No they did the implementation and set up but not the data migration
You will need to use import scenarios to design integration maps based on data extract Excel files for records like customers, vendors, items, open AP, historical AP, open AR, historical AR, purchase orders, sales orders, etc.
It is usually best to have your partner train you on how to create import scenarios with a couple of these types of imports so that you can do the rest on your own after you get comfortable with them.
