Good day all. I need to create an import scenario to do 3 task,or it can be 3 import scenarios one for each type of file. i need to import in mass, this 3 Excel File(containing 300 bills) Pdf File (300 invoices -pdf files, the same that are listed on the exel file) XML File (300 invoices -pdf files, the same that are listed on the exel file) From an exel file, import an amount of invoices into Payables Attach a PDF File an XML file into each of the invoices imported from the excel file. i have the exel scenario already working to import my invoices, but i need to upload to each invoice a PDF file(its the invoice pdf from my vendor) and an XML file containing the same information but its in XML because its requested that way by our mexican goverment agency. the 3 type of files need to be imported in mass.is it possible to do this? thanks for your help! regards

We are seeing an error that I can no find any information on. “DR Error: Reallocation Pool data cannot be calculated, because the fair value price cannot be found for the combination of: the {INV ID} item, the EACH UOM, the USD currency, and the 3/14/2023 date.”This happens when we try to release an invoice. Any idea what could cause this?Thanks

Does anyone know how to make the project address change on a project quote when the main address in the system is changed by overriding it on the quote? Can someone say what I am doing wrong? Or what else needs to be done to enable manual project numbering?All that is said in the documentation - you need to enable the checkbox - manual numbering, but this does not work. Acumatika does not allow creating a project with a custom identifier for me( I enter my ID when creating the project, but as soon as I go to another field my ID is deleted

Recently ran a payroll. Ran the normal process. The only thing I did different is set up a new Floating holiday line item (for all employees, the same way, for the same amount of time), and added the new year of benefits and deductions. However, there were three, completely random (so we think) employees who the system will NOT calculate their paycheck for.Two of them are getting the following error, “Sequence contains no elements”. This is the trace: The other one is getting the following error, “Object reference not set to an instance of an object”. This is the trace: Does anyone have any experience with this? Or have resolution based on their reading of the trace log? To me it seems as though it has to do with the PTO banks for both, but I’m unsure. And all other employees were successfully calculated, processed, and released. 

Under the SHIPPING tab in a sales order is a Shipment Date. This field is called SOOrder.ShipDate. I need to run an import scenario where I check it’s value against the inbound value. I would expect this to be Document.ShipDate, but that isn’t a valid field name. How do we check the Ship Date’s current value against the inbound value? 

Hi All,We recently proceeded with our 2022 R1 upgrade and some of the table connections seems to have changed. I have created a custom report that report defect. It now show duplicate lines in the detail section and I can not figure out what is causing the duplication.I have attached the report file for review. Is there a way to re-open a canceled sales order on the mobile app? When accessing a canceled sales order on the mobile app, I can go to the Settings tab and in the Other section there is a toggle switch for Canceled but it is not available to change.

Good day,I have used this exact import scenario for payments and credits without issue.  If fact, I just used it for a Payment before using it for a Credit Memo.I haven’t changed anything.  Can you please diagnose the issue and let me know or what changes are needed? Thank you.  (This import is needs to work regularly.  It is for a big customer.  It if frustrating on the inconsistency) I appreciate your assistance always

Hello,I am working on adding additional periods to the AP aging.  AP631000.rpxI can manually set the bucket within the report successfully.  However, I cannot add addtional buckets.Original pulls days from AP settings.= Payments.GetBucketNumberForAgedReport(    @AgeDate,    $DueDate,    0,    CInt([APSetup.PastDue00]),    CInt([APSetup.PastDue01]),    CInt([APSetup.PastDue02]),    False,    False) I manually set the days and this works as expected.= Payments.GetBucketNumberForAgedReport(    @AgeDate,    $DueDate,    0,    15,    30,    45,    False,    False) However, if I add another value, so I can have an additional bucket value, it fails with a trace error.= Payments.GetBucketNumberForAgedReport(    @AgeDate,    $DueDate,    0,    15,    30,    45,    60,    False,    False)It seems like “= Payments.GetBucketNumberForAgedReport” may be referencing a stored procedure or some other procedure outside of the report.Can anyone shed any light on this?Thanks for any insight!

I have a custom report with a subreport.Both the main report and the sub report have the same Style Template.The field in both reports use the same style name, size, and settings.In this case Courier New, 12px, Bold When the report prints the main report fields are in the expected font but the subreport fields do not print in that font.  Changing the values on the subreport have not affected what font appears or whether or not that font is bold. Is there are override somewhere that is forcing the subreport to print differently than designed?Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the two reports to use the same font.Thank youDaniel FlacksApplications ServicesEvron Computer Systems Corp. 

Is there a way to use the “generate periods” button and choose the date range (instead of what it defaults to)?  We use forecasting and update monthly based on equipment lead times.  When there is a detailed SOV with many lines, it takes a while to use the “add period” button on each line item to choose the date.  I’m sure there must be a more efficient way that I am missing.  Thank you.

This contains a field called Status and I would like to set the colour to red when the status is Active.By following the article below, I’ve been able to change the colour of the status field when the description field is updated! https://asiablog.acumatica.com/2016/12/client-events-using-javascript.html To do this I have added a JavaScript control to the form and entered a Javascript function, shown below. The script is called on the ValueChanged event on the Description field.Having the colour of the status value set when the description value changes isn’t much use. I’d like to use the ValueChanged event on the Status field, however, because Status is a readonly field the ValueChanged event doesn’t fire. The other event I have attempted to use is the CommandPerformed client event on the DataSource:ProjectEntry object. But this event fires before the Status value is written to

When exporting a payment batch an error appears saying“The bank routing number specified for the vendor is invalid or empty. The number must be at least 8 digits.  Verify the vendor’s payment settings on the Vendors (AP303000) form.”Is there a way to find out which vendor is the issue?  We’re dealing with a batch of hundreds of payments and don’t have a way to easily narrow it down.
