Hello Everyone,I am working on enhancing some of my older projects and simultaneously I am updating my codes from BQL to FBQL for better readability and using some new functions of FBQL. I have come across a piece that I have used IsNull<,>. I am wondering how can I use IsNull in FBQL.Below is the piece of code I have converted to FBQL (the BQL version was working fine) I tried using “Use<>” before “IsNull<>” to mix use BQL with FBQL but didn’t work either. Is there a setting in purchasing that will not allow a cost to be received at x% higher than last cost?  Say last cost is $100 and we want to allow only 10% difference, so any unit cost over 110.00 is error.

I’m needing a detailed general ledger for all accounts and all transactions for an entire year to present to our auditors.  The transactions for period report keeps timing out.  The best I can do is run the report by quarter.  Any suggestions?

Good day Could someone please indicate if this type of product is available in South Africa. We queried this from our seller and he they indicated the following: “We are waiting minor changes for the AI engine to work as we have experienced a challenge with the process in S.A. due to the date format S.A. use compared to US. US work on month day year and SA work on day month year. This is causing error for SA currently. We are monitoring the update to the AI engine frequently as we have other clients also interested in this functionality. This module is currently only available in US and Canada.” I am no developer, but this does not seem to me as a problem because I am able to edit the date format on Acumatica. So why can't the AI also take this into account. We could really use a product like this to cut our AP Billing time as we do a lot of transactions and is wasting time if it can be done quicker and more efficient. Are there any South African companies that may be using something s

Hi All, one of our customers is wanting to integrate with Amazon in the UK, the native connector is not currently certified for Amazon UK but the customer has Shopify. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with one of the apps at all? I take it shopify gets the amazon order, syncs to acumatica, acumatica processes the order and it does the reverse back to shopify and amazon but any info from people with experience would be appreciated. ThanksMatt

Hi All,I am looking for some guidance on timing for specific BOM items and other data to have it all feed into MRP appropriately to generate a production schedule. If anyone has experience with this and wants to give input on where to put different data points in or where to pull a schedule from, I am more than happy to have conversations about the process and best practices with using Acumatica. I am in the beginning of setting up the process and want to make sure this happens correctly the first time (or as close as I can get to correctly). Thanks!

Hello, The company I work for DES is upgrading their Acumatica from 2021 R1 to 2022 R2.  We currently have a Sandbox setup for testing purposes and we are having a strange issue with the Invoice form. We had NO issues WHATSOEVER on 2021 R1.  Now all of a sudden on 2022 R2 the Invoice is duplicating every line item on certain invoices that are using UPS as the shipper (best I can tell so far).  I went over the ENTIRE FORM, every join, every filter and I am 100% sure not one single thing changed in this form.  It just SOMEHOW picked up an issue with 2022 R2 and I have no idea as to WHY? I looked through almost 300 invoices trying to find a pattern to when this is occurring and out of all of the invoices I found a total of 5 that seem to be effected by the strange behavior.  This is only occurring in NEWLY CREATED Invoices as well (meaning created on the Sandbox).  Any historical invoice looks and prints properly.    Here is a picture of the issue at hand, if you look at the line items th

Hi all, If an AP bill is created in error via payment of Payroll Liabilities, it appears that the liabilities do not regenerate if the AP bill is voided or reversed. I wanted to confirm this is proper functionality before relaying that to the client. Any thoughts on this? Thanks!

I have a Generic Inquiry that will display the Box Size and Qty used by month for the current year. In the Results grid I have am using SOShipment.ShipDate_Month as the Month field. Hi,I have a client that records their revenue to a deferred revenue account right away. I was able to create an allocation rule that works. However, the client uses several revenue accounts that might be different for each project. I tried setting up all the accounts in one allocation rule. However, when I run the allocation, only one revenue account needs to be allocated but the allocation rule duplicates the allocation for the other G/L accounts and I don’t want that to happen. When the allocation is run it’s supposed to debit the deferred account and credit the revenue account setup under the Defaults section within the project. It does this but duplicates the same amount to each other revenue account. Here is my allocation rule. The calculation rules and allocation settings are the same for each line item. The only difference is the revenue accounts.  Will I have to create a separate allocation rule for each revenue account? All the revenue accounts are in the same account group an

Hey Everyone, Recently we migrated to a different hosting server and some users started to experience issues with the Sidebar. It keeps spinning forever like in the image below. Some users are using Edge and others Chrome and it happens with both browsers, not necessarily at the same time and not everyone is having this issue. The only thing that helps fixing the issue is clearing the browser Cache, but days later it happens again.  Just wondering if anyone experienced this issue before? It may be something server side related...any insights are much appreciated!! We are in the 2022R1 versionThanks in advance!

Have a Business Event to trigger on new record added to GI of Sales Orders.  The BE will trigger when a new Sales order is created via browser.  The BE does not trigger when a new order is added via sync with Shopify.  Both orders show as new records on the GI…What would be different with a new record on the GI from a shopify order vs browser order?Any thoughts ?
