I have a custom table that stores the customer ID of customers that have been merged in my “Merge Customers” application.  After customers get merged, I want to automatically select them to be processed on the Recalculate Customer Balances screen.  After merging, it is just simpler to let Acumatica calculate the new customer balances than to do it myself.I created an extension for that graph.  The idea is that I redirect to this screen at the end of the Merge Customers process and the user simply has to click PROCESS on the screen as all the affected customers would be selected already.In the extension, I thought I could use the RowInserting method on the grid to check the box on the line if it was in my custom table.  That line doesn’t fire when the grid is being filled from the related View. I also tried FieldVerifying on the Customer field of the grid (and a few others) but they don’t fire unless you actually interact with the grid.Just to try to get something to work, I committed a

Has anyone successfully recreated the Inventory Valuation report as a GI? We currently have 181614 stock items and each one has more than likely touch multiple location. This leads to multiple entries on the inventory valuation report which then leads to a large document which can be a little annoying to parse through and analyze. I’ve been trying to recreate the report as a GI, but so far have remained unsuccessful. I’m open to any ideas!

Hello Hello, I have a custom field on POOrder  named “additionaldescr” (Usradditionaldescr).I want to bring this field value to POReceipt which also have the “Descr1” (UsrDescr) when creating Purchase Receipt by click button “ENTER TO RECEIPT”. After that I would like to carry again “ Descr1” field to APInvoice which have the “Descr2”(UsrDescr2) by clicking Enter AP Bill.The goal is like this. POOrder » POReceipt» APInvoice . MRP is indicating to buy 5,000 units of 173L8100 STK with the following action and promise dates. I have created two POs, one for 2,500 (promised on date of Jan 5, 2023) and another for 2,500 (promise date of Jan. 11, 2023). I have regenerated MRP but those two lines remain on the MRP Display. Why do they remain? When should they disappear from MRP Display?

We are not having a great experience using the ACM Payroll module and are looking to move to another service that integrates with AMC… Does anyone have any suggestions? We pay twice a month (15th & 30th) and commissions on the 20th. Any suggestions would be appreciated!Thanks in advance!

Our customer would like to keep track of their Vendor Prepayments that are outstanding.  They make the prepayments using the Purchases screen.  When the payment is made it doesnt track to the Purchase Order any more.  Their vendors require prepayments for almost every Purchase Order so doing it by vendor will not work.  Has anyone had to do this?

Hello everyone,I want to compare what I’m charging for shipping versus what I’m paying for shipping.  SOSHIPMENT - CuryFreightAmt, is not equaling SOOrder - CuryFreightAmt, I’m not sure why, so I’m trying to add SOrder - CuryFreightAmt to the Shipments GI.  I’d like to connect them by the original order number, which as far as I can tell, does not exist in SOShipments.  So I’m trying to use either SOShipLine - OrigOrderNbr or SOOrderShipment - OrderNbr to build the relationship.  I can get it all set up, except the GI is showing duplicates and I’m not sure why.  Please help.  

Can we have a “Business Account” that is not a customer or a vendor?  We have a need to have in Acumatica persons and companies related to our business but that are not customers or vendors. “Regulators” are an example.  Other examples are trade associations.  Can these types of person and companies be “Business Contacts” but not customers or vendors? 

Hi All, Our company is looking for a custom daily report which runs automatically in the evening and distributes to a email list. The report would consist of all the SO’s entered in that day. So first, what would you recommend for a GI build? A simple copy and customization of the Sales Order screen and then just setting up a automated schedule?

 I am trying to access the ADD LINK action in the appointments screen which, when invoked, calls up the Search In Files screen.  When I add the Appointments screen to a customization project I am unable to find any reference to this dialog box or linkage anywhere.  Does anyone know how I can access this dialog box?     

Hello Everyone, Totally noob to the fixed asset module in Acumatica...ok, here it goes...trying to upload the list of FA in our LIVE environment so doing some testing...and I can not seem to put in the correct accum depr amount for a fixed asset...am I missing a step of do i need to know some basic accounting stuff?E.g. Hi,The project below is supposed to default to a subaccount of OK when I create an A/R invoice but it does not. It’s defaulting to a 0 subaccount but I need it to pull from the project vs. non-stock item. I noticed in the A/R preferences do not have the same subaccount options like in A/P. How can I configure?
