How can I modify the User Report or Create a GI to include Active Directory Roles by User? Currently only Roles for Native Users show up or Overridden Roles for Active Directory Users.

hi, have anyone face similar issue before? This issue happens randomly. The selected item in MRP Display is different from the create dialog box. If the planner have to process many items, it can easily lead to mistakes.

Hi all, I have a question and I will give you a scenario about our project: I would like to seek for your expertise and advise about my project - Gasoline Station with 3 Stores(1. Fuel,     2. Services/Repair    3. Mini grocery)  The customer's due from the 2 stores (Services / Repair and Grocery) were being paid in advance by the 3rd store (Fuel). Ex. I have a customer who purchased from the Grocery, and availed Fuel and Services / Repair as well, technically there were 3 invoices from my 3 stores. What I’m doing is that I will get a cash from my Fuel store and pay the due of that customer to my Grocery and Services / Repair. So I will close the invoices from the 2 stores by using the Mode of payment - Advances from Fuel. But I will still send Statement of Account to the customer showing his/her due from my 3 stores but the payment should go to Fuel alone since Fuel store already pay the customer balance from 3 stores in advance. It looks like the Pricing on the children is multiplied by the number of operations on the BOM.  Not sure if this an product Issue or system configuration.  

Hello,I’m currently trying to execute an action where when the button is pushed, it will look at the current employee selected on the service appointment, go to that employee (where the default workgroup id exists), and then once that record is found, I use the defaultworkgroupid to pass into a second pxselect to find all employees that share the same default workgroup. I then run the foreach loop to add them to the appointment.However, I am getting an error (see below) where the type is not correct. I have a custom table which I have made available to lookup in the Related Entities field on the Task screen CR306020. I followed the tip at this post https://www.acumatica.com/blog/extending-the-related-entity-dropdown/ and was able to get my custom table to show up in the Type drop down list.  The lookup on the Entity opens the correct window and I am able to select my record.  Great! Click the lookup on the field and select Opportunity For ImprovementClick the lookup on the Entity and select the record:Then,So far so good.  When I click OK, the field remains blank.If I save the record and go back to it, then click the lookup on the Related Entities field, it looks like the values are stored with the record as they are pre-populated on in the popup window, they just aren’t displaying on the screen.Also, if I click the Pencil icon, it opens my Opportunity for Improvement screen at the correct record.I’m thinking that there is some logic in the presentation layer that is not able to di

We have two attributes tied to configurations. We would like to display the value of the attribute in the invoiced line item inquiry. The inquiry is working except that there are two records generated for the invoice lines with configurations. I’ve tried various join types and can’t get the inquiry to return one record per invoiced line. Hey all,Our users have noticed that entering a partial serial number in the main search field doesn’t return an equipment record on the Transactions and Profiles tab, but entering the entire serial number will. The partial serial number can be searched on the Equipment screen no problem.Just wondering if there’s a config option or something to enable that in the main search?Thanks!

Wondering how to use the TestConnection on a few different screens,  the behavior seems the same for them all.    Filling in a form with valid data,  will then invoke TestConnection.   From the UI, sure the respective dialog box  appears.  But the test code, not sure how to handle it.   Meaning nearly immediately an exception is thrown. I’ve tried with:ctpSetup.TestConnection();ctpSetup.TestConnection(true,"Successfully Connected to ClickToPay Server");    While the exception text is: ex.Message == “Long operation failed, did not start or resulted in a redirect, timer control is not available”   Not sure how to invoke the TestConnection() as it is a void, could understand if it allowed chaining some kind of Wait, but as a void…  Sure there is something i’m missing…  Couldn’t find anything the the TestSDK.pdf, the discussion forms here,  or anywhere covering this…  Is there a better more specific forum for the TestSDK? Thanks in advance.

Scenario:We want to create returns via REST APIs. We have published a customization package for this. Technically, this is how the customization package works:Creates a blank RC order Trigger SalesOrderAddInvoice action to add products from the invoices Update RC with relevant quantitiesThe above process works for the first RC.Any further RC creation from the same invoice throws the below error:"The return quantity exceeds the quantity available for return for the related invoice line <INVOICE_NBR>. Decrease the quantity in the current line, or in the corresponding line of another return document or documents <RETURN_NBR> that exist for the invoice line." This is the similar error we usually see on Acumatica UI when adding the same inventory from an invoice.  However, we can create the RC from the UI by modifying the quantity. Question:Is there anyway to fix this issue? We are on Acumatica 2022 R1. Regards

I’m trying to set up a one step reviewer.  A/P Clerk creates the bill and I approve it.  But they are still able to release the Bills on their own and I don’t know what I'm missing.    

We want to come up with a way to receiving inspection without purchasing additional add-on software.By default, our PO receipt comes in with a status of “Hold”.This could work if the user ID that enters the receipt does not have rights to change the status.While assignment maps do allow you to select PO Receipts, status is not one of the criteria you can use for the rule. Has anyone any suggestions on how to keep the user who enters the receipt from being able to take the receipt off of hold?  We want the inspector to take it off of hold. Or any other way to process receiving inspection without buying more software?

We are trying to wave and batch pick thousands of shipments per day. The system will not allow us to print the labels until the shipments are confirmed, so we have a business event running that will autoconfirm the shipments after they have been picked. This allows the picker to print the labels and packing slips directly after they have picked. The issue is the confirmation takes 30-45 seconds or more per shipment. so if we are batch picking 25 orders with the same product on them, it takes 10 minutes until the labels can be printed. There has to be something we are missing here - confirming a single shipment manually only takes a couple of seconds. We are using out of the box Stamps.com integration.

Hello all, in my local instance (Acumatica 2021 R2 Build 9.009.0001.1 [21.209.0034]) I want to generate a prod-order. The checkbox "Mark for Production" is set. However, when executing "Create Prod. Orders" the error appears: "Error: An error occurred during processing of the field InventoryID: Object reference not set to an instance of an object...". I have been roped in to helping configure a current cloud install of Acumatica, and frankly, I’m out of my depth. I have a technical background, but have not used or configured any similar software.I thought that a good approach would be to start with a local installation on my Windows 10 Machine. I use it for video editing, so it’s quite well equipped. That would allow me to play with the company's data set safely in a sandbox. It would also allow me to work my way through Acumatica training guides (A150 looks like a good one to start with).My first question concerns which version of Acumatica to install. The company is using 2021 R2 (Build 21.210.0030), and the A150 lesson seems to need 2022 R1. Do I need to install both versions (one to run A150 lessons, and one to play with the company’s data set)?I decided to start with the download of ERP 2021 R2 Update 4 from the Acumatica site, but it seems to be an earlier version (21.204.0055) than the one we’re running in the cloud.
