Where can I see our Acumatica “usage”.  My understanding is our Acumatica license cost is based on usage.  So, I want to monitor our usage so I can compare  our usage to what our license allows or what we are paying for.  Thank you for any help you may give us. 

Hello,We have a quote with material on the operations.  We want to update all of the material costs used on the quote with the current material’s costs.  There does not seem to be a button or anything that says “update costs” or “refresh costs”.  It seems the only option is to manually research the current costs and manually enter them, or delete the material and re-add it to the quote. Am I missing something?  (Probably a big red button in the middle of the screen I am not seeing!) 

Is there anyway when setting parameters for ROP to NOT include production orders?  For purchased component parts, I do not want the calculation to include production orders as that qty should be “allocated” to that production order, therefore shouldn’t count as available inventory.

We would like to have a sales order type such that when selected to start a new sales order the ship-to address and ship-via for pickup will always be the same address/SHIPVIA and override the customer’s and/or customer class ship-to address/SHIPVIA.  Is this possible?

I mentioned a problem that we were having in crediting and reinvoicing a service order in another thread, and then I discovered that this was the problem.We have restricted all users access to cancel invoices (we have specific users who need to create credit memos in specific ways, so we don’t want them to use this shortcut).  As a result of this, the ability to “Add Return Line” has also automatically been restricted.  See below.  The orange should be restricted, the green should be allowed:@Anacarina Calvo  you mentioned that I should log a case to see why the “Add Return Line” was not allowed, would you agree that the Cancel Invoice access should not affect the “Add Return Line” access?  These are two separate functionalities in my opinion. 

We issue some POs in which we will physically pick up the goods. Is there a way to change the Ship To details on the Shipping tab of a PO to reflect a Pick Up rather than a shipment?  

We have several different warehouses that we stock our component parts depending on which building they are consumed at.  I am trying to set a different ROP for each warehouse.  When I go into stock items and add the other warehouse, I am getting the following message: Error: Another process had added the “INItemRep” record.  Your changes will be lost. In Acumatica can you have different ROP’s for multiple warehouses?   

hi, i’m sure i’m just not doing this correctly but i have some conditions in place and would not like to show cancelled or invoiced sales orders. however the cancelled is coming up for this customer. does anyone know what i am doing wrong? 

I am attempting to add new columns to the Shipping Zone (CS207500) page. When I ‘Customize Existing Screen’, I can select “Shipping Zones”. I'm currently trying to test some of Acumatica's command line functionalities. I created an Instance on a computer through the CLI Tool, and then copied the instance + database over to a different machine. I got the site running by starting it directly with IIS and up until now it’s been running succesfully.However, I am now trying to upgrade the site through the CLI Tool, and Acumatica doesn’t seem to recognize the site's existence. Is there any workaround to get Acumatica to detect the site so that I can run the upgrade/other additional commands?I’m attaching an image for reference on the error I’m getting. Just to be clear, I can only manage this machine through CLI.EDIT: this is the command I ran to start the Site with IISNew-WebApplication -Site 'Default Web Site' -Name 'Acumatica21.1' -physicalPath 'C:\AcumaticaInstances\Acumatica21.1')

We would like to move the opportunity stage to a “stale” stage if the customer hasn’t responded in 30 days.  I was thinking that a Business Event would be the best way to do it, but I am unsure how to take the estimated close date, add 30 days to it and then have the business event change the opportunity status from proof to stale.  Has anyone done this yet?

