I am having this error on Import for POs, trying my best but still error is there. I have a few “=iif([PO Line Status]='Canceled', TRUE, NULL)” that may be causing this issue, but according to me those are correct.Let me know if somebody have had this issue before, or maybe I need to open ticket.Thank you community.

Hi All, I am trying to create a report that can show what is our running balances on sales to meet our quota, i use invoices and memos as my references for the report, and group it by doc type, and on the formula for the running balances is =IIf([ARInvoice.DocType]='CRM', 10000000+SUM([ARInvoice.CuryLineTotal]), IIf([ARInvoice.DocType]='INV', ((10000000-SUM([ARInvoice.CuryLineTotal]))*(-1)), IIf([ARInvoice.DocType]='DRM', ((10000000-SUM([ARInvoice.CuryLineTotal]))*(-1)), 0)))how can i end up on the correct report for this  

Is there a tool or integration to allow you to have a form on your company website that will feed into leads in Acumatica?   We have Hubspot and have that integration for syncing leads but wondering about capturing leads from our website.   Acumatica says it can be done but I haven’t found if there is an integration directly into Acumatica from a web form on the website.

I would like to run an accounts payable aging report grouped by types of vendors (operations, general & administrative, landlords, etc.) Not sure if I should be using vendor class or creating separate vendor attributes. I didn’t see a filtering or grouping mechanism in the A/P aging report selection criteria.

Hello all, Is there a way to make in input field that currently takes decimal number to take only a whole number?  We have a few fields that are only used to record output quantity and scrap.  To reduce errors i would like to remove decimal places as we would never scrap part of something.  example We output 16 we scrap 3. Thank for any help you can provide.

Needing to change all customer profiles FOB point to a certain ID. We were able to change the description but need to change or delete the ID. Any suggestions? Thanks!  

Customer created a Credit Memo with an Inventory Return.  They need to reverse this Credit Memo and associated inventory receipt.  Is there a way to initiate the inventory issue with a Debit Memo, or does the inventory have to be handled with a manual adjustment? Thanks!Luke

Hello everyone,I get a error on the Pick, Pack and ship screen for unit of measure items. On my Stock Item my Base unit is CANS, Sales Unit and Purchase Unit is BOX.   Created a Sales Order with BOX UOM Shipment is showing correctly The Pick pack and Ship screen defaults to CAN UOM and converts the quantity but i get the following error. Pick Pack and Ship screenIf i change the UOM on the Stock Item to be the same for Purchases and sales then i don’t get an error on Pick Pack and ship. The problem with this is that will cause problems with the Procurement dept. and Sales Dept. has they will have to change the UOM every time to BOX.  Can we have Sales and Purchasing unit of measure different from my base unit when using Pick Pack and Ship?  

When receiving on a handheld in Acumatica (receive and Put Away). There is not the ability to change the unit of measure. That would be fine - except that we find that the quantity shown on the handheld as received always show in the base unit of measurement and not the received unit of measure. This is confusing to our warehouse staff.Does anyone know if there is a way to expose on the handheld the quantity received in the purchase unit of measure - in addition to the base unit of measure?

Hello, I am new to Acumatica and trying to figure this all out. We created a new Company, Branches, ledgers, etc and from that we created our Customer and Lease. We are trying to post a payment, but we are getting this error message:Inter-Branch Transactions feature is disabled.What does this mean? Thank you. 

Hello Team! Currently, we have a default email setup in the system.We are trying to see if it is possible to assign another system email for a specific transaction document type - while keeping the default email as is. For example, our default email is set to “sales@email.com”, and we would like to keep it as the default while being able to send AR Invoice using “rma@email.com” We would like to be able to use the “Email Activity” email functionality (See Diagram C ) to send the email, so we can review the email body and the documents being attached. When we were testing it, the Email Activity window still keeps on selecting the default email address.Is this possible to set up this way?  Please see screenshots below of our current config On the “Mail & Printing” tab of the customer profile, we have set the “rma” email for “Invoice” So far no template set yetDiagram A On the “Mail & Printing” tab of the Customer Classes screen. Good day,I am have trouble getting started writing an import scenario for the attached file.  The file contains support cases that were imported via an integration with an empty subject.  I want to update the case summary subject.  The cases are closed.  Does anyone have an import scenario to update the case subject?  I am thinking that i need an action to open the case, update the subject and then close the case.  Any assistance would be helpful.Thank you

Is there a way to allocate multiple Sales Orders to a single Production Order?  I have a client that is in a back order status for items with production orders in process.  They need a way to allocation what is being produced to the Sales Orders so they don’t get shipped to the wrong customer.  The production order is for 10 units while the Sales Orders are typically only for 1 or 2 units.

What is the best way to take inventory to 0 when trying to change your costing method on many items? Trying to do it via adjustments is a little difficult since you have to match qty left on hand by receipts. My thought is I would be able to do this via Inventory > Issues  Thanks for any help

We have a client who is getting ready to go-live with payroll.  They have a multi-state payroll with many unions and many certified projects.  They have just told me that they have several employees who live in one state (e.g. WI), but work in a different state (e.g. IL) and there is reciprocity between the states.  So the employee can choose which state that want for State Income tax withholding.  Which isn’t a big deal, it can be done with the Work Location.  Here’s the kicker….The unemployment tax has to be go to the state worked, regardless of the state the employee chooses for withholding.  In my example, the employee lives in WI and want state income tax withholding in WI, but works in IL so the system needs to calculate IL SUTA tax.  Any ideas on how to achieve this?

Hi,I have created a lookup to display SOAddresses. However I could not see any columns in the lookup and the only column there in the column configuration is AddressId(when I select it, it also gives an error). Any idea about this? Below are the related screenshots.  Thanks 

Hello,       I understand we are having yellow alert and also the highlight frames like below.         But I am still curious to ask, is there anyway that we could change the font color of “Credit Hold” to RED?    Only this single element.  No other fields. And also it is only red when it is “Credit hold”, it remains black when open or completed.
