We have acquired a new company. Is there a way to change a company setup from a company without branches to a company with branches?

Is there a simplier way to backfill box 7 on existing AP bills once a vendor becomes 1099-eligible?  AP Bills that were created before vendor became 1099-eligible shows blank, while the AP bills created after vendor became 1099-eligible shows box 7. Currently i have to open every bill and add box 7 manually, which is a huge waste of time.

Hello All, I have a Field updated Event Handler that calls a method. It works fine until the change to the field comes from a PXLongOperation. To be more specific, on APInvoice the status field is updated by the different actions. All actions and status changes are monitored just fine until I Release the document (Status changes from Balanced to Open). This is when the handler misses the change possibly because it is running in a separate thread/scope. Below is the Handler I have. Has there been any update that will let us print the 1096 form in Acumatica? This form is used in conjunctions with Form 1099 filed with the IRS. The only topic I can find was from 2 years ago, but the links for help lead to a topic that is unrelated.

I have a custom table that stores the customer ID of customers that have been merged in my “Merge Customers” application.  After customers get merged, I want to automatically select them to be processed on the Recalculate Customer Balances screen.  After merging, it is just simpler to let Acumatica calculate the new customer balances than to do it myself.I created an extension for that graph.  The idea is that I redirect to this screen at the end of the Merge Customers process and the user simply has to click PROCESS on the screen as all the affected customers would be selected already.In the extension, I thought I could use the RowInserting method on the grid to check the box on the line if it was in my custom table.  That line doesn’t fire when the grid is being filled from the related View. Has anyone successfully recreated the Inventory Valuation report as a GI? We currently have 181614 stock items and each one has more than likely touch multiple location. This leads to multiple entries on the inventory valuation report which then leads to a large document which can be a little annoying to parse through and analyze. I’ve been trying to recreate the report as a GI, but so far have remained unsuccessful. I’m open to any ideas!

MRP is indicating to buy 5,000 units of 173L8100 STK with the following action and promise dates. I have created two POs, one for 2,500 (promised on date of Jan 5, 2023) and another for 2,500 (promise date of Jan. 11, 2023). I have regenerated MRP but those two lines remain on the MRP Display. Why do they remain? When should they disappear from MRP Display?

Our customer would like to keep track of their Vendor Prepayments that are outstanding.  They make the prepayments using the Purchases screen.  When the payment is made it doesnt track to the Purchase Order any more.  Their vendors require prepayments for almost every Purchase Order so doing it by vendor will not work.  Has anyone had to do this?

Hello everyone,I want to compare what I’m charging for shipping versus what I’m paying for shipping.  SOSHIPMENT - CuryFreightAmt, is not equaling SOOrder - CuryFreightAmt, I’m not sure why, so I’m trying to add SOrder - CuryFreightAmt to the Shipments GI.  I’d like to connect them by the original order number, which as far as I can tell, does not exist in SOShipments.  So I’m trying to use either SOShipLine - OrigOrderNbr or SOOrderShipment - OrderNbr to build the relationship.  I can get it all set up, except the GI is showing duplicates and I’m not sure why.  Please help.  

Can we have a “Business Account” that is not a customer or a vendor?  We have a need to have in Acumatica persons and companies related to our business but that are not customers or vendors. “Regulators” are an example.  Other examples are trade associations.  Can these types of person and companies be “Business Contacts” but not customers or vendors?
