Is it possible to suppress closed projects from drop down list?

The client wants to enter time entries spent on Projects from a Mobile phone.  Is it possible not to have the closed projects to show as you cannot see if a project is still open from the drop down on the mobile phone

Hi @wilna2023 

I am not ware of a direct option to exclude completed Projects from lookup list, but as workaround, you may just create a Project access restriction group and add those Projects to one restriction group. Give restricted access excluding mobile users.
