Hi, I add a customized label in Order header , i want to make it invisible when custom field 'Remise Comm' greater than 0 

Is there a possibility to add a side panel on sales quotes and sales orders to display the availablelot quantities for that items. We are using lot numbers for all electrical cable lengths in stock.When adding the inventory ID the side panel should show the available lengths of cables that we have in stock.For example: a customer calls and ask for 100 of a cable. If the side panel shows that a length of 95 m is available, he most likely will accept that quantity. Currently you have to open another GI screen, search for that item and confirm the available length. it would be much faster if you don’t have to leave the QT or SO screen and get the information from the side panel.Kind regards,  

Hi all,In the sales demo test environment, there is a report of “Profit and Loss by Product”, of which the column set has been confirued to differentiate each column by “start sub”. It only defines the first 3 letters here.And if we take a look at the subaccounts, the logic here is to define products by the first 3 letters and define departments by the last 3 letters.That makes me wonder if we can design a report called “Profit and Loss by Department”, and differentiate each column by “end sub”, for example in the column of Finance department, the data source would be like this:But when I tried to generate a report, en error occurred. So do I misunderstand the logic of “end sub” here? And how should I design a report of “Profit and Loss by Department”? Thanks a lot.

Hi Everyone,Is it possible to create an invoice even my inventories quantity on hand are set to 0? Our client doesn’t track quantity. I created Sales Order from Bigcommerce to Acumatica successfully but failed when I tried to make an invoice for it.

Hi,We have a Sandbox Tenant in the same instance as Production. I want to create a snapshot of the sandbox, but it needs to be in maintenance mode to ensure that data will not be corrupted. Actually, I tried creating snapshot NOT in maintenance mode, but when I import it, it fails.So may question is, will the Production be affected when I schedule System Lockout on the Sandbox while I am exporting snapshot? Are there any risks when I do that?Thank you

I am trying to execute a query against a GI using OData. I have been struggling in the fact that I need to make multiple round trips to retrieve data. My question is, is there a way to query a GI and pass in a list of InventoryIDs? This is what I am using now...and pulling one at a time. For a few thousand updates a night, this takes a long time./IN-InventoryBalance?$filter=InventoryID eq ‘MyInventoryID’&$format=json Is there a way to pass is a list of InventoryID’s where I can get back multiple results? I could at least do this in a batch type of format. Maybe 20 at a time? Thanks for your help!

This custom Processing graph was modelled after PX.Objects.AM.AM.Fullgen.cs. There is no list of rows to Select, and only the ‘Process All’ is enabled. It uses PXProjection to set up a single row (AMRPSetup) to pass to the delegate method. Couldn’t find the function to calculate difference in time between fields in generic inquiry ieTrying to get the time difference from when a sales order was created and when it was shipped. The only function I could get was DateDiff but it doesn’t return time only days=DateDiff( 'd',[SOShipment.ConfirmedDateTime],[SOOrder.CreatedDateTime])*-1 Any suggestions in how to go along with this?

When I add a Scorecard KPI Widget to a Dashboard, it rounds the result, which I don’t like.Here is a screenshot where the number is actually 5,001 but it rounds to 5K: Is there a way to get this number to appear as 5,001 and not 5K?

Hi All,I am revising a GI that show all the items placed in back order or have yet to be shipped. The situation I am facing is that duplicate line of the same items show up when partial quantity is shipped out and there is still remaining quantity to be fulfill. Above screen shot shows that 7 pieces were shipped out and 18 pieces is still on back order. I could not figure out what relation I will need to set in order for the GI to show the line once, preferably the line that is in Open QTY. I suspect there is a hidden line somewhere that I can’t see and remove.Looking forward to see help from the community regarding the situation above. Kind regards,Calvin   

I’m trying to filter results on a GI to @today but it returns 0 results.  I attached the GI.

I have a problem and I am not sure how to fix it, one store uses the Shopify connector and one store uses the BigCommerce connector.Each store has thousands and thousands of products with individual SKU numbers, so each stock item in Acumatica creates 1 product in the stores. I am trying to condense these products as much as I can, to give each one a color variant where it is applicable. I was trying to do this with TEMPLATE ITEMS and MATRIX ITERMS but I can’t seem to do it with existing stock items and also use existing stock items for their matrix items (variants).I can not change the SKU numbers, the SKU numbers are used across multiple stores both online and offline.For example say i have these 3 stock items REG-RB-0013 (red lighter), REG-RB-0014 (blue lighter), REG-RB-0015 (green lighter). Currently all 3 of these are different stock items and 3 different products across the stores. I need to take the REG-RB-0013 and make it just a lighter with red being the default variant with R

I have a customer requesting a report of everything they have rented from us, with prices included. Is there a report out there that has this information on one report?

Is there a dedicated Company Name field in the customer record? We are not using the CRM module so we have been inputting the company name in the Account Name (Customer:AcctName) field, however this is a required field so if there is no company name we have been inputting the full customer name in this field, which is not ideal.Is there a best practice for this? We are used to having a non-required field for Company name (in our old ERP) that we would leave blank if there was no company associated with that customer. This would help with marketing, etc.

Team - we’re trying to limit the ability of our PM team to enter multiple PO Receipts per PO.  I’m wondering what the best way of going about this is.  Essentially, if there is already a PO Receipt received for a specific PO, I want it to be very difficult to receive another one.  This appears to be an issue for newer trainees and correcting it in the system is a bit of a hassle.  I tried to create an approval map for Purchase Orders but I’m confused as to where the map is being applied - it isn’t triggering any approval and I’ve added the map to PO preferences.I’m not married to an approval map - if there’s a preference that can limit one PO Receipt to a PO then that would work, too.  Also, the PM is doing the PO entry and receipt, so limiting their access here wouldn’t make a ton of sense.  Open to any suggestions, right now we’re just telling the team to check if there’s a PO receipt in the PO history tab.
