Hi Everyone,  From what I’ve seen MRP can do it should be able to take a sales order or forecast of a finished good, create a PL type production order when regenerating MRP so that the component demand of that finished good shows up in MRP display.  I can not seem to get the system to do this. I’ve only been able to get MRP display to show component demand after creating production orders manually through MRP Display for the finished goods, then the components show up on the display.  I have default BOMs set to the finished goods stock item profile and the replenishment source is set to manufacture. This is from the MRP Acumatica sheet. This makes me think the regen process should create the planning orders for your demand which would then show component level demand so that you can purchase for production orders that will happen far in the future. Then every time you regen MRP it should wipe out all PL order types and recreate new ones according to the current demand/supply. Does this

Hi! I have 20 item classes to classify my different types of items, to each item class I have 1-3 attributes which are different factors and values for each class according to the item type, the attributes values are only appropriate to the item class they’re assigned to but not to the others.when creating a GI for all my items and I need to add my attributes to each item, it prompts me to add a separate column for each attribute, which gets me to a total of 20 columns, while each column is only relevant to its unique assigned item class but for all other items it’ll just be empty, the same thing happens when trying to add a parameter on top to be able to filter on the attribute values it prompts me to create a unique filter for each column with his own values.I’m wondering is there is a better way of doing this, for example if I can have one column to show different attributes on each line according to that specific item, so I can minimize my GI with just adding 3 columns for attribut

Hello Community,Does anyone have any experience with mass downloading attachments from Acumatica? I have done a little bit of digging and seems “UploadFileInq” is the graph that manages the files/attachments and the “GetFile” action handles single file downloading. The issue I am facing is I do not see the real implementation code for the graph just declaring the views, filters, actions, and handlers. For example, I see the “GetFile” action but I do not see its method code. Or I see “FilesFilter_RowUpdated” handler but I do not see any code in it but for sure there should be because when we change the filter parameters the result grid changes. Or I can not see any Files select statement tied to the current value of the filters.I was wondering if this is one of those graphs Acumatica doesn’t like to be accessible for customizations! Any thought or direction to the right path is greatly appreciated.Ideally, I would like to open “File Download” dialog once to get the download path and dow

There is an issue where it is not understanding where to put documents with a DocDate of 2023.  Here is a screenshot of the report schema (default), and an example of the bad sorting: 

Hi Gurus of Acumatica out there,Question: i have a notification template, the link is point to dev, it is using link string: “((GeneralInfo.NotificationSiteUrl))/Main?ScreenId=AP302000&DocType=((Document.InternalDocType))&RefNbr=((CurrentDocument.RefNbr))”I don’t find much info for “GeneralInfo.NotificationSiteUrl” at all.  Anybody know how to fix it so it will point to Production environment rather than Development?  Thanks.

Curious if others have been able to resolve some email filing questions.Issue: Incoming emails are not filed against the entity from which they were sent. In the example, the email sent FROM an Acumatica Case includes the Case ID in the “Details” area. And I assume the case ID is part of the hidden tags mentioned in the Help files under Basic Processing > Point 3: TroubleshootingI checked the “Details” area of the email, confirming a link to the Case ID in “Related Entity” I checked the help files and as far as I can tell, it’s configured correctly. But if Basic Processing isn’t working correctly, how do I troubleshoot?Additionally, there is nothing listed in All Emails > Incoming Emails I’m seeing this at a customer site & have duplicated this on my local demo machine.  I am curious what must be configured, if anything, to better troubleshoot and resolve this question.

Hi, we are customizing the AR674000.rpx report and in this report we need to display opening inventory and close inventory for the given date range. How can we achieve this, we are currently trying to get this value from this form given below (field values are: Beginning Qty. and Ending Qty.) 

I am trying to add payment instructions to a vendor using FEDWIREBA. However, I keep getting the error message below. I don’t notice anything wrong in my payment method setup. Hello:We updated to Acumatica 2022 R2, and before i can create a WO without problem.Now The system shows me next message error: AM Error: The following error occurred when the system tried to copy the BOM: Error: An error occurred during processing of the field Location value MTYP2C     Error: Location 'MTYP2C    ' cannot be found in the system. BEST REGARDS

I have a GI where I am joining AMMRPBucketDetailInq to INSite (joined by siteId) and to InventoryItem (joined by inventoryId). I am also grouping by siteId.I want the user to be able to select a warehouse, so I have set up a Parameter for INSite.SiteCd (NOT INSite.SiteId). When I execute, no matter what siteCD I enter, the GI displays all rows. It appears to be ignoring the INSite.SiteCd from the Parameter. The GI XML is attached.Thank you!

Hi, im a new user to Acumatica, we just started using 1st of january 2023, previously we were using SAP B1. I have some question and hope that maybe some one out there can help answer:is there any standard feature in acumatica that will warn or let us know a particular stock is not available while we trying to create a sales order? i noticed that the status is not link between opportunies, sales quotes and sales order. (correct me if im wrong), eg: when i create a sales order from a sales quotes, supposed the sales quote status should be change to converted automatically, but it does not change. instead we need to go sales quote to manually change the status by selecting “mark as converted”. am i missing any steps here or what is the logic behind the design of this sequence? regards,Robert from Malaysia

Good day,In nutshell, we send via the API GI results at night PST (e.g. 11:00 AM PST).  We schedule the sending of the data from a product called JB.  I have the conditions on the results set to identity the orders that need to pass through the API endpoint to Jitterbit.  Now, the data received by JB is not finding the results because of the API UTC time is already the next day.  Seems to be eight hours ahead.  It seems that any results we send in the evening  Questions:Is the API in UTC time?If so, How should I set up the filter conditions on the GI so that the current days records are sent via the API and not get all the records for the previous day.  The timestamp is showing the next day on the API transmission.   I was thinking @Today-1; this would send yesterday’s records based on the nightly schedule which seems to be the in Acumatica UTC time the next day. Any assistance would grateful.Thank you 

Hello,      My site has multiple tenants. I’ve designed a dashboard based on lots of inquiries. Now, I would like to “copy” this dashboard to another tenant.      The way I can think out of is firstly export all inquiries to xml, and import these xml to new tenant to generate related inquiries, and then redesign the dashboard on new tenant.     It is a way to do, but it takes lots of efforts.     Can anybody tell me is there a better way to do it?

Is anybody aware of any way to calculate Overtime automatically? Having multiple Shifts and Calendars on the Work Center indicating this, does not work at all.On the Clock Entry the User needs to specify a Shift rather than the System identifying this Shift for the User based on the Calendar and current Time. From my findings, the User needs to Clock out at 5pm for example and clock in right after to the OT Shift. This is unusable when the system doesn’t detect this.There seems to be too much manual effort involved in getting Overtime costs right onto the Production order and also flowing towards Time Cards. It will all be presented as Regular time. Any ideas or solutions?

Hello everyone,I would like to add the Vendor tax registration ID to the Bills and Adjustments generic inquiry. I’ve attempted to do this by adding PX.Objects.CR.Location to the tables and adding the location object and TaxRegistrationID to the data field in the results grid. When viewing the inquiry, the tax ID is there, however, it creates many lines of the same invoices. Any ideas on how to clean up this report customization? Thank you!@tgillum29 & @khowe86

How can I configure the Shopify connector or Acumatica to use the sales unit or Qty. on Hand instead of the base unit for product availability?   This should be 6   Thanks!
