Hello Community, I am facing an issue in regards to Report Designer tool. I have been designing a report but when I added detailSection5 the report now displays the header of the report too, even though I haven’t added the particular headline in this section. Can anyone please let me know how can I get rid of this? Also when I added a new detailSection6 it doesn’t display the headline.  Result of detailSection5 Result of detailSection6 

I imported inventories against a default warehouse an location. However, decided to remove it later on before entering any transactions. Bulk removed default warehouse and locations from ‘inventory card’ and ‘Item Warehouse Details’ screen.Now when creation purchase order and using ‘Add Items’ button, system still holds this information in inventory lookup as a siteID value.If adding lines manually using + button it’s all goof. Only when using below Add Items button. How can I remove warehouses from here?  

When we figuring out stock depletion, we often run into trouble with quantities on open blanket purchase orders. For example, we will look at inventory summary and inventory allocation to see a list all current inventory on hand, supply and demand. However, there doesn’t seem to be any report tied to the inventory item that includes quantities open on a blanket PO. As a result, contracts reflected in blanket PO’s are overlooked when we’re planning the phase out of an item resulting in all sorts of issues like restocking fees, large scrap values or modifying deployment plans.Is there any way to have visibility to open blanket PO quantities when looking at inventory summary or allocation? Is there any reason that these screens wouldn’t/shouldn’t include quantities on blanket PO?

There could be a very simple solution to this that I’m not seeing, but basically, I uploaded a forecast on a Finished Good, and MRP is reacting appropriately at the Finished Good level:Action Dates for Finished Good itemFor this Finished Good, I have a corrugated shipper in the BOM, but all of the MRP Planned demand for the shipper fall on the same date:Action Dates for the corrugated shipperI have opened up all calendars and played around with preferences for about 2 hours (fatigue may be my issue at this point), but does anyone know why my Promise Dates would all fall on the same date when the Finished Good demand is spread out? Hello Everyone,We are looking for to adopt a 7 segment inventory id. One of the segment is Item Class. Thinking about using Attributes and make the id created automatically. Its not clear on how the ids get created using attributes and segments. Already referred Matrix items, Templates as part of the research. Has anyone went through a process of multi segment inventory id. how easy is to create and maintain the records? Is there any value on creating multi segment like for any reporting? Ease of use, read challenge, etc. Any challenges that we should be aware of. Appreciate any insight.Thanks,

Can someone please confirm where we enter our planned labour costs on a BOM?Our original BOMs were set up by a consultant and it was never explained to us where to enter this information. From my searching I think it is ‘run time’ on the work centres on a BOM. Is this correct?If it is, we assume a production order adds all work centre run times together to get the planned labour time on a production order?

I am trying to create a restriction groups for each GL account (about 1300 of them) using an import scenario. I am able to get the group created, but I cannot figure out how to select the check box for included once the group is created. 

Dear Connections: Due to the way this inventory is lot/serial managed, I receive an error when I try to enter the conversion factor: "Fractional unit conversions not supported for serial numbered items."  The conversion factor will be 0.133GM and I'm trying to key in the conversion UNIT PKT SalesUOM>. Even though I also tried switching my BASE UOM to GRM, the problem still persisted.  Appreciate your advise on this situation.  Refer to the attachment below Thanks Ram

Is there currently no way to copy a completed Production Details to a new Bill of Materials? I could export and import, but that seems like an unnecessary hassle. You can copy production details to another production details or save as a template. But I do not see a way to copy Production Details to a new Bill of Materials. You can also reference a previous production order as the “Source” but that does not help with estimating current material and labor cost unless we go through the trouble of creating a plan type production order. For custom jobs, sometimes we have to adjust the production details on the fly and we would like to be able to easily save and copy those details if we need to copy the job.

Two core settings in our Big Commerce website have mysteriously reset.  One is “Track Inventory”.  Our system is set up to track inventory and so when stock goes to zero, the item is automaticsally removed from our webset and when we restock the item the item is automatically returned to the website.  The “Track Inventory” setting was “unchecked on hundreds of items and hundreds of out of stock items reappeared on our website.  Two, some of our items are set to “do not sell on the website” and instead “Call for Pricing” appears under the item.  All of these call for pricing items were reset and the “do not sell” box is not checked. And the Call for pricing has disappeared.  We are on 2022 R2.  What is happening?  Big Commerce has not idea what is causing this to happen.  Can anyone help us?

Does a Fluent BQL equivalent exist for the STRING_AGG function in SQL Server? I am writing a query over a one-to-many relationship and would like to see a string column from the `many` table concatenated with commas.  Similar to how Customization Projects can display multiple Screen Names in a single cell. Does any one know the best practice for achieving this?

We would like to add the CustPORefNbr from the Service Orders screen to the Appointments screen so we don't have to go to the service order to enter the customer order ref number every time.I took a look on the Appointments FS300200 screen editor and it doesnt show as an option when I select add data fields. 

Hi All, Currently looking to automate a bill payment into Acumatica after processing the payment using an automated payment method for a client, I have seen that the only method is to create a “check” payment but this only creates a record of a payment not specifically against a bill, is there any way to create a payment that would be assigned to a specific bill ?Could we create a DebitAdj against a bill, documentation seems to be rather lacking in this area. Thanks

We are currently implementing Acumatica and just discovered from our consultant that there is no easy way to create an approval map to handle situations where an invoice doesn’t match the PO (i.e. price variance, freight charges added, etc...). In a perfect world, we would be able to replicate our current purchasing software which sends an automatic approval to the person who made the purchase order to approve the variance as AP has no idea if it is legit or not. Does anyone have any suggestions for possible workarounds to handle AP Invoice/Purchase order variances without us reverting to the old fashioned way of sending each invoice manually back to the buyer to ask for their approval?

Is it possible to create one SO invoice with multiple delivery notes in Acumatica when goods are delivered to separate customers but one customer pay for the products

I see ShipmentType in the SOOrderShipment DAC.  It shows char(1) and the visual shows “Shipment, Drop-Ship,etc.”  How do I determine what the single character is that represents “Shipment”?
