We haven’t even started using the system at work but we’re supposed to test it out and both times I tried logging in I got locked out. Why do you lock people out if they are using the password that was set up, then they have to reset it but can’t. Why, because they are locked out. This is terrible and I cannot be the only person who has been locked out of the system.

In a report I want to highlight/ change the background color if the value is greater than 1. I understand i need to put two fields on top of one another. One with the default state and one with the changed state. my questions are as follows:=[POLine.BaseOpenQty]=[POLine.BaseOpenQty]               Do I use visible expressions for each field? Hello,       As we know, we are having conditionally style in Genric inquiry, like hightlight color. Is there a way to use this similiar function in report designer.    Like, can I hightlight or show different background color for the below wgt=0 lines?  

Does anyone know of a Crypto currency provider for Acumatica? I know that currently out of the box, we would just need to set up a payment type and accept it as cash, but is there another option?Our client is ok with that, however, I know more will be looking in the future for it. 

I need to change the SO line SalespersonID on multiple sales orders via import scenario. However, I’m not sure where to affect that field in the import scenario under “Line Details” as I would expect.I have a list of order numbers and their order types along with the new salesperson ID. Any thoughts on how to set this up via import scenario?

Hello,We have items that we to secure in such a way, that the user can add new records, but they cannot edit existing records.  Acumatica had a “Insert” restriction level.  However, it also includes the ability to EDIT existing information.Is there anyway to give users the ability to enter data, but not edit.This is for projects.  We want to ensure that projects are ONLY changed via change orders. 

Hi All,We recently fixed a data issue for one of our clients and we need to adjust some reporting on the Dashboards.Basically, every other widget on a Dashboard recognizes negative values that are calculated as negative based on below Formula: Yet when using this Data column from the Inquiry in the Pivot Table, it treats it as positive and adds to the total rather to substract from it.What do I need to do that these values are recognized as negative by the Pivot Table?It’s a very basic Table: ​​​​​​​Thank you!

Everything was working fine this morning but we installed additional modules on Acumatica and now when we try to print out a check we just get a blank check remittance document. Do setting change with the installation of other modules?

I have a batch payment export and want to update a note field when the export has run.  When I prepare without the update line it works fine.  If I add the update line nothing is prepared and the field is updated as expected.  Seems I can’t do both at the same time?

I am noticing an increase in Chrome memory on 2021 R1 - 21.118.0038. What i have noticed is that the SO screen creates a good amount of Javascript memory.   The more screens you click the higher it goes until garbage collection.    How a website works  - But it just seems with this version is building megs of cache quicker than normal.    (Really centered around Sales Orders and Invoices.) I have upped the memory for the machines in Chrome to 4096, but multiple tabs \ any competition and we get an out of memory issue.      Not a ton of tax zones,   single currency.    Ideas?

Hello all, I wanted to ask if there is already a transit process in Acumatica or planned?The process looks like this: A company from Germany orders e.g. metal in China. This metal is brought from the supplier in China to the port and shipped on a ship. The ship is on its way to Germany for at least half a year. In Germany, the goods are transported from the ship to the company, which then ships the material to the customer. When I’m doing a customization on Customer Portal I added a new DAC in PortalV1 namespace.  However, Visual studio does not allow me to use that namespace in another class & it gives  “The type or namespace name could not be found” error.  Any idea about fixing this issue?Thanks.

Hello,I have a report that’s emailed out weekly. Everything is working fine with this report but there’s never any record of it in the All Emails page. I have to resort to Office 365 Message Trace to confirm that the email was actually sent. Is there a way to enable logging of such emails so they are viewable in All Emails?Thanks!

When creating a new Paycheck using Paycheck and Adjustments (PR302000). After entering and selecting Employee “Maxwell Baker” and Pay Period “06-2021” and navigating to the Taxes Tab. The correct Taxes are populated. Doing the same for pay period “AA-2021” , the Tax Codes also populate correctly.  The problem arises when selecting a Pay Period in the next year, Pay Period “01-2022”. When a Pay Period from 2022 is selected the Tax Codes do not populate. Any insights as to why the Taxes would not populate would be greatly appreciated. Examples below. Pay Period 06-2021:  Pay Period AA-2021:   Pay Period 01-2022:
