Hey, everyone - It doesn’t appear that the “Total Sales” field is calculating in Project quotes, despite being values in the “Ext. Price” and “Amount” columns.  This doesn’t appear to be an issue with hand-keying items line by line.  However, our estimates are fairly sophisticated and large and our estimating team will be making frequent use of the Load Records from File button and it only seems to be an issue when data is loaded in this way.  Is anyone aware of this happening either specifically or in a related way?  In full disclosure, I did customize fields on the screen but only by changing their display names and requirement status.  If you have any insight please advise.  Thank you!  

In the Projects form in Acumatica, if we attach more than one file in the record, how can we select one specific image file to be selected and printed in the report, this image file will have a specific naming convention so that it will be selected to be printed in the report. How can I approach this development?

Hi I would like to Populate the customer Billing Email automatically when we run the report for one customer for sending an Email. Response from Acumatica :The report will need to be customized in order to meet this requirement. Even if the customer is indicated in the report parameter, there is no link between this parameter and the mailing settings of the report. Looking for some best approach to meet this requirement.

During or shortly after the Release action for a ChangeOrder I would like to perform additional updates to the related Project. Has anyone found a solution for handling secondary or overflow bin locations in warehouse management? We have several items that say, don’t fit on Shelf 1 (because we stock so much of it), so the rest of the inventory on hand might be on Shelf 2. Currently, I do not see a place where I load this information into the system, therefore the picker only knows to go to shelf 1 and pick what is there. He does not/will not know there might be more inventory in another location. Has anyone come across a solution for this?This will also cause problems with physical and cycle inventory counts.

I want max two number in my Custom field. Example the value of that field cannot go above 99.I have set the MinValue and MaxValue like this[PXDBInt(MinValue = 1, MaxValue = 99)] but ideally i would like to restrict user from entering the third digit. If anyone knows plz answer.Thanks.

Hi, Community!We are using Procore’s synchronization with Acumatica and would like to see the logs in Acumatica for Procore synchronization processing as input to the decision to increase synchronization frequency. Where do we find the API logs?Procore does not have any logs that are client-facing outside of the change history on the individual items within Procore. As far as anything logging specifically within Acumatica, the Procore dev team doesn't write any logs to the Acumatica server and there is no known journal of activity.Thank you,Dave Z

I’m trying to give a link in a GI whereby I could put in dynamic fields to automatically populate the initial fields of the Activity based on the line in the GI.  For Example, if the GI Line references Task 001 of a Project, then I would have a hyperlink to create a new activity and when the activity window pops up, it would already have Task 001 from the Project populated.  Then I’d like to do the same thing with Task Owner, Cost Code, Project, Activity Type, etc.

Acumatica help lists 3 files types for uploading. OFX (Open Financial Exchange) QBO (QuickBooks Online) QFX (Quicken File eXchange)When choosing a “Statement Import Service”, I only see an OFX option.  Maybe it handles all 3 file types above, but I’m getting errors with QBO and QFX files so I doubt it.How do I get or add the other Statement Import Services / PX.Objects?  

Is there a way for the Daily Demand Forecast calculation within the replenishment parameters to consider production demand?We are looking to use replenishment feature for the material that goes into an order, but looks like it ignores production demand and only considers items included on a completed Sales Order. Which would be our finished good and not the material used to make the finished good.   

Hello All, I am trying to activate an extension in APInvoiceEntry conditionally based on a setup extension from PreferencesGeneral. In all methods typically I can pass “Base” as a parameter in my code and retrieve the expected data but in “public static bool IsActive()” when I try to pass the Base (in my case APInvoiceEntry) it is not recognized. As an alternative, I tried to directly select from the database but I am not sure why the setup record is returned null and obviously, I can not get the extension from null. I read @Sergey post “https://asiablog.acumatica.com/2017/02/dynamically-activate-extensions.html” but couldn’t find a solution there either. 2 of our prospects need to allow an employee to clock in to multiple jobs at once. Ex: 3 production orders have a paint work centre and the company wants to track time for each of the jobs although they are all done at once by the same employee. Same issue for a company that uses a plasma cutter to cut parts for multiple production orders in one pass.I know we can’t clock in to multiple jobs and dilute time to each order but is there any way to combine the tasks?If I can at least combine the jobs I can calculate percentage of time dedicated to each work order using square inches to be painted or inches cut. Thank you.

We have recently started with Acumatica and had all of our information from our previous system ported over, however the checks were not included.  For context we never used the previous system to reconcile our bank statements.  We exported our information on to an excel sheet and did it there.  We made the necessary JE’s into the system as needed to balance, therefore all of the checks on that system were never marked as having been cleared individually.  So I know that for that reason porting them over would have been a gargantuan task! I will be using Acumatica for our reconciliation and know how do use it. What I don’t know is how to clear out the previous checks that are now clearing?  Because everything that was ported over was in our GL, I’m not sure what to do? Any help is greatly appreciated! 😊

Hi,I am trying to create an A/P Approval Workflow so it’s based off who entered a PO that is linked to a Project or Owner who created the PO under Purchases. Sometimes this workflow will require a 2 step approval process or a 1 step based on who entered the PO. Is there a way to turn off Auto application of Credit memos in accounts receivable?I want to be able to choose what credits get applied to what invoices so the customer and I are on the same page.  I can do this by un-applying the credits, but this is making more lines than necessary and extra steps to the process.
