We have implemented the Shipping Integration module with Acumatica and we want to turn off the automatic freight charge on sales order invoices. Is there a global setting to turn this off?
This is controlled by the Shipping Terms on the Sales Order. Go to the Shipping Term profile screen (CS2080PL) and look through your shipping terms to see if you have one that doesn’t charge anything to the customer. If you don’t have one, you can create one from there.
