When i am trying to conform the shipment the above error has occurred, so can any tell me why the error was coming and what the solution for that error. 

I’m looking to create an easy way for our sales people to filter sales order based on info in the order description. Since that is a free text field, is it possible to create a parameter on a GI for it? 

Looking for some help/direction on adding the CRM function or tab to the service orders. We currently have it on the Opportunities but I do not have a way (that I know of) for tracking Marketing Campaign Success for service orders Thank you in advance!

We want to add the option to enter a Bill on the Mobile Workspace.On the Mobile Workspaces [AU220012] the Workspace ID for Payables is not visible.Possible workaround:Add a GI on the Mobile Workspaces MainpageI create a GI and selected Expose to the Mobile Application to view the Vendor Bills. On Acumatica you have the option for the GI to create a new bill as the Entry screen settings is set to Bills and Adjustments.This entry screen is not visible on the Mobile workspaceSecond workaround:Create a Dashboard that display the GI and display the dashboard on the mobile.Again the option to create a new Supplier invoice is not possible. How can this be achieved?  

Hello all,Do we have a function in Acumatica that we pass a date and returns the WeekID which is used in EPTimeCard.WeekID? The format of WeekID stored in DB I see is “YYYY##” which ## is a sequential counter. I see Acumatica is using EPWeekRaw that has some properties including Start and End Date but I need it opposite. I have the date and I need the equivalent WeekID. I can calculate the Week # but I want to be consistent with what Acumatica does. considering Acumatica has Custom Weeks 

Hello,       Our company are planning to do 2 kinds of business, storage service and distribution.For storage serivce, the inventory are NOT supposed to post to ledger, it is customer’s inventory. For distriution , the inventory will post to ledger and will be counted as COGS when issuing and invoicing.      So , to serve this need, we are planning to maintain the 2 kinds of business in 2 separated tenants.     Here comes the quesiton, How can we combine the P&L report and Balance sheet easily,or even automatically?

Hello, I am trying to write a GI that allows me to see the Default payment method and cash account for all vendors, and I am struggling to get there.Would anyone know which table i need to relate in order to show that? I am using the default Vendor GI as a starting point.

We’re using Shopify with AvaTax both in Acumatica and on Shopify.The sales orders come in fine with the correct tax and the correct state on the tax tab (i.e. if shipping to NJ, it will calculate NJ). However when it get’s to the invoice it recalculates the tax based on our warehouse (SC)

Does anyone know what causes the error.  I am using the Change ID function in receivables and I get this GL Error when I go to save the chage.

We are having this error when opening ComboxBox for Substatus under default workflow for Cases.Initially we thought customization could be causing the issue, we have unpublished the customization but are having the same issue again. Error suggests the key value cannot be null, we have checked the values and can see a null value, but there is no option to delete it. Have looked on project.xml for deleting the null value , but unfortunately don’t see this null value.

\Clock Entry Screen with ErrorI have an employee who clocked in and somehow the system clocked him in over 45 days ago.  Now...we cannot clock out and get an error message saying that the value is too lage (probably) for an Int32 field.  Normally we would clock the employee out and fix the clock entries on the Approve Clock Entries screen.  Any suggestions?  We’ve had to create a temporary employee for this employee to use while we figure this out.

Hi guys,I’ve noticed that there’s Pending Approval Notification for EMP Time Cards, but we want another notification working as following: whenever a time card is rejected, the owner/Employee should receive an email that he/she should check the reason, revise it accordingly and resubmit. So far I couldn’t find it anywhere in “Time & Expenses Preferences”. Is it possible to achieve it?Thanks.

Hi,We are currently trying to create an import scenario to Reclassify Transactions - depending on the external ref / transaction description, the GL should be reclassified to specific branches. Looking for some help to get the import scenario working.Note that we cannot use the screen filters normally, since they only allow for one condition at a time, and no conditional replace. Doing it manually means to load, replace and process hundreds of unique refs/descriptions each one at a time.The import scenario is as follows:Current just trying to get the Load Transactions button working, so we have deactivated the other steps, but we are running into unspecified view errors. The data provider is not used.
