Hello, So our client has sent us this issue and I am trying to think of the best way to process. They are out today so I do not have all of the details, but my understanding is that they have multiple bank accounts involved with a vendor payments. So they will create a payment and the amount flows through Cash Account #1 to Cash Account #2 and then the vendor is paid. They need the payment to hit each account so that they can reconcile at the end of each month. The only way I could currently think to do this would be to have Cash Account #1 pay the vendor and then create a manual entry for Cash account #2 to show the amount flowed in and out. I checked the clearing account in Acumatica but the notes said that is only for AR. I am not sure if I am missing a feature or if anyone else has implemented a better solution for this?Any ideas?

Hello Everyone!So I am getting this error in the Sales Order Entry Screen, S0301000 Now regarding the customization mentioned here, This is the Previous Version:  and after deciding to do some refactoring I decided to move this DAC away from PurchaseOrders to a new customization HSCatQuota, with the following DAC:HSCatQuotaAlso I removed the dac and the associated graphs in PurchaseOrders, after the refactoring.  Now I added the dependencies to the previous PurchaseOrders customization using the add from dependency, from the bin, I can build the solution but can’t create a new Sales Order. Is there something I might be missing, during these step?I even checked in my other customizations ,and nowhere is the PurchaseOrders namespace being used. Thanks,Jugraj  

We recently upgrade to 2023 R1 23.105.0016 and our Device Hub application is no longer working.[Printer] [Error] Attempt 1. Failed to connect to the ‘site url’ server. Microsoft.AspNet.SignalR.Client.HttpClientException: StatusCode: 404, ReasonPhrase: 'Not Found', Version: 1.1, Content: System.Net.Http.StreamContent, Headers:It has been working for months with no issues and we did not change any configuration prior to or after the upgrade. Do we need to change the configuration for the upgrade or is there a new version?

We lost entire employees list in one of our tenants is there any way to determine how or who deleted them without audit history enabled for that screen id?

Hello! Our company is new to Acumatica and we are still working through some growing pains as we adjust to the new system. Is there a way to edit/adjust time records after they have been released? We had some employees apply their time to a Construction Project instead of a Service Order and it was not brought to our attention until after the time was released. It has not been pulled through to Payroll yet.

I have created a poreceipts using “xyz” stockitem this item has multiple images attached in files, when I use this item in POReceipts and printing the Purchase Order report I want to pull all the images that are attached to that item in a horizontal way limited 5 images for each row.Could someone please help me how to achieve. I am trying to add Vendor Class to AP.30.10.PL - but I am getting no values to appear in the column after I have added to the RESULTS tab.I have tried JOINs from APInvoice.BAccount to DACs: BAccount, VendorR, and Vendor to get the column to populate; but I have had no success.Any guidance on what I am missing?Thank you in advance for any tips.   

Hi everyone,  We have a business event that send out information if an invoice balance is changed and for some reason - it will send out double emails. One with the information filled out and the other one is just a blank email. Does anyone have a fix for this or has experienced this? 

Importing records like sales orders or POs.The Inventory ID MAY be valid.However, it may not be a valid inventory ID.Is there a formula or anything that checks for this, then allows you to set a default value if the one provided is invalid?Thanks!

We’re wanting to set up an automatic charge that goes to invoices that are past due 30 days.  I’ve worked in the “Overdue Charges”, the “Customer Class” and “Calculate Overdue Charges” but somewhere I’m missing something. 

I can see that AR301000 has an action called releaseFromHold.  However, Sales Invoices don’t have a processing screen like Sales Orders do so there isn’t a processing screen to add this action into like this Add Remove Hold Action question.How might I take several thousand invoices off hold?

Can the option of Generate Calendar be automated under Company Financial Calendar? I did not see a schedule option. Let me know.Thank you,Frances
