Need to any sample pivot or matrix reports.

Good afternoon,We are beginning to process AR in ACU. For our high volume customers I am thinking the best way to do this is via import scenarios. I know next to nothing on import scenarios but understand they can be a very powerful tool once understood. For context, one remittance may include hundreds, or even thousands of lines that are a combination of AR invoice amounts and deductions against those invoices and cash discounts. I am wondering if I will be able to create one upload that addresses each of these to net me the correct cash deposit amounts. Or am I going to have to process the payments in one screen and the Credit memos in another and then apply the two together?

Hello Everyone, I have a funtion that depending on what graph is calling it should do different stuff. I would like to pass the graph calling the function then compare it to some graphs and do what I need. Inside the function when I try to compare the input graph I get an error that "'Graph' is a variable but used like a type". Below is the code snippet. Can anyone provide a “best practices” for optimizing IIS in production? We’ve experienced the following:IIS seems to need to “cold start” periodically. Takes about 30 seconds.Occasionally, during the day, while working with the system, it will “pause” for 20-30 seconds.The server CPU and memory are at less than 20% usage, as is the DB, so we have lots of horsepower.The server has a 10GB internet connection, and the client is on a 1 GB fibre.My thought is that this is an IIS configuration issue.

If we create a sales order with a cost of 11.00 and subsequently we create a landed cost adjustment that adjusts the cost to 11.50 is any sales order with that updated with the new cost?  What if we’ve created a shipment for the item. Will the system adjust the cost if a landed cost adjustment is made after the shipment. I would imagine that once it’s invoiced the cost adjustment will not affect it. So, my question is at what point will a landed cost adjustment affect the cost of the item as related to a sale of that item.Thanks

Hello everyone! I have a client who’s primarily service oriented, and on certain service orders likes to collect payment at the following steps: prepayment of 50%, 25% at job start, 25% upon completion. This can be done in project accounting I believe, but seems excessive for their needs. When I looked at credit terms that you can tie to service order types, the installments were based upon days.  Is there any way to accomplish this without having to create a project to handle the service order? 

Having a bit of confusion trying to understand the credit flow and how to map some of our current processes to it.  The Acumatica Documentation seems to be oriented to credits only occurring Post Invoice and my confusion is how to handle situations where the invoice is not yet in place.  For exampleCustomer places order on our website.  Full capture occurs at the time of order. Order is injected into Acumatica with payment / transaction details attached. Shipment is created from the order and sent to the warehouse. Customer calls in “Oh, I forgot to apply my promo code.  Give me 10% off”Assuming the transaction has already settled, how do I give them their discount and how does this get reflected on the order so that, if they return an item on the order, they get the correct refund? Tangentially, if I’m at the Sales Invoice, there doesn’t appear to be anyway to create a Return / RMA from that screen.  Is there a better workflow than creating a new SO of the appropriate type, choosing t

I’d like to do a similar thing in a couple of places, but right now I have a Business Event that fires whenever I make an inventory Transfer.  That Business Event then triggers an Import Scenario that reads the lines from the Transfer and creates a Project Transaction (in this case, it creates a transaction with two lines, as I need to update the “From” Project/Task and the “To” Project/Task). My problem is I get a new Project Transaction for every line on the Transfer.  Ideally I’d like to have a 1:1 correlation between the underlying Transfer and my created Project Transaction. Is this doable?  I guess I’m essentially trying to loop/iterate within the import scenario.  But because I need to create two lines from every input line, I’m not sure how to make it work. Import Scenario looks like this: Thanks!-Matt

Has anyone been able to get Divvy to work with Bank Feeds?  Our client purchased Bank Feeds and they use Divvy, but Divvy is not an option under Plaid or MX.  I researched and found that Divvy uses Cross River Bank, but the client was unable to setup using Cross River Bank.  Is there a way to get Divvy to work with Bank Feeds?

Hi,In the POReceiptLines I added a new action that open an smart panel with a grid. In the grid the user can add multiple lines and when the user click the ok button, I have a custom logic, that select all lines from the smart panel and recalculate receipt quantity for the selected line.  The problem that I have is that the header of the receipt is not refreshing. I’m trying to understand the difference between the ARTran table and the INTran table and when to use either. They seem to have a lot of similar data when it comes to the TranAmt, TranCost, etc., but I do notice some discrepancies between the two.Any help or insight is appreciated.

I have a project with several revenue budget line items for the SOV holding 10% retainage for each line item.  The project is complete and the customer is allowing me bill for only 5% retainage.  How do I reduce retainage for the project to 5%?  Surely I don’t have to reduce each line item?

Hello,I am doing outside processing.I have a production order with the outside service and have created the PO.I go to Vendor Shipments to ship the material to the vendor, but cannot save the shipment.I cannot enter a Shipment ID manually and cannot locate where an autonumber sequence is defined for this.I get this error: 

I have a large group of inventory that have been assigned the wrong Sales Category. I need to delete the entry and cannot find a way to do it in mass. Does anyone know a way to accomplish this?*Goal - re-assign the correct Sales Category via import scenario.*Problem - Importing via import scenario now does add the wanted Sales Category, but it keeps the original one that needs to go away/be replaced by the correct one.*Reason - BigCommerce requires a Sales Category, originally I assigned one to all of them to get my sandbox up and running. That worked perfectly, but now we have the problem of the wrong sales category on about 60% of the BigCommerce stock inventory.How I’m importing now (working solution):
