Howdy all,Looking for some input on an import scenario that isn't updating a Base Price UOM value at the Item Class level (even though that’s the mission of this import scenario)The import scenario appears to run successfully but the data are not updated.The business mission is to update the Item Class Base/Sale/Purchase UOM values to match a specific Item Base UOM value. In the screenshot you can see that the goal is to update the Item Class that starts with "350MISC" such that its Item Class Base/Sale/Purchase UOM values are set to "LB" rather than "EA".The screen shows that the import was successful but the Item Class UOM values are not being updated.What’s a good way to troubleshoot when the scenario returns a successful result, but the field isn’t updated?  Also, maybe this import scenario is too abbreviated and perhaps this is the root cause: Any pointers would be great. 

I am not that experienced with Acumatica so this may be a straight forward task.I have about 2000 guest user accounts that I need to assign a new role to. After a few hours, I couldn’t find a great way to do it in either the UI or via the Rest API. Can someone point me in the right direction? I appreciate it!!!

Hello everybody,Acumatica provides us a such a useful feature as snapshot creation.Working with multiple customers in many cases we have to create full snapshots from large production databases.Is there any way to create such snapshots within certain period of time, say for the last week?The following post Custom Snapshots Configuration describes *.esc XML configuration files that can be used to do that for a limited number of tables, but how can we do that for a whole database? Thank you!

Hi,I have a question about GI result sorting. There is a system default GI AR-CustomerSummary, Screen ID AR0008DB, attached screen shot for the detailed GI setting. Currently the AR is grouped by customer account, and i would like the result to sort by “Balance” descending. The result seems to not showing the sorting as i expected, please take a look and let me know which part is doing wrongly. Thank you.

Hi!  Does anyone know how Acumatica updates the 1099 forms and information each year?  I can’t find any documentation on this process.  

I have been asked if there is a way to have the filters selected for the Default and Item Status set to True and Active by default as this is what the person using this screen has to do each time they open it.  I don’t believe it’s possible to alter those fields programatically or get the screen to remember what they were set to.I thought maybe having the underlying query that the grid uses changed to use values in fields defined at the top might work.  I’m not sure how to update the query used for the details for the grid though. Is this possible and are there any examples of how to go about it?Thanks for any help,Phil

We use Landed Cost.  We need to allocate freight charges over several purchase receipts.  Our suppliers will aggregate freight charges from several shipments and add the freight charge to just one invoice.  If we use landed cost and add the aggregated freight charges to the one purchase receipt, the cost of the items on that one purchase receipt are inaccurate and distorted.  Is there a way in the landed cost system to add a freight charge to a few fully received purchase receipts to better spread the aggregated freight charges? 

Is there any guidance on best practices for user profiles?  I have a number of users that are no longer with our company and we have disabled them.  I am wondering if there are any ramifications to deleting the user accounts to keep data cleaned up.  I’m thinking this is a twice a year type activity, run a report and any users that have been disabled since they are no longer employed, their user profile would be deleted.  Anyone have experience with something like this?

Hi All,I am creating Physical Inventory Types and run into an issue where not all my location can be selected within the Locations Table. Our warehouse have 279 locations and seems like system is only able to take 200 locations at a time. Does anyone have a solution on how to increase the limit so I am able to include the whole warehouse in one Physical Inventory Types instead of breaking it to 2 parts?Kind regards,Calvin

We would like to see the ability to report prior period WIP reports that include open commitments and change orders by period.  Another way of saying this is period sensitive reports for POs and COs.

Does anyone know of a way to format a date in report designer as follows:10th October 2022I can get the date, month and year correct, but not the ‘th’.Is this possible? 

Dear ALL,I created Generic Inquiry using “Customer Listing” table. But when I pressed “VIEW INQUIRY” to see the result it gave error “Invalid object name 'CustomerBalanceSummary'.”I am aware that ‘CustomerBalanceSummary’ (DAC) is a Non existent DB  table in Acumatica. Can anyone let me know which DAC shall i use to show the “Balance” field of Customer Screen in GI.My Acumatica Version is : 22R1 [22.108.0024] Please follow the below screenshot for reference. I have created numerous service order types for all of my customers but now I would like to delete of them for each customer I have. It would take too long to delete them one by one. How do we delete Service Order Types tied to a customer in one shot? Could it be done via an import scenario? Also, how do I add more than one service order type to a customer in one shot using an import scenario? I know how to add one type to all customers but how do you add 3 or 4 types to all customers at the same time?  How do I adjust my import scenario for this? 

Dear All,Our business case is we will deliver material to the site and after finishing the installation, we will calculate the actual quantity of material to issue an invoice to the customer. The actual material quantity is less than the budget quantity.Current process:Set up a warehouse called Pending Sale and use order type TR on Sales Orders, transfer material to Pending Sale warehouse with a specific location linked to a specific project. (Each project has 1 location in Pending Sale warehouse) after finishing the installation, use order type SO on Sales Orders with actual quantity to issue an invoice.Issue: On Project PM301000, we can't track how many materials we already delivered to the site (TR or SO historical transaction).Question: do we have any function on Project that allows us to create a delivery transaction and it can be shown on Project PM301000 tooThanks in advance,Yên Chi

Is it possible to make a GI (or ideally, a dashboard tile based on that GI)  sensitive to the value in UserPreferences.DefBranchID?(I reckon that if there is no value in UserPreferences.DefBranchID, this requirement, ideally, would be ignored)I have tried to edit the filter on the dashboard gadget but the 'Value1' field doesn't allow me to pass through a dynamic field such as UserPreferences.DefBranchID - it only allows me to hard-code a certain value.Perhaps there is another way to go about this.Or perhaps this related Community Idea is as far as we can get. It would just be handy if we could retrieve the value for the User’s default branch and show them the data for that branch.  

Our client has requested to issue them multiple invoices in one sales order based on the payment method they have provided.Scenario:ABC Company ordered to XYZ Company 10 pcs of keycards, 100pcs of lockset, and 6000 pcs of Dustbox for ANSI Strike. Payment Terms as follows:For 50% downpayment - No shipment of stock items but with issuance of Invoice for downpayment If 80% of payment were collected - Sales Team will start to prepare to ship out the items that will create shipment on the system, update inventory issuance and issue new invoice for all items less the 50% downpayment For remaining 20% collectible - This will be reserved for retention - No shipment but with new invoice tagging the Sales Order reference.Is this possible in Acumatica? Any tips and advise for this kind of transaction?

Hi,I want to copy field Invoice Note in Invoices to Sales Orders and whenever this field is updated in Invoices, the field in Sales Orders should be updated with same value.What happen in my mind: create a custom field in Sales Orders, then implement Event Handler FieldUpdated of the field “Invoice Note” set value for custom field.However, I don’t if it is possible and how to set value for custom field in Sales Order in Event Handler.Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