 User Is set to View ONLY Access for Several Workspaces but still is able to Perform Actions on a ItemUse Case: Set ROLE Access for a Screen/Form to ‘View Only’ Ex: Purchases Orders from ‘Access Right by Role”  It is assumed that for Purchase Orders this ROLE/USER can only VIEW PO’s but not Edit them.By default all FIELDS and ACTIONs within the FORM are set to INHERITED.  However, the ACTIONs on the PO are still Available and can be utilized: for example, an open PO can Receipted or be Put on HOLD.  Since this is VIEW ONLY access shouldn’t ACTIONS also be VIEW ONLY? And this inadvertently gives ACTIONABLE / EDIT access to user that should be VIEW ONLY.  This is a security Flaw and Has been caught in client Compliance AUDITs The only way I’ve been able to counter this is at the FORM Access Level is to REVOKE the ACTION ITEMS Is there any way around this?   Shouldn’t VIEW ONLY apply to ACTIONs as view only also? IS this a BUG?   Shouldn't this be fixed?    NOTE: This applies to ALL FORMS

Hello,I am running/emailing the Sales Order Detail by Customer via a scheduled business event.This is working as expected with one exception.I want to run the report for “Uncompleted Lines Only”.  So I want this box checked.As I said, everything works fine until I try to check this box as shown below.  I have tried a value of T and Y.   I’ve enclosed with quotes and everything else I can think of.Any thoughts?THANKS!!!!

Hi I have a GI with one sort order (due date).  When adding to a dashboard as a data table widget and setting filters, it does not sort as per the GI.  Any suggestions? 

We were just told by Procore that we must upgrade our Procore customization in Acumatica or the integration will fail on Monday.Would like to know if anyone else has taken this upgrade especially if they switched from Acumatica’s to Procore’s customization to synchronize between Acumatica and Procore.Our instance is self-hosted in Azure and self-maintained. The instance is comprised of Acumatica 2021 R2 Build 21.212.0039 with customizations only for ProcoreBuiltCustomizationPackage2021R2V3 and VelixoConnectedAppConfig (v6).

I edited the InvoiceNotification template and assigned it at the Sales Order Preferences level for SO Invoices. However, when test emailing an SO Invoice, it still does not use the notification template assigned.What am I missing here?I tried assigning the notification template at the customer profile level and that worked. But, it’s not practical to assign the notification template at the customer level for 3,000 customers.I tried the same thing for Purchase Orders Preferences to assigned a notification template for mailing ID PURCHASE ORDER and it is not using that template when testing a Purchase Order email.

hi, currently our salespeople receive commission on paid invoices only so we are using the payment option to calculate commission. However, if a customer is a discount customer and gets a discount if they pay in a certain amount of days, Acumatica is giving the salesperson commission on the discounted amount.ex: if the sale is for $1,000.00, discount is $10.00, the salesperson should be getting commission on the $1,000 but instead is getting commission on the $990.does anyone know how i can change this or work around this so the salesperson gets the correct commission amount on the full sale?  

I can’t see service order as demand in PO when they PO is generated from service order (mark the item for PO). I can’t also find a report showing the link between the two. Can somebody help showing which DAC storing these information?

I have a custom field on the customers screen for biller/billing nbr.  I want to default that onto the sales orders screen when the customer value is updated.  I attached my current code to add biller/billing nbr onto the customers screen and sales orders screen.  Right now, I had attempted to reset the default value on the sales orders screen when the location was updated, but it still isn’t populating.  What am I missing within the code to populate the custom field?

Hi all, How do I fix this error when encoding of customer. At first, I was able to encode the details of customer, but in the past few days, it suddenly got an error and I don’t know what happen. I’ve already checked in numbering sequence module and the sequence are correct List of customer in branch of CUB 

The AP Aging report is created to run based on the Document Date (Bill/Invoice Date)  which at the end of the month leaves our AP out of balance with the General Ledger.  We have some bills that are dated for the end of one month, but not entered into Acumatica until the beginning of the next month.  I understand that the invoice date is important as this indicates when the bill is due so I don’t want to change that.  But is there any way to run the aging report on a transaction date (date that the bill was entered) as opposed to the invoice date so that our AP Aging report and General Ledger will balance?

I am attempting to add the item code and dangerous class from stock item screen to inventory transaction summary but I dont know how to coding or join which table to do it. Pls help me if u have any idea. Thank you in advance.
