We have a customer who would like to store/pre-populate specific serial numbers in the sales order line/line details table. These items are items to be manufactured and have not had production order created or finished, so the actual serial numbers are not in stock.Has anyone come up with a workaround to pre-populate the serial numbers (or lot numbers) in SO Line Details?Regardless of testing all types of lot/serial classes, requiring lot/serial numbers on the order types, and changing item class to allow negative quantities, I can not get past the Inventory quantity will go negative error once I try to prepopulate a user enterable serial number in line details. I enter the serial and then when I tab off it clears the serial number and presents the error message.  

The following error is getting shown up whenever I am trying to import the Sales Order which consists partial payment with Gift Certificate ($25) through BigCommerce.

I have a variation on another post that was asked 11 moinths ago (here) In my case, my user creates lines in the Sales Quote detail that have no inventory ID. They are used as instructions for the customer. By default, when I am sendign this to a Service Order, it warns me that there are items with no inventory ID with a popup: The opportunity contains one or multiple product lines with no inventory item specified. Click OK if you want to ignore these product lines and proceed with creating a service order. Click Cancel if you want to review the product lines and specify inventory items where necessary. The problem is that I don’t to do either of these options. I want to Not have the warning, and just let it create a service order with Blank Inventory IDs.Reading through stephenward03 thread, I have created this class, but the box comes up before I get to the creatDocument() function, so it isn’t heling me. I tried looking at the source code, but I don’t see a method that I can overrid

Questions regarding using Expense Receipts & Bank Feeds for Credit CardsDo expenses receipts have to be claimed in order for those expenses to hit the GL? It seems like if the Expense receipt is matched in the bank transactions prior to it being claimed then the system doesn’t allow for this expense to be claimed and then it never hits the GL.  Is this correct?If someone can give proper steps when working with expense reciepts on a corporate card, that would be helpful.   Thank you!

Hello,When I run MRP, it successfully shows demand for component parts for a specific BOM when the demand is for a production order.When I put in a forecast for the upper level part (The BOM part) MRP shows the forecast demand ONLY for the upper level part, not for for the components used on the BOM.Any thoughts why the forecast demand would not be blowing down to the materials on the BOM and MRP suggesting POs for the parts?Thanks!Larry

Last week I watched a two part Acumatica training video on Unit Testing.  I want to watch it again but for the life of me, I cannot find it!Can anyone find the link for me?  I even went through my Chrome history and I cannot find the link.  

So I was able to piggy back off a couple of import scenarios that everyone here provided in the forum  to create users and assign passwords.  I see there is a user type that when I select the type it assigns the roles and enables them from within the user app.  When I run the import scenario it does everything and assigns the user type and even assigns the roles but it doesn’t enable them.  I am new to all this so I think I am missing something.  As assigning a user type will be way easier than assigning a group of roles.  Any help is appreciated.Import Scenario:After Import

Hello - Someone on my team is attempting to cancel two lines in a Purchase Order, but they want to leave the line on there as “0” amount for our records. When they attempt this they get the below error message:“To be able to process the line with zero quantity, clear the Require Receipt checkbox...”, and I cannot find that anywhere. Can someone please help let me know where this lives?Thanks!!  

Hello,We are encountering this issue when releasing a Labor. The production orders are set to backflush, and the Labor is for the last operation. The Labor status remains on balanced - we noticed that the corresponding IN Receipts and backflushed Materials/Cost Transactions have been generated and released.I have checked the 2 known issues for manufacturing demand plan ID issues, it is not a negative move or transfer receipt. We are currently on Build 22.120.0019.Any ideas?

Hi,We have a Shipment business event that is set to trigger an email notification so the approver can come in and do the necessary approvals. What is the best way to ensure this email gets sent immediately, rather than having to periodically go to Process Emails screen and send it out? Since the approval needs to be done on short notice so logistics can proceed with the delivery.

All,When we click “send” in Invoices and Memos [AR641000], the pdf file that is attached to the email defaults to “SO Invoice.pdf” -- we would like to change this so it’s dynamically named after the invoice that’s being sent, in this case, AR023733.pdf.I’m assuming this would need to be done via a customization package?

Hey Everyone, I’m struggling to create an import scenario to disqualify leads in mass. I’ve tried a few different things using the Action: Disqualify option but nothing seems to work. But it’s my first time creating one like this too so may have misunderstood how the Dialog Box work on Import Scenario.Here is a screenshot of my most recent attempt:  I guess the issue here is that when we try to disqualify there’s a dropdown where we need to select the reason and I don’t really know how I’m supposed to pass the value to that dropdown:   The error I’m getting is that the Reason cannot be empty. Anyone could help me out here? 

@Omar Ghazi  When will the Smartsheet Integration be upgraded for compatibility with 2023 R1?  The latest version available in GitHub for 2022 R2 fails validation on Build 23.103.0013.  I have a client that relies heavily on this integration and is planning their upgrade to 2023 R1. 

Hi,I have been poking around Acumatica to get the Withholding Taxes to deduct from the Order Total instead of adding it or say display something like belowInstead of this:The sample picture is a P.O. with VAT of 12% and WITHHOLDING TAX of 2%. Acumatica sums up all Taxes and Line Total to get the Order Total. But we need it to be:Order Total = Line Total + VAT (12%) - Withholding TaxIs this something I can do in the Customization? Has anyone been able to do this project?

Is there an option that would allow a stock item to be added to or removed from an existing template ID?  Example, an existing item is purchased from the manufacturer today with only one size and one color.  However, the following year they update the product to include multiple sizes and color.  We want to retain the history with the original size and color, but then add that item to a template item which includes the additional sizes and colors. I thought there was an option/configuration to allow the editing of template ID on an item, but can’t seem to find it.  Anyone know if that functionality exists?

I set up a business event to trigger an email to the customer when the shipment status changes to confirmed.So far so good and working correctly.  The next issue is we wanted to have it ignore the business event if the ship via is set to PICKUP or NOTSHIPPED.I set up a custom field and added a field update action to change this to checked on confirming the shipment. This is then checked in the business event to see if it just got set to true.Then I added a fieldverifying event to check the value in shipvia to determine whether to check this box.  This seems to have been working OK but some confirmed shipments seem to never trigger the email but I’m not sure why not. I’m presuming that sometimes the value of the checkbox is not set by the time the event kicks in to send the email. (Is that a possibility?) I’m not sure if there is a better way to do this process.  There doesn’t seem to be an option to check the field value in the business event unless it just changed so if the shipment h
