Hi All,Is there a way to extract all invoices in a project with cost codes included?  I’m able to drill-down to each bill individually and see the cost code for that invoice, however, I’m wondering if these can pulled in bulk for a project.  All help is appreciated 

I’ve added a user-defined field to the Sales Order Details by Inventory Item report (SO611500) but I can’t get it to show up in the Additional Filtering Conditions section of the Additional Sort and Filters tab of the report.I came across this knowledge article: But the attribute field I’m using is already showing up in Viewer Fields: Any ideas how to get this field to be visible as an Additional Filtering Conditions?

I am trying to import bills of material via an new import scenario  created as the Acumatica standard ACU BOM import one failed.From the new import scenario created based on screen AM208000 (Bills Of Material) also had the same error message as "The record was not processed because of an error during processing of the next record." and “The system failed to commit the BomOperRecords row.”How best can I resolve this issue, I have attached the Import Scenario XML file

Hello--Was wondering if anyone can give me a hand with this… We essentially want an exact duplicate of the Description (OrderDesc) field that is already on sales order/invoices.I have created a new field on each entry screen, but am stuck trying to pass the value from the SO to the invoice.I assume I should override the PrepareInvoice action, but not sure how to actually reference the fields I have created?  I.e. The process was working OK and no recent changes have been made to the configuration, nor to any customization. Normally there is around 150 to 200 skus that come up to be processed.Trace window:Error: An error occurred during processing of the field Transfer ERQ: Thread was being aborted..System.Threading.ThreadAbortException: Thread was being aborted. Any ideas?Thanks

I want to show the description of a stock item in a column of another screen. I am trying to press RemoveFromHold button on APInvoiceEntry from a Generic Graph Extension but I’m receiving the below error. Can someone help please? The error is “System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: 'Invalid object name 'PXMappedCacheExtension'.'” For the sake of claification, when I press this button from inside the APInvoiceEntry Extension it works. But since this is repeating for 7 screens, I’m converting some of the logics of these extensions to GGE to prevent from repeating.  

Good day,I have the attached GI created.  I am unable to show for “on-hold” check/payments the unapplied amount for these transactions.  I check that correct column/field is curyUnappliedBal based on the inspection tool.Any ideas why the unapplied balance field is empty.  I have a number records on-hold that have an unapplied balance.Please advise on if this my issue or an ACM issue.Thank youEvan

Hi All,I have created a new generic inquiry, I  joined  tables and I want to show project ID in one column. But currently I only can show 2 columns, because project ID appears in 2 screens ( Invoice & Memos) and (Payment & Application) I have tried  to use iff function for ar invoice, if project id is null, it’s will show project ID in payment, but it’s not work.  Pls help me if you have any idea to show project ID in one column.Thanks in advanced.

What are best practices for closing financial periods? I went to “processes » close financial periods”  but  we were able to still post in 2021.  Having an issue with too many transaction still slipping through the cracks in periods that need to be closed and just wondering what a best practice is to cut this off? 

Hello,Our customer imports employee credit card purchases from a corporate credit card vendor into the AP Bill screen.  Each purchase/expense line needs to be imported with a Project, a Service Order Number, or project X with a GL expense account.I’m struggling to Link the Service Order Lines to their respective Service Orders.  I see the fields I need in the Details tab, but they are not editable when manually typing in a Bill.  The AP Bill Help indicates these field should be editable.  What am I missing? I tried the “Link Line” button too, but nothing happens: Link Line only works for POs, PO Receipts, and Landed Cost (not Service Orders).If I create the AP Bill from the Service Order, Details tab, then the two highlighted AP Bill fields above are populated with the Service Order Type and Service Order number.  However, we do not want to open many Service Orders and manually create many individual AP Bills. We want to import and link from the AP Bill screen to existing Service Order

I need to look for a sales order that MAY exist or MAY NOT exist in an import scenario and the order may be accessed multiple times across different imports. If the order doesn’t exist, I need the import to start a new order.The import file has a customer reference number. This is a unique field and is my index to look for. If no match is found, I need a new order created. I thought the following commands were what I needed (ignore the highlighted line, it’s not active):   I get two types of errors: If the commit box is checked on the line:Order Nbr → Customer Order NbrWhen I run the import: I get the first row to process, everything says success, but all rows are skipped except the first row. Browsing the Forums, it seems many people have Easypost working with Acumatica to generate their Customs Documentation automatically from Acumatica.  I’ve installed the Easypost customization and have Fedex and UPS working, but I can’t determine which fields on the shipment I’m supposed to enter the required Customs information (Commodity type, Customs Value, Harmonized Code, etc.) to generate the commercial Invoice.It seems easy enough to create the Customs Object for the Easypost API, but I can’t find any documentation on the Easypost customization project (that I believe Acumatica maintains) that shows what fields map to what.  The project does add some extra fields to the shipment.   thanks!

Hi all,I want to bring project ID in Customer details GIIf I dont use the formular it shows the project ID in text. But if I use Isnull formular it shows the result in INT, the formular I use is “ =IsNull([ARInvoice.ProjectID], [ARPayment.ProjectID] )”Does any one know the reason why when using isnull formular the result is different. My aim is bringing project ID from Arinvoice & ARpayment table into 1 column. Thanks in advance!

When sending a quote to a customer is it possible to have the email sent from the owner of the quote?I know you can do this by clicking ‘print’, then sending the email from the this screen and changing the ‘from’ email, but is it possible to set this as standard for when you click ‘send’ from the actions menu?Thank you

Hello,We have multiple warehouses each of which is managed by a different user.****We want to limit the users at each warehouse to only see and alter data for their individual warehouse.****I created a restriction group for warehouse 100 and assigned a user to this.My expectation was that they would not be able to see or do anything in the system for anything other than their assigned warehouse.However, as a test, I logged in as the restricted user and was able to alter sales orders lines assigned to other warehouses.Have I set something up wrong or are my expectations out of line with what restriction groups do?Again, I am attempting to limit a user to warehouse 100 only for every screen in Acumatica for user 3PL.Only warehouse 100 is checked in the images below. 

In attempting to import discounts with a Discount Type of “Line” and Applicable to “Customer Price Class and Item Price Class” I’m unable to get the import scenario to create separate sequences for all my combinations (i.e. Customer Price Class = 1, Item Price Class = ABC, and a single Break Point of 0 with a specific discount percentage).  Each row of my source file contains just those three values.  I’m hard-coding the Discount Code and hardcoding ‘<NEW>’ for the Sequence.  If I activate 1 row at a time and import it, I get the desired result, which is a new sequence number for each row of my source file.  But if I activate all rows in the Import by Scenario screen, the all import into a single discount sequence record.  I’ll attach the Import job if anyone could take a look, but I’m guessing I’m missing something basic.  Thanks for any help!
