We have a customer that has the incorrect Customer ID. We have attempted to change the Customer ID by clicking on the AR303000 screen and selecting Change ID. We enter the correct Customer ID in the Specify New ID windows, then click OK, and click Save, we receive an error message that readsError: Another process has added the ‘Customer’ record. Your changes will be lost.Can someone explain what the error message means, and if there is a way to change the Customer ID without having to create a new customer.Thank you!  

I have a sync going where I am trying to do “delta” loads of different types of data from Acumatica. I am extracting certain entities for use in an external customer facing eCommerce website. What is the best method I should use to make sure I am getting the latest data. For instance, If I run a sync every hour, how to I go about ensuring I get the latest records (ie: SalesOrder, Invoices, StockItems, etc.)I have GI’s created for them all which work well. My approach right now is to use the “LastModifiedOn” date and load records based on that. I then page through those result sets (if needed).  Sometimes we need to do a full resync or “hydration” of a new entity….so I sync in nested batches.Psudeo code isLastModifiedOn ge 09/14/2023 and LastModifiedOn le 09/15/2023 $top=100, $skip=100 (page 2) Inside of that, I will page if needed.I am not confident I am doing this the best and most efficient way. I created a Processing screen.  The grid is populated with SO Lines based on the filter. In the grid of items being processed, the Order Number is visible:When processing is complete, the Order Number is not displayed in the results screen:I added the SO number in the Message as a workaround, but I don’t know why the SO number is not showing in the results screen.I also noticed that as soon as I click PROCESS ALL, the grid is refreshed and the SO Number and Customer info is cleared from the grid during the processing.This is the select that shows the data in the grid. Hi,I’m able to use the API to retrieve data from a GI exposed via an extended web service endpoint.I’ve been following the steps from multiple sources, being this the most complete:When I try to pass the filter in the body, I get the same results as if I pass a blank body: {} returning all the data unfiltered.I realized that I don’t have the “filter” option (used in the post above) when I click on Populate, at the top entity level:I am using Acumatica 2023 R1.Did this process change in this version of Acumatica?Am I missing something to configure through the GI instead?Any help will be much appreciated.Thanks!J Chavez

Hello,We are having a PTO accrual issue with one specific employee who was Salaried but has changed to hourly back on 7/2/23. Since the change was made PTO hours have not accrued on any hours that were worked.  We are using Acumatica Version 2021 R2

 Hi, just want to emphasise, sometimes it’s hard to navigate this app due to the lack of color coding. And it’s easy for users to missed out or forget certain setups. Example for the appointment module, would love for “In Process” to be in Green and “Not Started” to be in red. Because at times due to the nature of the job itself. They will create log even when Appointment is “Not Started” making them frustrated assuming there is an error. I hope there are enhancements for these case scenario.

Hello Community,I have a prospect which are into item configuration industry. So they have a template with the list of items - Preferably a type of landing page, which their customers can see and select the items that will be assembled into a finished product. So here, the customers are selecting their own configuration (assembling) → the prospect shares the pricing calculation with their customers → if the customer is happy they will purchase it.How can we implement such a scenario in Acumatica, since the prospect wants to give their customers an option to configure the products as per the need by themselves.I came up with the Product Configurator/BOM & Kit Assembly scenarios in Acumatica but then how these would be displayed up in the customer portal. And if customisation would be required then at what stage/level.Thanks in advance.

Hi Everyone,Quick Question:At a high level, what are the transaction requirements to have the “Tax Summary” Report generate with data? Essentially, We are looking for a report to summarize all sales taxes charged to customers on Sales Orders based on either Tax ID and/or Tax agency on a monthly basis.    We have the Company, branch, tax agency, and periods set up. We also have Sales Orders completed and invoiced. If the “Tax Summary” report would not be the best method to summarize and view this data, what would be the best approach?open to any ideas, suggestions.Thanks.

We produce custom products and need to update the production order details operations and materials for every order to account for the material differences.  Using the rest API the PUT returns a 200, but the the data for the operations for the production order details is not updated. The production order when it is created has extra operations that need to be removed to accurately show the custom work centersHow can the production order work centers be updated via the API? I am using the customization project function. To insert my data into the database with the tables as updateFile and UploadFile when I Publish. So I wrote a script to be able to insert the data into the database script section.. But I got a message from Acu's support team that I can't do it this way. So is there any other way for me to help fulfill the above requirement?

Hi,I created a customized security role called Property Manager. I restricted access to the header and detail screen for Bills and Adjustments. The approver only needs to approve, reject, reassign, add notes and update the due date in the header field. I am close to this but if you look at the second print screen the Type and Reference Nbr. fields need to be grayed out but the Due Date field has to be editable. What am I doing wrong? What are the correct fields under Access Rights for Roles under Bills and Adjustments for these 3 fields so I can finalize my security role setup. I tried different setup and nothing is working. Client is on 2023 R1. I can find the DAC under Bills and Adjustments but it does not seem to correspond to options in Access Rights for Roles. Current security settings:   Thanks, Frances 

Hello,Our Acumatica AR Customer Credit Balances are not correct.  Example:Customer 169523000 - Vis****, has a $3000 credit limit, with a $69.30 Open Orders Balance, but then shows a -$6,260.70 Remaining Credit Limit. It then puts a Credit Hold on the Orders. Screen AR.30.30.00, Financial. Any idea where should I start looking? Workflows? Code? I am clueless.   I also saw this message when just digging around. Not sure if has something to do with anything of this. Please help.  

We recently upgraded to 23R1 and are interested in turning on the Order Types for Export feature under Shopify Stores > Order Settings in Acumatica. However, we’re trying to get a better understanding of what will happen once we select the order types that we want to export to Shopify.Does anyone know if the connector will sync all historical orders of those types? Or will it sync only new orders from that point on? Is there a way to control which orders are synced?

Can I change terms from N30 to an installment code on an open AP Bill?

I have a rather simple GI that uses PMProject and PMTran to break down Labor spending, per month, on each project. Then tools me what 4% of that labor cost would be. The problem I’m having is that it’ll say pages 1 of 14. Then when I click onto page 2, that will change to page 2 of 26. The data then becomes invalid after switching pages. Has anyone seen this before? Attached is the GI. Seems something weird with the conditions but not sure why. We are on Build 22.212.0046
