Hello All,Screen ID CST.PO.30.20.00 is for Purchase Receipts but when you change the “Type” from “Receipt” to “Transfer Receipt” the screens visibly change but the Screen ID does not.I have created an Export Scenario and I am able to export details from the “Summary” section but info from the “Details” section are not being pulled.Any ideas why the “Details” are not being exported?

To make this happen I have used Reflection and dynamic parameters. a part of my method require creating a List of ApproveInfo. Good morning,Testing Service Orders, I’ve created Purchase Orders from both the Service Order and the Appointment.Is the information for the POs supposed to automatically fill from the Appointment/Service Order?  It doesn’t now, I’m wondering if I’m doing something wrong.Thanks.

Hi ,Requirement: map the fields from acumatica to Big Commerce in Entities screen.  In the above screenshot I changed “source field” values. I want to get details from Export mapping tab .where will I get this information and where can I write the code for this.

When I run customer balance report and my invoice show in that report and I check this invoice never ever payment apply to this invoice. But when I call this to apply with payment, I don’t see it in payment and application. Do you know what’s the root cause of this problem.

I’ve been working on debugging this one for a couple weeks now. Due to the fact that this project is not open source, and there is encryption being employed to verify requests, it took a while indeed to finally figure out where this bug was exactly. I have been circling it for a couple weeks, but I didn’t have the time to go all the way down the rabbit hole until now.The Workwave API functions by having the client set a callback url where Workwave can send requests when deliveries and other things occur in Workwave. This callback url must conform to best practices for urls, and therefore cannot violate the RFC’s for urls by, for example, having a non-url-encoded space in the url.The Acumatica Webhook feature, on the other hand, does not url encode spaces in webhook urls, and hardcodes the url for a webhook to the name of the site and the company, which can have a non-url encoded space in it...see red arrow.  This is where we get into the catch 22 part of this particular bug. I am in the process of trying to add the expense subaccount from the AP bill - using the APTran table - onto the AP Aging Period Sensitive report. Has anyone been successful in doing this?I have added the tables APTran  and POReceiptLine - which hold all the information I need. The APTran has the AP bill line detail information and the POReceiptLine has the account number and subaccount if the bill is linked to a PO.I have most of the information pulling on BUT it is pulling each line on the AP bill twice. I realize that something is wrong with my relationships and/or my grouping since the RefNbr is a link between multiple tables (APRegister, APInvoice, APTran,..). I am at a loss on how to correct this since it doesn’t seem like I can remove any of these tables or modify the relationships.Any help would be appreciated! Thank you.

Hello, I am new to Acumatica, I have been working for a while on a project trying to cross information between Acumatica and other information sources and I am using Node js with an endpoint service to do that, let me show you what my problem is.I got the items from my request, as shown in the image (number 1), in my request I used the parameter "$expand=Detail" for that reason, I got all the items (number 2) but it takes a lot of time (number 3 ) around 30 seconds, I need to reduce the query time.Different parameters that I can use are mentioned in the Acumatica notes, one of them is "$filter". Today in Acumatica, when Sales Orders are processed into Shipments, the system will by default process based on a limited set of available filters at the Sales Order document level. This method involves the assignment of inventory (SKU’s) generally based on the date ordered. SKU’s that are not available may be back ordered and processed into a separate shipment at a later date. We use prefixes on our Stock Items to indicate the condition of products. I’m trying to use the LEFT function on the ARTran.InventoryID field in a GI to return the first 3 characters of the InventoryID but it is instead returning 3 numbers.I’ve tried using all the conversion functions and they all return a string of numbers from the ARTran.InventoryID field.Any suggestions?

Hello - How are you managing the life cycle of your part numbers?  We start with an R&D item.  It could be one we make, have made or purchase.  We assign it a part number as R&D, and make revision changes as it’s qualified and perhaps updated.  Finally, we might obsolete the part number.  We would like to track that life cycle of the part within Acumatica and we would like Acumatica to issue the next available part number, instead of tracking all of this in a sub-system.  What are other manufacturers doing within Acumatica to document the life of a part number?  Thank you.

HI- New to Acumatica and adjusting to the lot/serial number setup. Do I need to customize serial numbers to take unique pictures or to have unique conditions, such as used or needs repair condition?  Users need to know if our inventory is new, used or needs repair condition, so how would they see this custom field (or attribute) in their production order picks, or sales order picks or inventory moves?

Does Acumatica support to automatically import files from my vendors (on daily/hourly frequency) with tracking details for the our POs, and based of that to create a shipment to the associated SalesOrders dropshipped line items? I guess this is very important for anyone that has BigCommerce connector and/or Amazon connector for FBM orders, in order to get the tracking out to the SalesChannel. Also this should add the real shipping cost for that line item, to calculate accurate profit analysis. The tracking file from our vendors contains:PO Number, VendorSku, Shipped Qty, Tracking #, Carrier, ServiceLevel, Fright Cost @smarenich @josh.fischer 

Hi:Is there a list of data import templates, that import all data (all detail tab data)  for entities (vendors, vendor items, customers, ...)?This must exist since so many people import data. I was surprised that the data provider doesn’t have a template for importing stock items. Hopefully the Acumatica Support group can provide this.
