I'm currently trying to test some of Acumatica's command line functionalities. I created an Instance on a computer through the CLI Tool, and then copied the instance + database over to a different machine. I got the site running by starting it directly with IIS and up until now it’s been running succesfully.However, I am now trying to upgrade the site through the CLI Tool, and Acumatica doesn’t seem to recognize the site's existence. Is there any workaround to get Acumatica to detect the site so that I can run the upgrade/other additional commands?I’m attaching an image for reference on the error I’m getting. Just to be clear, I can only manage this machine through CLI.EDIT: this is the command I ran to start the Site with IISNew-WebApplication -Site 'Default Web Site' -Name 'Acumatica21.1' -physicalPath 'C:\AcumaticaInstances\Acumatica21.1')

Hello,I would like to override the ‘Create Service Order’ action from Projects, as shown below.I’ve found the source code for the action in a class called DialogBoxSOApptCreation but I don’t know how to extend the class or override the action. We would like to move the opportunity stage to a “stale” stage if the customer hasn’t responded in 30 days.  I was thinking that a Business Event would be the best way to do it, but I am unsure how to take the estimated close date, add 30 days to it and then have the business event change the opportunity status from proof to stale.  Has anyone done this yet?

Hello,I am running/emailing the Sales Order Detail by Customer via a scheduled business event.This is working as expected with one exception.I want to run the report for “Uncompleted Lines Only”.  So I want this box checked.As I said, everything works fine until I try to check this box as shown below.  I have tried a value of T and Y.   I’ve enclosed with quotes and everything else I can think of.Any thoughts?THANKS!!!!

Hi I have a GI with one sort order (due date).  When adding to a dashboard as a data table widget and setting filters, it does not sort as per the GI.  Any suggestions? 

We were just told by Procore that we must upgrade our Procore customization in Acumatica or the integration will fail on Monday.Would like to know if anyone else has taken this upgrade especially if they switched from Acumatica’s to Procore’s customization to synchronize between Acumatica and Procore.Our instance is self-hosted in Azure and self-maintained. The instance is comprised of Acumatica 2021 R2 Build 21.212.0039 with customizations only for ProcoreBuiltCustomizationPackage2021R2V3 and VelixoConnectedAppConfig (v6).

I edited the InvoiceNotification template and assigned it at the Sales Order Preferences level for SO Invoices. However, when test emailing an SO Invoice, it still does not use the notification template assigned.What am I missing here?I tried assigning the notification template at the customer profile level and that worked. But, it’s not practical to assign the notification template at the customer level for 3,000 customers.I tried the same thing for Purchase Orders Preferences to assigned a notification template for mailing ID PURCHASE ORDER and it is not using that template when testing a Purchase Order email.

hi, currently our salespeople receive commission on paid invoices only so we are using the payment option to calculate commission. However, if a customer is a discount customer and gets a discount if they pay in a certain amount of days, Acumatica is giving the salesperson commission on the discounted amount.ex: if the sale is for $1,000.00, discount is $10.00, the salesperson should be getting commission on the $1,000 but instead is getting commission on the $990.does anyone know how i can change this or work around this so the salesperson gets the correct commission amount on the full sale?  

I can’t see service order as demand in PO when they PO is generated from service order (mark the item for PO). I can’t also find a report showing the link between the two. Can somebody help showing which DAC storing these information?

I have a custom field on the customers screen for biller/billing nbr.  I want to default that onto the sales orders screen when the customer value is updated.  I attached my current code to add biller/billing nbr onto the customers screen and sales orders screen.  Right now, I had attempted to reset the default value on the sales orders screen when the location was updated, but it still isn’t populating.  What am I missing within the code to populate the custom field?

Hi all, How do I fix this error when encoding of customer. At first, I was able to encode the details of customer, but in the past few days, it suddenly got an error and I don’t know what happen. I’ve already checked in numbering sequence module and the sequence are correct List of customer in branch of CUB 

The AP Aging report is created to run based on the Document Date (Bill/Invoice Date)  which at the end of the month leaves our AP out of balance with the General Ledger.  We have some bills that are dated for the end of one month, but not entered into Acumatica until the beginning of the next month.  I understand that the invoice date is important as this indicates when the bill is due so I don’t want to change that.  But is there any way to run the aging report on a transaction date (date that the bill was entered) as opposed to the invoice date so that our AP Aging report and General Ledger will balance?

I am attempting to add the item code and dangerous class from stock item screen to inventory transaction summary but I dont know how to coding or join which table to do it. Pls help me if u have any idea. Thank you in advance.

Hi Team, I have a query on how the financial data from the legacy system can be migrated into Acumatica. Could you help on this topic. Basically, we would update the financial statements balances as an opening balance from the legacy system to acumatica tenant. HiI’m wanting to do a carrier integration for a client and I need help finding where to start.Main consideration: Should I be sending POST API calls from Acumatica directly to the freight software or should I be using a third-party application to send GET requests to Acumatica then POST calls to my freight software. If I send POST API calls from Acumatica:Would be the Shipment Screen be the best endpoint to look at?  Can I trigger a POST call from this Shipment Screen? And If so can I send all the information from these endpoints? If I set up this POST, can I edit how the JSON is formatted in the API body? Should I be looking at the Carrier Label screen instead (SO645000)?  If I did it this way, would the customisation need to be written in a complex C# customisation project? (It’s hard to write custom C# with the online hosted version of Acumatica (MYOB Advanced) used in Australia and New Zealand). Any suggestions, experience or success stories anyone has on this topic would be apprec

Hello!  im wondering where I need to mark within Acumatica to not include our expired material as available in the MRP? I am sure its a simple check mark, but I have not been able to find it.

I am attempting to send any ecommerce Orders an email through Acumatica instead of our ecommerce platform (BigCommerce) to be able to use some fields that are unavailable through BigCommerce. I believe I have everything set up but have run into two hurtles.If an SOOrder has multiple line items the email is only showing the first line. I need it to show every line, whether its 1 or 20. Even if I replicate the ((Transactions.InventoryID)) it will only show the first line item of the order. I am unable to pull SOOrder Notes to use that in my email template (This is where BigCommerce imports Customer Order Notes to). **Note: I tried using the Report Designer and embeding the report as HTML into the email but none of the fields populated from the report when using this method. The report works just fine if I attach as a PDF, but this is not the solution I’m looking for.Thank you for your help!

I am looking for a way to have widget showing accumulated sales figure over time, something like this:  I use Account Details as data and kind of works, however I can only use one account instead range because there are several sales accounts.  Appreciate if anyone can assist.
