Hi everyone,
A customer with On Hold status placed an order from BigCommerce. When we synced it, there is an error saying that the customer is not active.
Is there a setting where we can allow non-active customers SO to be synced?

I believe it could be the business control that prevents the OnHold customers to place an order.
Maybe test and see.
