Hello,       I am not an excel expert, so I do not know whether the issue I met is related to the below idea:         The issue I met is as below:1, I formatted a data field in report designer, using “0.00” 2,  It is looked nice in screen and when exporting to PDFHowever, the data is only displayed in integer format, while it is indeed having 2 decimals value. on the contrary, the data filed without formatting is looked bad on screen, but it is OK when exporting to excel 

I am trying to do a test upgrade from 2021 R2 to 2023 R1 on a local VM to test some customizations and I get this error:  I am using SQL Server Standard 2016 with the latest CU.Is there any way around this, or do we need to use an Enterprise Version of SQL locally now as well?I should add that when I click Ignore to all the error messages it does seem to finish, but I am not sure of the state of the data.  Does it just mean that I cannot use the new archive feature on my local test VM but everything else will work?

I am looking to set the Price Class field to be required on the location screen when a customer is being created.So my attributes are set as below.This works fine on the customer screen but when I try to add a vendor or employee I hit a stop as the price class is not populated, price class isnt required on either so is there anyway just to enforce this requirement on the customer screen? [PXDBString(10, IsUnicode = true)][PXSelector(typeof(AR.ARPriceClass.priceClassID))][PXDefault(PersistingCheck = PXPersistingCheck.NullOrBlank)][PXUIField(DisplayName = "Price Class", Visibility = PXUIVisibility.Visible, Required = true)] 

I am entering our credit card transaction and it won’t allow me to post a credit transaction.  

In project, how to add employees in individual tasks… I want separate employees to assign a different task. Is it possible to add each line item with each employees? 

Currently you cannot enter a negative expense receipt for a corporate credit card. Upvote here: However we have many customers who are dealing with this on a regular basis, what is your prefered or suggested workaround while Acumatica considers the idea of adding this into the product?  Thank you!

Hi, I am trying to replicate the filters shown below in the report designer, but I am having some difficulty doing this. It seems that the report designer doesn’t like me using the full name of the status (e.g. Open, On Hold) but rather it prefers the single letter representation of the status. So far I have found that letters like ‘O’ and ‘H’ work as the filter value from looking at other existing reports, but I am not sure where to find the full list of letters related to these statuses. Is there a screen in the system or a table that I need to look at which will provide me with all the available statuses and their associated letter representations? Kind regards,Andrew  

Hey everyone,  We have a client adding stock at zero cost into the system using a receipt and then adjust the total cost per line item afterwards with an adjustment. I used to work on the customer side and that’s how we used to add stock not already in the ERP where we needed to add a cost separately. Basically, like an inventory adjustment for goods that have already been paid for. I’m not sure if that’s correct after looking at the GL transactions. Any insight?We are in the implementation phase and I don’t want this to go awry. I think I know the answer but I just wanted some professional insight.

I can see under the 23R1 documentation that setting the Availability of a Non-Stock item to “Set as Unavailable” is supposed to disable it and make it “not available for purchasing in the online store”: However, I can’t see that anything changes in Shopify when the Non-Stock item is Set as Unavailable; I am still able to purchase the product online.Can anyone advise what the expected behavior is for this setting and Non-Stock items in Shopify?

I am trying to upgrade a customer. I am getting an error in a few places, especially around printing reports. (From 2021 R2 to 2022 R2)I’m not sure how to debug this. The error is not tripped by my debugger. I go into Sales Quotes and try to do a “Print Quote” when I do that I get an error. I have no idea what report is being called, so I don’t know how to look at that.I tried to do an override of the PrintQuote function, so I could see what was going on inside of it but no dice. It wont permit an override. Hi, We have a requirement to Track manufacturing work order material issue cost via project Module. Followings are the steps we performed.  1). Create a Project and added Labor and Material Cost budget tasks which attached with Material        and Labor accounts groups.2). Then create a Item Work order via particular project/Task and release it. 3). When issuing Items Project/Task tied with work order and will issue appropriate Project Task. System will create a Inventory and Project transactions. but those values are not showing in Balance Tab. Under the view transaction tab all are showing. 4). Labor is not capturing from Manufacturing end and using Time card. When performed the time card  or particular user those values are transferring as we expected and showing under the balance tab in  the project Form.      05). Need to know how Work Order Inventory Items are issuing to Projects and what are the workflow steps happening are there?Attached the Screenshots document.  Regards   

Hello, - When trying to generate Government Reporting in Aatrix has anyone gotten an error message generated by Acumatica that states “Input string was not in correct format”, while a larger box on the screen that appears to be generated by Aatrix states “Waiting for Payroll Data” ?   If so, would you mind sharing the solution?  It will be greatly appreciated! We are integrating Acumatica and BigCommerce. There are >100k of Stock item records in Acumatica. With that amount, only a subset of products will be exported in BigCommerce based on criteria provided. We noticed that as a default, Export to External is set to true. Is there a straightforward way to achieve our goal where in only the identified items based on criteria shall be exported and the rest will not?Now, what we are doing is to create a GI and make everything Export to External as false, then running an Import Scenario to explicitly set the Export to External true based on criteria given.Hoping to hear your suggestions for a more direct and elegant way on fixing this. With the latest update I am now required to enter the “Cost Layer” column and “To Cost Layer” column for transfers to projects as either Normal or Project. I cannot imagine how requiring this field helps anyone. The cost layer was formerly IMPLIED by entering the actual origin in the Project column and the destination To Project column. It seems to me that the only thing these columns do is limit you from selecting the project you want unless you select “Project”. No one is asking for even more tedious columns per line item. I already am required to enter the task and cost code for every line, without being given the option of having a default task and project per stock item. Now I have TWO MORE columns that I didn't ask for, it just slows down entry across the board, and that’s all I can see these columns accomplishing for me.   

Where would I find information on 3 way PO matching in Acumatica?

We have a few confirmed shipments which have not generated inventory GL entries through the Update IN function. Further, when I review the shipment itself, the Update IN field is greyed out. The order type is set to Update IN on shipment confirmation, so I am not sure why the Update IN has not run for this order - additionally not sure why I am unable to run it manually through the shipment itself.FYI - The invoice associated with this order has not been released, it remains in Balanced status. 

we have a job setup with a cost code of 01-0500 Labor. When I view this cost code from Projects > Cost Budget it shows Actual Quantity of 58. However the actual amount is well beyond what 58 x our hourly rate would be.If I export all the time entry / payroll transactions that have hit that cost code, they are truly 315.5. And if I divide the ACTUAL AMOUNT / 315.5 that is accurate and correct.So my question is any idea why the cost budget would be showing only 58 hours? 

I’m trying to set up Approval Maps for AP Bills.  Certain Vendor Bills need to be approved by certain managers.  There is also a list of vendors that don’t need an approval.  My first attempt didn’t seem to work.  IBelow are the screenshots for the Step & Rules.  Any help would be appreciated!     

I have looked on the forum and haven’t found a single post or more information for “leveling” customization on the Customization Projects Screen. Is there a good way to properly level customization? What kind of approach should someone have when dealing with multiple customizations for the same screen?

I would like to inquire whether Acumatica Device Hub can be installed separately on the client-side.Additionally, apart from using Device Hub, are there any other methods you would recommend for achieving automatic label printing? Thank you,Reggie
