Hi, I need to show the amount from the word in my custom report. I found some reference for thathttp://blog.acumatica.com.sg/2017/09/amount-to-words-conversion-at-acumatica.htmlBut,like that we can’t do the convert more than 10k numbers into word.Do we any alternative way do that from the report designer. 

As shown in the above screenshot, I want to modify the Invoice Status parameter so as to select multiple options at once, like Open and Closed status at once. So can I know if this is a possible feature in the report designer and if it is possible how to modify this parameter so as to accept multiple selections?

Hi! Is there a GI that we can be created that will show the GL accounts and the associated Sub Account with it for all or specific modules? I know GL account and subaccounts are setup throughout the system but I’m not sure if there is a table out there that contains this data without having to go through every module and joining many tables.

Hello,I am currently trying to open up a smart panel based on values in a grid on the row selected. Unfortunately, the values are not being updated on the filterview (a series of unbound fields I have) when I open it using PXFormula. It works when I open up the first row, but then after that, it doesn’t update with subsequent rows selected. To remedy this, I try to update my PXFilter view before running .AskExt.. and it works to update the values, but once I do this it won’t save the updated values. Hi,In the field service management module, there is an option available to the technician to capture customer signature from mobile app which is then uploaded to the appointment screen.I am building an application which needs to do the same, hence I am looking for REST API call details to be able to capture and attach signature to the appointment.I did not find any relevant actions in the web service endpoint. Hello,I was womndering is there any way to change the Headings Style in Acumatica grids? For example Change Fore/Back color or font style. I used this help from Stackoverflowhttps://stackoverflow.com/questions/42429061/acumatica-styling-a-specific-column-in-pxgrid/70338582#70338582 and managed to create the below but I’m wondering how I can set the same color to the grid headins?  

Looking for suggestions or someone to point out what I’m missing. I am attempting to set the Hold flag on BOM’s through an import scenario and it is not working as expected.  On the import scenario I am using the Hold from the Bill of Material screen and set it to =True  The import processes but it does not place the BOM on hold.   Thanks very much.  

how is the best way to handle this situation?  right now we are going in and changing the ship to address with each shipment.  but if we ever have to go back to print a previous shipment we have lost the address that it was shipped to, which loses the traceability.  there has to be an easier way.1 sales order, with multiple ship to locations. - each line to different locations. thanks!

We have a GI that pulls all our stock items that were/ on a sales order along with their dimensions like Length, Width, depth using attributes.  We are using an attribute that has a prefix of ‘ID :’followed by the length dimensions. We would like the GI to only display the numbers and not ‘ID :’ We used substring function to only display the numbers. Substring function Since we are using an attribute in the substring function, we get the below error: ErrorIs it possible to split/ display only certain characters from an attribute?

Good day On the MRP display it show that i need to order stock from a production order.However when we create the purchase order it does not link the purchase order back to the production order and the lines on the purchase order are created as goods for IN instead of goods for MFG.This causes confusion as you cannot see if the order has been placed or what the order is generated for.Build version is 22.209.0029Does the MRP always order for stock instead of for production?Thank you 

i am trying to modify a report I want to add another layer of grouping for subtotals.  I want to add Group3.  I can modify group 1 and group 2 but cant figure out how to add a Group 3.  fairly new to Report designer

I have our logo on the AR Invoice and it looks like it’s as far left that I can get it in Report Designer (aligned with the Bill To text below) but when I print it has space (not aligned with company and Bill To info just below it).What am I doing wrong?  

I'm trying to print in a thermal mini printer, and the rpx is fine while the report has only one page. The report heigth it is configured like a Letter size. But when the report has 2 pages, repeats the header and footer.I would like to configure this report like a continuos paper roll, is there a way to do this?

When accessing a GI through OData in PowerBi or Excel, I get the following error message:DataSource.Error: We couldn't parse OData response result.  Error: Unexpected end of file has occurred. We are used to “reversed” GL where liability and income accounts are shown as a negative and always thought this was normal.  Can anybody tell me if we change to reversed in GL preferences how we will be affected.  We went live on 11/1/2020 and would like to see reversed (normal to us).Thanks in advance Brian

Hello,      I’d like to add 1 customized field on SOShipLineSplit dialogue,  It would be easy,  just after add controls on screen, the system would automatically generate a cs file to define the data class. User only have to define the attribute, and system maintain other codes.    However, strangely, unlike other screen (Which means other screen are customizing perfectly) , the file generating on SOShiplineSplit data class are missing a “PX” at the beginning, the first line.      Hence,  I get an error on Validation.        This error actually existed for a long time. Although I can manually change the PX_Objects_SO_SOShipLineSplit_extensions.cs file to let it pass validation.  But is there a way to solve this issue permanently?

Hi, When a client is generating an invoice from the Invoices screen (SO303000), the result shows duplicate lines.The odd thing is that it doesn’t occur for all invoices, just a select number of them, so it could be the joins, but then it could be something else, and I am out of ideas of what I can look at.I tried things like changing the groupings, comparing a problematic invoice with one that works, but still couldn’t find anything that would be the problem.I have attached the report file below. Are you able to spot something that could be causing this occasional issue?Let me know if I can provide any further information. Kind regards,Andrew

When attempting to attach a .mov video file from an iPhone to an Appointment, it just spins and will not upload the file.When attempting to attach the same file with an Android phone, it works just fine when using the ‘upload using mobile device’ button to receive a push notification to upload the file. Multiple iPhones were tested, and photos attach without issue, but videos are not working. Does anyone know of a workaround or iPhone setting that may be causing this issue? 

After a couple of rounds of trying to “PUT” records into the Stock Item that have the # symbol I’m beginning to think the API framework doesn’t accept special characters. Can someone confirm this? I’m using Power Automate Desktop to invoke the web service and insert stock items. I’ve tried the Replace Text action  (replace # with %%23 also replace # with \#), none of which work. Thanks in advance!

Hey everyone, I’m having a difficult time with this one. I broke my brain over it over the holiday weekend. I had this working at some point at the beginning of the project last week and I must have accidentally unclicked something and I can’t figure out what. I’m bringing in Payments for Sales Orders, so I have an import scenario to add a prepayment and then load the sales order. I keep getting this “Missing operator before the Order operand.” issue. Any tips from anyone out there? I’m stumped. 

Trying to extend the length of the UOM field in Acumatica and not having much success. Hi, I am doing a testing about the Update Sub. on Order Owner Change function at Purchase Order preferences for future used. So, how does it work? is that when I change the owner of the purchase order, then the expense sub will change based on the department setting?  However, when I change the owner to other department, the expenses sub. will not change, can anyone explain to me how this feature works?
