Hi Team, I have a query on how the financial data from the legacy system can be migrated into Acumatica. Could you help on this topic. Basically, we would update the financial statements balances as an opening balance from the legacy system to acumatica tenant. HiI’m wanting to do a carrier integration for a client and I need help finding where to start.Main consideration: Should I be sending POST API calls from Acumatica directly to the freight software or should I be using a third-party application to send GET requests to Acumatica then POST calls to my freight software. If I send POST API calls from Acumatica:Would be the Shipment Screen be the best endpoint to look at?  Can I trigger a POST call from this Shipment Screen? And If so can I send all the information from these endpoints? If I set up this POST, can I edit how the JSON is formatted in the API body? Should I be looking at the Carrier Label screen instead (SO645000)?  If I did it this way, would the customisation need to be written in a complex C# customisation project? (It’s hard to write custom C# with the online hosted version of Acumatica (MYOB Advanced) used in Australia and New Zealand). Any suggestions, experience or success stories anyone has on this topic would be apprec

Hello!  im wondering where I need to mark within Acumatica to not include our expired material as available in the MRP? I am sure its a simple check mark, but I have not been able to find it.

I am attempting to send any ecommerce Orders an email through Acumatica instead of our ecommerce platform (BigCommerce) to be able to use some fields that are unavailable through BigCommerce. I believe I have everything set up but have run into two hurtles.If an SOOrder has multiple line items the email is only showing the first line. I need it to show every line, whether its 1 or 20. Even if I replicate the ((Transactions.InventoryID)) it will only show the first line item of the order. I am unable to pull SOOrder Notes to use that in my email template (This is where BigCommerce imports Customer Order Notes to). **Note: I tried using the Report Designer and embeding the report as HTML into the email but none of the fields populated from the report when using this method. The report works just fine if I attach as a PDF, but this is not the solution I’m looking for.Thank you for your help!

I am looking for a way to have widget showing accumulated sales figure over time, something like this:  I use Account Details as data and kind of works, however I can only use one account instead range because there are several sales accounts.  Appreciate if anyone can assist.

on the Customer Location screen I have added two new tables and new DACs of course and I have modified the Location table to have a few custom fields.  I have added the Location_Ext to the Visual studio project after adding the fields.  The screen allows me to update the custom fields all day long. But I am trying to create a custom action to loop my custom table and put the total of one of the fields in there.  I don’t think I have a problem looping the table.  It uses the view I added for the screen and seems to work but trying to put the total in Location.UsrSettlementAmt.  I don’t see a Location.UsrSettlementAmt.  What gives? Below is the custom action. public PXAction<Location> CalculateSettlement;        [PXButton(DisplayOnMainToolbar = true)]        [PXUIField(DisplayName = "Settlement Total", Enabled = true)]        protected virtual void calculatesettlement()        {            decimal? d = 0;            foreach (SettlementDetail sd in InvoiceSettlement.Select())       

Howdy all,Looking for some input on an import scenario that isn't updating a Base Price UOM value at the Item Class level (even though that’s the mission of this import scenario)The import scenario appears to run successfully but the data are not updated.The business mission is to update the Item Class Base/Sale/Purchase UOM values to match a specific Item Base UOM value. In the screenshot you can see that the goal is to update the Item Class that starts with "350MISC" such that its Item Class Base/Sale/Purchase UOM values are set to "LB" rather than "EA".The screen shows that the import was successful but the Item Class UOM values are not being updated.What’s a good way to troubleshoot when the scenario returns a successful result, but the field isn’t updated?  Also, maybe this import scenario is too abbreviated and perhaps this is the root cause: Any pointers would be great. 

I am not that experienced with Acumatica so this may be a straight forward task.I have about 2000 guest user accounts that I need to assign a new role to. After a few hours, I couldn’t find a great way to do it in either the UI or via the Rest API. Can someone point me in the right direction? I appreciate it!!!

Hi,I have a question about GI result sorting. There is a system default GI AR-CustomerSummary, Screen ID AR0008DB, attached screen shot for the detailed GI setting. Currently the AR is grouped by customer account, and i would like the result to sort by “Balance” descending. The result seems to not showing the sorting as i expected, please take a look and let me know which part is doing wrongly. Thank you.

Hi!  Does anyone know how Acumatica updates the 1099 forms and information each year?  I can’t find any documentation on this process.  

I have been asked if there is a way to have the filters selected for the Default and Item Status set to True and Active by default as this is what the person using this screen has to do each time they open it.  I don’t believe it’s possible to alter those fields programatically or get the screen to remember what they were set to.I thought maybe having the underlying query that the grid uses changed to use values in fields defined at the top might work.  I’m not sure how to update the query used for the details for the grid though. Is this possible and are there any examples of how to go about it?Thanks for any help,Phil

We use Landed Cost.  We need to allocate freight charges over several purchase receipts.  Our suppliers will aggregate freight charges from several shipments and add the freight charge to just one invoice.  If we use landed cost and add the aggregated freight charges to the one purchase receipt, the cost of the items on that one purchase receipt are inaccurate and distorted.  Is there a way in the landed cost system to add a freight charge to a few fully received purchase receipts to better spread the aggregated freight charges? 

Is there any guidance on best practices for user profiles?  I have a number of users that are no longer with our company and we have disabled them.  I am wondering if there are any ramifications to deleting the user accounts to keep data cleaned up.  I’m thinking this is a twice a year type activity, run a report and any users that have been disabled since they are no longer employed, their user profile would be deleted.  Anyone have experience with something like this?

Hi All,I am creating Physical Inventory Types and run into an issue where not all my location can be selected within the Locations Table. Our warehouse have 279 locations and seems like system is only able to take 200 locations at a time. Does anyone have a solution on how to increase the limit so I am able to include the whole warehouse in one Physical Inventory Types instead of breaking it to 2 parts?Kind regards,Calvin
