Has anyone tried to concatenate a barcode for the Scan Move form?  For example, I would like to concatenate Production Nbr & Operation & Quantity into one bar code.  I attempted to modify the Production Ticket with Barcode and attemped these codes for starters: =[AMProdItem.ProdOrdID]+'<CR>'+[AMProdOper.OperationCD]=[AMProdItem.ProdOrdID]+'Chr(13)'+[AMProdOper.OperationCD]=[AMProdItem.ProdOrdID]+'Chr(19)'+[AMProdOper.OperationCD]=[AMProdItem.ProdOrdID]+’\n’+[AMProdOper.OperationCD]=[AMProdItem.ProdOrdID]+’\r’+’\n’+[AMProdOper.OperationCD] I obviously don’t know what I’m doing trying to code the carriage return / pause/break / line feed to make it work with the Scan Move form.  The codes above do combine it into one barcode, but the issue is whether I can code something into the barcode that pauses for a second while the Scan Move form moves on to the next prompt. 

How does one filter the Purchase Order Receipt and Billing report to only show Unvouchered Receipts?

Hi,We have an requirement from our client, they need to send both packing list and SO Invoice when sending the email from Email Invoice function. I have tried with the EmailTemplate Attach Report Scenario, how ever it was not successfull.Appreciate if anyone can point me the option that I have used was wrong, what is the correct method to do this or other wise is there any other option available.Please Note this Packing List is a Customized Report. Best Regards,Kavindu

I’m working on a GI to display the following information for future audits. Basically, the auditor wants to see a list of field changes on vendors within a given time frame. They want to pick one of the changes and have the team pull the necessary approval paperwork for that change. I’m currently using PX.SM.AuditHistory and PX.SM.Users. Here are the needed fields:OperationChangeDateUsernameTableNameModifiedFieldsScreenIDChangeIDOld valueNew valueI was able to get the fields listed except for the old field value and the new/updated field values. Doing some research, I think that this information is stored separately, but wanted to ask the community first. Is that “change” information stored separately?

I’m looking for a fully mobile label printing solution. I’m looking at the zebra zq500 series. It says it is compatible with iOS apps, but would like to confirm that I would be able to print from Acumatica’s iPhone app to one of those printers. If not, could we use a Zebra mobile device to send the print jobs from there?

Was wondering how can we record the overseas shipments in Acumatica.The flow is like: SO→ Shipments forwarded to forwarding agencies (with invoice & packing list) → Customs Clearance → Delivery to the overseas customer.Thanks in advance.

Hi Acumatica People,I am setting up a new environment and I did the following: -created a customer after I had set-up my customer classes-set up my reason codes-set up my warehouse with locations -created two items-Entered receipts (like this): -Entered the order: We haven’t changed any setting associated with Project (which is part of our planned implementation). This order is non-project order (identified in our settings as X).  I am presently going through the “Project Inventory Tracking: Implementation Checklist”. Are there standard set-ups for the non-project, X, that I have missed? Thanks, Patrick      

Hi all, We’re trying to create integrations and during the testing, I’m running into some issues with the api parameters. Does Acumatica support the following?  entity/default/22.200.001/vendor?$filter=VendorID eq '501446'&?$expand=MainContact,MainContact/AddressI find that when I try to use filter or select when expanding that I get unexpected or limited results. Is this a limitation of the api or is my syntax not correct?I’m trying to get an efficient query that gets a couple of fields on the vendor entity and a few off the expanded entities. I have been able to remove filter, select, and expand and get the entire data set, but I don’t want that waste in the automation.  Thanks in advance!

I am looking for an explanation of these settings on the Ship Via Advanced Fulfilment Tab.

Hello, I am trying to concatenate string and integer fields from ARSalesPrice Table - InventoryID, CustPriceClassID, PriceType, CustomerID, BreakQty.  The purpose of this GI is to count if we have duplicate prices at the same break qty. But currently, it does not let me concatenate string and integer fields together.  Could you please advise how that is achievable? 

Hi,I need to add Vendors list popup on details grid on sales order page. I created new field in database with customization studio. Also added DAC extension then I update sales order screen (SO301000)but it just displays regular I want to have it like on Vendor Price screen (AP202000) 

I’m trying to create a condition so that I can hide an action if the customer doesn’t have terms or if their terms require some prepayment. Below are is the condition I created in the customization.  I then set the Hidden option for the action to the above condition  However, the action is never not available. How do I get it so that the action is hidden whenever the terms are not any of the prepay options?

Does anyone know of a table/datafield that stores the site URL? I’m trying to feed parameters into a GI navigation link and have it be transferable across multiple sites without needing to update the URL on each site. Thanks!

Hello,We have just upgraded from 2019R2 to 2023R1. In 2019R2 I was previously able to change the template ID of an existing and assigned stock item if I had the “Edit Template ID” checkbox enabled in the item class. Today I went to do that and the Template ID is greyed out and unable to be edited. Is this a bug or new behavior? Is there anyway around this without making a customization to reenable this field?Thanks you in advance. 

Could someone point me in the right direction of where to start on a Generic Inquiry that can show Project Managers the ‘burn rate’ / spending's on their project based on certain dates?So two scenarios - Time Entry / Labor. We enter time and process payroll via Acumatica. There are a number of Inquiry Title pages that contain billable time fields and amounts, but I couldn’t seem to get that correlating / summing properly by Project. On top of that, would need a way to say ‘pull this data between these dates’ or from the previous weeks dates.The other one would be project transactions during those dates. However I’m not sure how I’d accurately show these dates because bills can be entered but not paid at the same time.Appreciate any insight!

Hello,We are running into an issue currently where users are able to see all AP Batch Payments under the “Batch Payments” screen even if they do not have access to that Company/Branch. When they click into the batch, they are unable to see the payment details, however if they have access to the Release function, then they are able to release that batch. Is there any way to prevent a user from releasing a batch that is not within their branch access list? And/or can we restrict their view from the Batch Payments screen?Thank you!Ashley
