are there ‘versions’ of the Report Designer product?how can you see what version you are running ? 

Hello, My Consolidated P&L report is eliminated but the consolidated net income under my balance sheet does not match with consolidated income statement. The net income figure that the balance sheet report pulls is a combination of parent and subsidiary without the elimination of interco transactions. It is drawn from the account class NETINCOME from respective entity.  I need help on how to make them tie under the report definition. Thank you in advance. Thank you. Regards,Cherlene

Im looking to set up a Business Event to send an Email reminder if the AP Bill → Approver hasn't approved the bill within 2 days.  I'm not sure if this is possible through a business event and how to join APInvoice to EPApproval. Has anyone ever done anything like this?

Is there a way to limit a third-party report disigner’s rights / access?  We hire hire third-party report dedigners.  We do not want these third-parties to have admin-type rights, but enough rights to access but not change data. 

Is anyone else experiencing this issue after upgrading to 22 R1? I’ve been able to replicate in 22.105.0031 and 22.107.0022 in Chrome and Firefox. Is this a bug?

Hi Everyone,  For some reason I don't have the option to “download package” in the apply updates screen.How can I update this site to the 2023R1? Is there another method through the material wizard? Could i potentially just create a new site/instance? 

Is there a way that we can make it to where our techs can’t see the default warehouse when they go to job cost parts from their trucks. We are running into the techs choosing the default warehouse instead of selecting there truck as the warehouse so our inventory is getting very messed up. We want them to still have access to the main warehouse we just don’t want them to see that as an option when they go to job cost.

Inquiring if the Image Recognition for expenses receipts was removed in 2022 R1? because I have tried capturing a receipt using my mobile device, but it doesn’t do any recognition, it just attaches the image as file, then I have to add the rest of the details manually.

Hello, I would like to know if I can also split current production orders (activated MRP module). As an example: An order with 100 parts. There are only material for 30 parts immediately available and I need the finished product right away.Is there a way now to say I'm splitting the current job into a 30 piece, 50 piece, and 20 piece job without having to finish (or cancel) the entire job or recreate several individually. It is also about the final accounting.

Is there a way to add multiple finished goods in 1 BNR? Example,  I have 50 KG of product that will pack out into 2 ea. 10 KG containers/lids, 4 ea. 5 KG containers/lids, 10 ea. 1 KG containers/ lids. Each container is a different size. This will come from a single sales order and I would like to only make 1 BNR for our production order. I know I can move multiple finished goods, but would like to created then in 1 BNR.

I have report where I note the account and it’s balance on one row, expand by subaccount on the next row set exampleThis is working great for obtaining the subaccount activity that makes up the account balance. However when printing the report, I would like to sort the subaccount string numerically. Currently, segment one is sorting largest to smallest while segment 2 is smallest to largest. Does anyone know of a custom expression for either the column set or row set to be able to sort the string smallest to largest? example of report output (exported to Excel), same behavior in the Acumatica screen and when exporting to PDF​​​​​Thanks for any and all help on this!

A customer is a branch of a head office. Some invoices for the customer are billed to the head office and paid for by head office (purchase of equipment). Other invoices for the customer are billed to the branch and paid for by the branch (consumable items).If I setup the child / parent relationship, is there any way of choosing that some invoices are not the responsibility of the parent but of the child? ThanksKevin

Hello Community,I have a query regarding the “ADD PO RECEIPT” button at the Bills Form and whether there's a way to display only the correct receipts.Let me illustrate the scenario: sometimes, a user may create a receipt but inadvertently input incorrect information and then proceed to release it. In such cases, the user needs to create a Return form, reopen the PO Line, and subsequently re-receipt it correctly. This results in the “PO HISTORY” tab of PO containing two receipts - the first one, wrongly released, and the second one, which is the correct receipt. Additionally, there's the entry for the Return form.Now, when we create bill for the receipts through “ADD PO RECEIPT” button, we want to see only the correct receipt (the second one) to choose in the Bills Form. This would help avoid any confusion and ensure accuracy in our billing procedures.I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could provide insights or suggest any methods to achieve this, allowing us to effectively filter

Hi!We have a Bills and Adjustments Approval routing set up for one of our tenants, with a very simple routing that flows to a workgroup of approvers. All of a sudden, today, we are unable to approve any of the Bills stuck in Pending Approval. Nothing about our routing has changed, and I have even tried creating a new routing, creating test users to assign the routing to, and we are unable to successfully approve. Has anyone encountered this, or know where we should begin to look? It doesn't matter if we create brand new routing, assign new users as the approver, etc, we continue to get the message “You are not an authorized approver for this document”Thanks for your insight!

Is there a way to pull the AR and AP Aging reports through the rest API? Specifically these are the reports I’m referring to:  

I am looking for a way to bill time directly to customers. I noticed when creating an Activity for a customer (work item, phone call, etc.), you can check the activity as “Billable”. How do you bill these activities to customers?  I am guessing the activity checkbox (Billable) is only for reporting on the timecard. I am trying to avoid creating a project and invoice for a 15 minute consulting phone call. I’d love to way to track all billable work items for a customer and then bill them at the end of the month / quarter with all these work items.  Thanks,Paul

Good day,I want to update vendor classes.  I can’t seem to find an action that will override the warning note which I want to set to NO.  When I run import below; it has been to confirm if I want to update the vendor settings which is in all cases NO.  Any suggestions? Or Which action I should use to answer the”warning”

HelloI’m trying to use a webservice endpoint with StorageDetailsInquiry and StorageDetailsLocationInquiry to get all the inventory from a specific warehouse, but it seems that those endpoints only give me the first row of data from each InventoryID if there are multiple lots worth of data.I’ve attached screenshots of the inventory rows that I need and my postman response when I try to get those rows.The endpoint we are using is /StorageDetailsInquiry?$expand=StorageDetailsHas anyone else had issues with this? We’re just rolling out Acumatica. We’re starting to utilize Template Items heavily. I’m wondering if there’s a feature we can turn on to just auto-generate the Template ID rather than having to enter something? It would save a lot of time!
