Does anyone know how Acumatica distributes shipping charges on a single shipment that contains multiple sales orders? 

TLDR: I want to add Acumatica specific data to the Sendgird Dynamic template for operational emails.  We’re currently testing an email notification triggered by a record update in Acumatica. In the CRM module when an Opportunity moves into a “To Estimating” stage and is saved, a business event triggers an email sent to the contact letting them know their project is being estimated. The problem is the HTML builder were using (stripo) doesn’t work well with Acumatica (the image hosting is outside of Acumatica so none of the images pass through to the email). We now have a SendGrid account and are using the dynamic template builder to create this new email, however I am not sure what I need to add into the html to allow for Sendgrid to pass Acumatica information like: >Estimate # ((CROpportunity_opportunityID)) <The other option is to build the template in sendgrid and copy/paste the html into the notification template in Acumatica...but if we are using the sendgrid API isnt the ema

A client was using the formula MonthName(@MonthStart,-1) in a column heading.  Obviously this use the current date and does not allow the specification of a starting period.  Using Report.FormatPeriod(@StartPeriod,-1) gets the period as 10-2021, 09-2021, etc.  Is there another formula that would return the description of the period as Oct 2021, Sep 2021 etc?

Hi, I have developed a custom screen, it’s working fine in my development instance. Then we published it in a UAT instance for testing and when we checked , it was working previously but now the screen is not visible in the workspace we added. Even the admin has the right to access this custom screen but the screen is not there. So we unpublished the customization project and removed it from the instance. Then we published again the same project package and this time the screen is not available in the project as well. we unpublished it and published again, still the screen id is empty as below.customization project in the uat instancedoes someone have an idea on this issue?Thank you in advance.

It looks like I should be able to do this with AMClockItem and AMClockTrans but has anyone done this? We want to have a status screen for production that shows all production orders that currently have an employee clocked in and show the operation(s) that are clocked in as well as the elapsed time it has been clocked in.

We are attempting to add several new boxes to the Boxes list. The dimensions on one of the boxes isLength - 6.6 in, Width - 5.6 in, Height - 6.2 inWe are shipping with Easy Post and they accept for fractional box sizes, but we are unable to enter the size as a decimal into the list.Is there a setting that we need to change to allow for fractional measurements to be entered.Thank you!

Is there a way to stop freight lines from being taxed on invoices.  We have implemented avalara avatax.  

We have implemented the Shipping Integration module with Acumatica and we want to turn off the automatic freight charge on sales order invoices.  Is there a global setting to turn this off?

I have published Generic Inquiry that functions as designed.  All is well except there is a request to be able to print the results.  Can you make a generic inquiry printable without first exporting to EXCEL? Thanks!

Acumatica will only allow items from the same warehouse on a shipment.I’m trying to understand the logic for why this would be limited.I have customers with multiple warehouses in the same building and items on a sales order could come from any of those warehouses. They would like to be able to have all the items on one shipment record.Can anyone help me out?Thanks!

How can I see non-replenishment items on sales orders that I need to order?  Here is my issue.  We often have a salesperson put an item on a sales order, and we  have zero of that item in stock (and zero on order).  The item does not have a replenishment set for it.  AND the sales person does not mark the item for “Purchase Order”.  How can I prepare a Puchase Order and have this item show up on the Purchase Order?  Or how can I “see” this item so i know to put it on a purchase order?  Thank you in advance for any help you can give to me. 

The client wants to enter time entries spent on Projects from a Mobile phone.  Is it possible not to have the closed projects to show as you cannot see if a project is still open from the drop down on the mobile phone

Hi All,I got issues every time we publish a project on Customization Project, my customized GI will disappear from the workspace (even though I added it into Site Map & Workspace). In this case, we usually go to access right and grand permission again and then it will appear on the workspace.Like Report Designer, we lost the previous version of the report after publishing the customization project. Currently, we save the newest version in another storage and upload that version again after publishing.I guess there is something wrong with my step but don't know.Thank you for your advice in advance. 

I need to include the Sales Account under Customers in Receivables for a Generic Inquiry. I tried adding tables and the Location ID to pull the information but nothing is pulling. Attached is my export of the GI. What am I doing wrong? Thanks, Framces

Hi Anyone know how to split the profit & loss financial report based on branch?Currently, our Profit and loss financial report is combine 2 branch into one.Based on existing combine Profit and loss financial report, Not sure if anyone one know how to create/split a Profit and Loss financial report to individual branch 

We are adding another branch that has a very different quote form that they want to stay with. Grouping& sorting conditions are not the same as for other branches.What would you recommend as the best way to get Acumatica use a branch-specific quote, SO or invoice? Please share your advice.
