Hello all,I am upgrading my Customization Projects to 2022R2. All references work fine just on “PX.DBServices” I am getting the below screenshot error. But as you can see I have already added the required reference. Any thought on what other library I should possibly add?

I am migrating from version 2021r2 to 2022r2, exactly to build 22.206, the following appears when I enter the payroll options:Error: The entry form (ID: PR302000, title: Paychecks and Adjustments) cannot be automated. Could not load file or assembly 'PX.Payroll, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040) I have updated the dll that comes in the bin folder, but it keeps getting that error. Any idea what it could be? 

Hello, Is there a way to have Acumatica field service orders respect the discount structures in Acumatica the way a sales order would. The scenario is this:We have setup a discount structure for customer price class and item price class. This of course works in sales order. But it seems that service management does not respect discounts on stocking item. Does anyone know of a work around? 

Like in above image we have created a custom screen for proforma invoices. When we click the print report button in the top right it creates a print report wizard as follows. In this we want to email a copy of this Pro forma Invoice report to the relevant customer when click the SEND button in the top. But when we click the SEND button we want to auto pick the customer’s email address for the “To” section of the Email Activity section without picking it manually. So guys, can you give me some guidance me to accomplish this scenario? Thank you.

Hi,I do not do any transactions in acumatica but I am part of the support team (we just started using acumatica). I am wondering is there a documention per module I can read on so I would know the workflow (like, what goes first- SO, shipments, invoice), then what’s next. Or what Sales team are coordinating with Inventory staff and Accounting staff for. I know this is very generic, but I’d appreciate any idea that could help me have a little glimpse to how they work. Any documentation would be fine.Thanks!

Is it possible to import historical orders via the Shopify connector?In my testing, archived orders are filtered (excluded) from the import by default.Customer would like to import historical orders for reporting and customer service reasons.Thx / Chad 

I am trying to make push notification which would deliver all my open invoices with amount,balance,customerID and copy of the invoice to an endpoint. I am wondering if there is a way to add the PDF Invoice as a column to the GI that would feed the push notification.

We generate a new PO every 2 weeks for a non-ingredient item and I am trying to have Acumatica auto generate a PO every two weeks for our receiving team to receive to. I haven’t found any Business Event documentation or videos for PO’s. Do I need to create it with Import Scenarios? Has anyone had success creating this type of auto- recurring PO’s? Mike

Hi,I created a new Generic Inquiry window using Px.Objects.EP.EPEmployee, Px.Objects.EP.EPTimeCard. And set the Employee ID as a parameter without default value and not from schema.Then created a Dashboard using this GI window. Owner role: DashboardDesigner set Employee ID as a parameter without default value and not from schema.  Then designed the dashboard with widgets as below figure.  After logged as a user who is an administrative employee and run the dashboard. Initial load the employee id is filtering based on logged user’s employee id. Removed the employee id from the filter parameter box and select a new employee. But the widgets are not loading correctly. Then activate the design mode and check the widget parameters, and found the logged user employee id has been set as the default employee id.  After removing the value widgets are loading correctly, but every new session this logged user employee id is set as the widget’s parameter. I have a customer who would like to be able to create a quote from a lead.Could this be done with a workflow change?

My customer is using the Easypost integration successfully with UPS and USPS.  When using Fedex Ground, and shipping to a business, all is well.  When using Fedex Home Delivery, the address must be specified as ‘Residential Address’ in Acumatica.  Fedex is saying the passing of this flag should be “TRUE” or “FALSE”, and Acumatica is passing a “1” or “0” instead.  This is causing the shipment to not confirm and error out with “Carrier Service returned error.  FedEx: Rate is not available.” Has anyone experienced this?

EDITED for clarity.  I’m not having a problem.  Everything is OK!  😀  But perhaps my knowledge of Acumatica is deficient!I was wondering if anyone could shed light on this.  The sample data shows AACUSTOMER as a customer.  You can see this in the BAccount table as the type is “CU”.  Prior to 2021R2, there was no record in the Vendor table for this account.  Starting in 2021R2, this account is also showing in the Vendor table.There is a record in the Customer table (obviously)There is ALSO a record in the Vendor table: Is this an “anomaly” in the sample database, or is there some way in Acumatica that a customer can be added to the Vendor table even though the BAccount Type is “CU” and not “VC”?You cannot bring up AACUSTOMER in the Vendor screen even though there is a record in the Vendor table.  I’m sure it is because the Type in BAccount is “CU”. 

Hi All, We are currently working with Related items for a few Customers and we run into some unexpected behavior (which could be intentional by Acumatica). Basically, when we add Items via Related items and save the Order, the Related Items feature is still indicating that Related items are available rather than disappearing or changing its state. I added Poweraid as a required related Cross-Sell Item for AALego500.Is this intended that the Related Items flag stays red for required? The confusion our Users run into is that multiple people can look at or touch the Order.When the order gets more complex, there is a loss in visibility if the Item has been added already or not. Any insight on this?We would just need to know at this point on how this is intended to work.

I use row level security for my inventory items to restrict sales people to work with items others than their workgroup.I would like to give them access to all inventory items in the purchasing module and only be restricted to the items out of their workgroup on the sales module.would anyone have a solution how this can be accomplished?  

Hello, We've added our web service endpoint, generic inquiry and push notifications to our customization project. However, if we make a change to one of those items and save the change, the change isn't saved in the customization project and we see that the project’s "Last Modified On" date continues to show the date when the item was last added to the project. Is this the expected behavior? Our work-around is to remove the item from the customization project and then add it back in. Is there a better method? What steps should we follow to make sure the changes we make are actually saved to the Customization Project? Thanks, Dave

How can I add the PO # to the Bills and Adjustment generic inquiry screen?I added the related table APTRAN but then I had duplicate invoices.What would the proper “join” be to get this info?

Is it possible to downgrade the Acumatica instance? If not, then how can we upgrade the customization package from an older version to the newer one?

Hi,I have created a GI. Then I added a customized field to the results grid. It works perfectly. But after some time, that Line on the results grid was automatically deleted. I added again that line to the GI. But as earlier, it will get deleted after some time.  Is there a particular reason for that? ThanksRegards

Hi All,So I am currently adding a Custom Field onto the Stock item (Kitting Required is separate from any of the typical Kitting functionality in ACM).I am wondering if it is possible to access this on the Inventory Transfer transaction for example.Looking at the Inventory Item DAC it looks like it was added to the DAC, yet I am not sure on how to get this field (or any other field not available) to show here: This is where I would need it to get to actually use the value from the Inventory item correct?I am a little lost on how to let the Field show up in the Transaction Grid and bring over the value it has assigned on the Stock item.Any thoughts/ideas?

I have a sales team divided in workgroups, each group is responsible selling a different group of items, each group will process the sales orders for their products, and some groups might interact with same customers.I’m looking for a solution how I can restrict a workgroup to access sales orders from another workgroup, I’m using the row level security on the inventory items so they can only work with their own products, however they can still access existing documents in the system from another workgroup.Would anyone have a solution? So far the row level security can only restrict on vendors, customers, items, and GL but not on documents.
