that SOShipline.Orderqty does not equal the SOshipline.Shippedqty.  In other words I don’t want to see if an order was shipped complete only the ones where the ship qty does not equal order qty. Thanks

We have a Shipment that we had a picklist generated for. The Picker did NOT pick the item in question. The Shipment however shows it as being shipped out. Why? And how do I prevent this going forward?  Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I’ve created an inventory item and set-up all options/features to make the “NonStockReceiptAsService” checkbox visible in the UI.Now, I’m trying to update this field via the PUT REST API call to no avail. If I inspect this element, it appears to be defined by the field name “NonStockReceiptAsService” but that is ignored in the PUT/update and it is not acquired/visible via the GET API call.Hoping for more information about how to actually set this value programmatically as it only appears to be accessible via the UI (which is not ideal in an integration situation).  Added:
