Hello folks,

I would like to know if a reseller is required to take up a partnership program, and of which category, in case if any support ticket is required to be risen with Acumatica.

Hi @Harshita - As far as I am aware, support tickets can be submitted only by existing customers and partners. If a party isn't either, they can't submit tickets.
