I was looking to add some functionality to the Generic Inquiry (SM208000) form but it does not display it’s BLC or DAC in the source code viewer. The Screen ASPX displays just fine.Wondering if that’s intentional since it’s core functionality.   

Is there a way to see history of journal transactions against an invoice?Currently, if I have to create a journal for any reason, I put a note on the invoice to flag to myself that there is a journal transaction related to it. It would be great to be able to go into an invoice and see journal transactions directly related to it.

We have added some datetime UDF’s to the submittal GI and are needing to apply style formulas for when the column is blank verses when a date is entered. Unfortunately, I keep getting error messages when I try to enter any type of greater than or equal to parameters in the formula.The dates pull fine to the GI when I don’t have a style applied. It also works if I change the UDF type from datetime to text, but we’d really like to be able to select a date verses typing it in all the time.Is it possible for a datetime data field to have this type of style formula applied to it, and I’m just missing something in the formula? Or do we have to change these to text data fields for the style to work?This very easily could be user error. Here’s my current formula:=IIf( [Submittal.AttributePLANDATE]>='0', 'blue60', 'red60' )

We’re looking to implement calendaring / scheduling screens that allow end users to get a greater understanding of staff and employee resource usage over time. We are aware of the existing calendaring and scheduling screens which are limited to service orders and appointments. We’d like to be able to view general activities and events in the same view as booked appointments. In addition to the data sourced locally from Acumatica we would also be looking to integrate external data sources such as Outlook (365).I’m aware this topic and related topics surrounding scheduling have reached the stage of “Gathering Feedback”. We may need to implement something in the near future and probably cannot wait for the ideas to reach a major release.My immediate question is regarding the built-in “Bryntum” libraries that are currently used to provide the scheduling and calendaring views. Hi all, I’m trying to accomplish this here from a previous post of mine:Basically, I want the Shipping Tab > FOB Point dropdown menu to default to the value “Clarkdale”. We only have two FOB Points defined in our preferences -- Origin and Clarkdale.So I added [PXDefault(CLARKDALE)] to a customization project, appending to the original menu settings:  Saved and then attempted to publish. I received this Validation failed error:Help! I’ve only done a few customizations before and have never edit menus so I’m doing something very wrong, lol! Thank you!

We do not have any facility in Acumatica Reports to convert Amount In words for Trillions.Eg : 5235460235892.85Amount In words : five trillion two hundred thirty-five billion four hundred sixty million two hundred thirty-five thousand eight hundred ninety-two and eighty-five hundredths. Do we have any solution for this In acumatica ?

Hy GuysThe wrong account was allocated to a prepayment (AP) and this prepayment has been released and reconciled, is there a way to fix this without affecting the cashbook?

Is it possible to add a total (Summary) at the Bottom or the Top of a Generic Inquiry in an area as highlighted on the screen shot below.   We want to get a Total for all the orders in the list. 

Acumatica 2021R2 - the Admin user can open the Employee Payroll Settings form w/o and issue.  We’ve added two users with the Administrator role and both are experiencing the error:Cannot open this record for editing.  The form PR20300 does not contain it.What can cause this error?  I’ve tried adding all the PR Roles to my own User ID but still experience the same issue.Hoping the community can point me in the right direction.Thank you,MIke Lupro

Hi All, Wondering if anyone has found a way to implement a Business Event to cancel a SA order type that hasn’t been changed from “open” status after X amount of time. We’re finding that sales reps are infrequently starting new orders and leaving them open for weeks at a time. This is throwing off inventory as it’s tied to a stale SA that should be cancelled. Hello, How do I override the Capture CC action on the payments and applications screen? The USPS states: “Uppercase letters are preferred on all lines of the address block.”For this (and various other internal reasons) we have made it a standard practice in our business to use ALL CAPS for all addresses in our system. We use a window envelope to mail invoices, so the customer address in Acumatica must be in ALL CAPS in order for that to happen. When we use Address Lookup, then select the address to autofill the fields, the address is not in ALL CAPS. Is there a way to change this? 

Hi Does anybody know if there is a field length limit on ODataV4 in Acumatica? I have created a Custom Data Field in a Customization Project and I can’t see the field via ODataV4. I can see other Custom Data Fields via ODataV4 in the same DAC.  I can add the field to a GI and use OData (not v4) to retrieve it but can’t see it via V4. The field is 2000 characters long and I wondered if this was why it was not being shown when I pull the DAC with ODataV4. Thanks Matt

Hi Team,  I logged into the mobile app and found that the time activities tracking feature is not available on the app - only time card.
