Hi guys. By deleting those inactive tenants, will it free up the space and reduce the SQL Database size? Our current SQL DB size is 289GB which is pretty huge.

Hi @chenwm ,

Deleting inactive tenants can help free up space and reduce the size of your SQL database. When you delete a tenant, all of the data associated with it is removed from the database, which should lead to a decrease in the overall database size.

Before deleting any tenants, it's important to make sure that they are truly inactive and that there is no important data or configurations that may be needed in the future. It's also a good idea to create a backup before deleting any data from your database.

Sweta

Hi @chenwm

Take a snapshot as a backup if system allows and deleted the unwanted tenants in the system. AND Optimize the database to remove orphan records , remove larger data tables like audit history, automation schedules which makes space free,

Thanks
