Hello Community,I have been trying to display the description of the UDF fields, but not have been able to do so. I have been able to display the value but not the description:i have added a UDF field in the projects form that fetches the value from ARCustomer table    The above report only displays the Account ID, i have been trying to display the Account Name of the customer too. How can I achieve this or is there any workaround to do so? Also the Schema field, Attributes (CS205000) form doesn’t display any values relating to Account Name

Hello Community,I have been trying to add a new field that displays the Retainage percent and amount in the Subcontracts SF (SC641000) report, but the schema builder doesn’t display the required fields of RetainagePct & RetainageAmt. Hi, I've created a below generic inquiry, and I would like to setup a pivot table using the concatenation formula.To illustrate, if you examine the screenshot provided, you'll notice that "VLDD80" represents the product code, and there's a corresponding project ID configured in the setup.My objective is to establish a new pivot table that relies on a combination of both the product code and project ID. how can i achieve this?  I want the pivot table output as shown in below screenshot.   For some reason, I’m not able to attach the GI, but it will great, if someone can help me on this. Thanks .

I’m trying to create a GI to show sales transactions using the ARTran table along with the postal code from the shipping address related to that transaction. What is the best way to connect the SOShippingAddress (where the PostalCode is found) to the ARTran table? Or is there a better way around this?

Hi,I am trying to build a report and an approval map for GL transactions, we want to exclude all created via API,Is there a way to differentiate between a screen vs API action/creation? The only option I can think of right now is by API user I am wondering if there is a better dynamic way…?Thank you  

Currently in Acumatica, when you are trying to receive an item with serial numbers from a 2 step transfer, the document already comes with the serial numbers from the original transfer.I’ve tried to remove them from the Cache objects and views y different ways but ultimately it doesn’t work.  Is there a way to clear or remove all line details records when the Transfer number is selected? This way the user validates the physical serial number and enters it in the system.  Here is my code with all the ways I’ve tried. Hello, When we release a project Invoice for a Stock item shipment, the journal entry usually generates four transactions. Trade Receivable (Debit) Revenue - Piles (Credit) Shipped - Unbilled Accounts Receivables (Credit) Inventory Materials (Debit)However, there is a project in which the invoice journal transaction is not generating the two last transactions. We want to understand why is it not affecting “Shipped - Unbilled accounts receivables” and “Inventory materials” accounts, despite all projects follow the same workflow.  Thanks

I’m curious if there is an easy or built in way to create a common quantity unit of measure in reports when orders utilize different UOM.  We have various case sizes, pallets, etc. that can all convert to the basic unit.  Is it possible to lookup the conversion factor from INUnit table based on sales UOM when doing a generic inquiry?

Hi,Just looking for some advice on what steps need to be undertaken for the upgrade process when there are customizations using extension libraries.   We always have issues on the live site post upgrade so obviously we are not doing something correctly.  This is our process:We get a sandbox environment and take a snap shot, Next create a local instance of the new build, import the snapshot, and test the code compiles.  This is done by the developer (ie. me) and as long as the code compiles and publishes locally I don’t do anything else  We get our users to do some testing in the sandbox.  This is fairly undirected and probably too light (meaning there are problems on the sandbox that don’t get identified pre upgrade) Assuming that no issues are picked up in the above we wait for the upgrade to occur Post upgrade we republish the customizations.  On the new live site all customizations appear as unpublished.That’s our process.  Post upgrade, things typically do not go well on the Live s

I have searched, but suspect I’m not using the right terminology.Does anyone have access to, or know where I could find a step-by-step checklist / guide to setting up a new company from scratch.  Eg. Start with Company, then create ledgers, then COA etc. all the way through customers and inventory.Many a time one will start configuring and we might start with trying to import a COA but find we didn’t set up Ledgers first, or try setting up AP Preferences but find we’ve not set up COA for default accounts.  So to see things in the exact order in which to set them up would be super useful. TIA​​​​​

Hello - We have a temp AP clerk, and would love to have them enter transactions and bills, but NOT be able to release them. Is there a way to revoke access to the “Release” function on this screens, while granting access to the rest? I am searching through the securities and am not finding it. Thanks for any guidance!

We are a manufacturing company and deal with a lot of numbers! Actually, we all do in business!  Zero’s and alignment issues cause a great amount of strain on the end-user..headaches a lot of them don’t realize they can fix with a monospace font! I’ve changed the ‘Editor Font’ settings under Site Preferences, both on Acumatica hosted and a site our Partner hosts for us, but it doesn’t seem to have any effect.  Luckily Acumatica seems to include most Windows default fonts, which have a few monospace fonts, but how do we get them to display?  They would be particularly useful on the default Generic Inquiry Entry Screens with tables of numbers and letters.  Also, it seems in order to get custom fonts on Reports, the font must already be on the server?  Things like Shipment Number SHI01125 are ripe for confusion with Arial.  Luckily the default font choices do work on the Reports. The site is making this request (on both sites respectively):https://acumatica.SITE.com/SITE/fonts/acumatica-f

Is anyone else in Washington state having issues with their Paid Family medical not calculating correctly starting at the end of Q2 2023?My testing and research is showing that all of a sudden this tax is way over deducting from my employees and it appears to be coinciding with the roll-out/implementation of the new WA Cares tax.I’ve checked my tax settings for WA FLI and they have not changed, so I’m stumped as to why the change?

Our company uses four different warehouses to ship items from. The four locations are not branchs or tenants. We have fields on our present invoices that has the Ship From address listed, and going forward, we would like it to be put onto an Acumatica Invoice that is being designed. Where would that information be kept. I tried using the data class Address, but it appears that it only contains the data for the corporate office.

I would like to display an Acumatica screen - or a wiki page (via the wiki widget the display is unfortunately not so nice) via an embedded page widget in the dashboard.This way I can also include input screens or the calendar boards from the service management as a side panel.Unfortunately, however, the Acumatica menu tree is also visible in the view. Does anyone have a trick how to hide this menu tree, e.g. via the link?

Good day,I have a situation populating an endpoint with custom fields.I created some custom fields, and in my local instance when I go to web service endpoint I extend the endpoint, extend entity of the sales order and when I Populate, I look for the section of Order summary and I find my fields, but in a SaaS instance they are not appearing, and I can’t add them to the endpoint.The first picture is in the local instance and the custom fields: RouteID, Route Nbr, Customer Nbr, appear and are options for me to add into the endpoint, but the second picture is when I try to populate the endpoint in SaaS and the fields do not appear.Everything is published correctly, and the picture of the sales order is in the SaaS itself.Does anyone have any explanations or suggestions?
