I'm building an integration that needs to extract data from an Acumatica record and build a json string. My process for doing this is using an export scenario to define what data gets pulled from the record. Is there any way that I can leverage the logic in SYMappingUtils/SYImportProcessor to pull data? Ideally I want to pass the record and the mapping to a method, and it returns the mapped data/formula evaluations from that record. Below is how I've been able to get a portion of the data, but it doesn't work for most PXSelector fields. In SO Process Orders, I am trying to change the sort sequence for SO’s displayed. The default is by Order number, but I want it sorted by RequestDate instead, when the list is initially displayed. I have created an extension of SOCreateShipment, where I redefined the ‘Orders’ Data View. I now want to debug the flow for loading rows into the grid of orders. I am able to define breakpoints in the Extension, and Visual Studio breaks at the requested statements. While debugging, I also opened the base source code for SOCreateShipment, at:C:\Acumatica\MyWebApplication\App_Data\CodeRepository\PX.Objects\SO\SOCreateShipment.csand added needed breakpoints. When I open the website, attach to process, then run the application, it breaks at the statements defined in the Extension, but not the statements in the base code. I reviewed the steps in the Customization Guide, and Acumatica website, but I don’t see clear steps on how to debug the base code. Can you point me to the proper steps?

Hello Team, We are trying to setup one Bank Rule that will cover restaurants (McDonald’s, Subway, Burger King etc).However, we have been testing it, and it looks like we cannot add more than one single word when either implementing a Wildcard or a Match Case. On my screenshot below, I am trying to create a rule that will cover both Netflix and McDonald’s. The wildcard works for Netflix, as the transaction gets matched. However, the moment I add  “ , McDo* ” the rule breaks and does not end up matching Netflix at all.  Has anyone tried implementing this kind of rule? Does anyone know if it is possible? Just trying to get it to work like QuickBooks as they offer a “keyword” section for their rules. Thanks!

Can anyone tell me how individual production orders can be prioritised (reordered) in planned production orders?I.e. Sales would like to produce individual production orders earlier than planned or place new orders with high priority before other production orders. Is this possible? If so, how?

Hi! I made some error upon creating cash account. I have made the Accounts Receivable as cash account. Is there any workaround for this? System says that I can no longer delete the cash account and change it, as there is already GL transactions made prior to creation of Cash account. Highlighted in yellow is the wrong account entered.

It duplicates all the entries upon running the Sales Order Forms.Please see attached photo for your reference: Sales Order Screen :Upon Clicking of Print Sales Order : It duplicates the line item of the Sales Order Forms; Upon checking of Order Types Maintenance :Here’s the Result :But while searching on the screen of order types it gives me duplicate (Same Order Type) Maybe, this is the cause of the issue in sales order forms.May we ask on how to eliminate the duplicate order types even if it not available in Order Types Maintenance ? or Is there’s a way to correct the Sales Order Form in Report Designer? Thank you !!

I’m puzzled over this - hopefully it’s something silly that I’m missing.I have an Action button on SOOrderEntry.  The goal is to look through the detail lines on the order, create a record in another graph, update some fields on SOLine and save the order.Each time I call Actions.PressSave from within the CreateJobs method I get the error “The record cannot be saved.” I thought I was doing something wrong so I stripped out all of the code. in the image under the internal tab there is nothing. For the other entities pages it works just fine but for shipments it doesn’t. Anyone know why this is and how I could fix it?

Here is the scenario I am trying to accomplish:When an AP invoice is released using the APRelease - ReleaseInvoice process, I want to check each line of the APTran table for the given invoice.  If the line item has an AllocationIDUsed code in the UsrAllocationIDUsed field, I want to delete that line and create new ones based on the setup of the custom allocation ID setup.The APTran table is not part of the signature of the ReleaseInvoice process so I don’t have access to it via a cache.My approach is to pass the “doc” into a function and do the allocation there.In order to make updates to the APTran table, I need a graph (I think).In my AllocateLine function, do I create a generic graph for each call to the function?  I am pretty sure I can accomplish my goal doing it that way, but I think I might have a performance issue if the invoice has 100 APTran lines and every one of them is allocated.  Yes...my customer releases HUNDREDS of AP Invoices every day and each invoice might have 50 t

Hello,I need to write a report (or GI) that allows me to report if there are more than 1 sales order in Acumatica with the same “Customer Order Nbr.”I have done similar things a million times in other report writers, but I do not know of a method to accomplish this with Acumatica’s report writer.So I need to run through the SO’s and report Acumatica sales orders and their associated “Customer Order Nbr”, but only if multiple sales orders have the same “Customer Order Nbr.”.  I’ve used functions like running totals that reset on the change of a field value etc… using other reporting tools, but I don’t know how to accomplish this here.Any great ideas on Friday afternoon in AcumaticaLand!!!???Thanks!!!!

Why does the RC function in sales orders have a create shipment button if it's just a credit?

1. Can Import By Scenario create Quick Checks and/or Bills?2. If so, can Import By Scenario import a file/picture for each QC or Bill?

Hi,We are going to have clients log into to Acumatica. In Report Inventory Valuation - IN615500 for sales team just wanna see their own stock without any information Total Cost of the items.Fyi, Report Inventory Valuation with total cost field will use to others user/user roles such as admin, purchase teams.Is it possible setting restriction total cost on these report by specific user/roles?Note : Client perhaps not any customization report for this implementation phase 1.

How can the Favorites option in the Menu pane be setup as the "Default home page" when logging into Acumatica?It sems this option is not available in the User profile...

Simple Question: Trying to learn how to Import Employees into Acumatica.  I have all the employees in Excel with all the necessary scenarios that I need. The only field that is mandatory is First and Last name, and Employee ID, User name, and email address. I have all that information in Excel but I am not sure how to upload all the employees into Acumatica. I know how to enter 1 by 1 but that is taking too long. Can anyone guide me on how to tackle this task?

We produce labels for our subassemblies based on inventory receipts that are generated in the production process. This has worked well for us in the past as we have only ever manufactured in singular large lots based on the production process. Below is an example of a label that produced 936 pieces of wood.However we are now generating multiple lots from singular production orders (EX: 6 lots of 156 pieces) which is causing the lots to pull in as <split>. This is because the lots have been pushed to the line details tab as there are multiple for a single line. Please see example below.Now the barcodes will not generate on the labels because it pulls directly from the receipt page. There are two possible solutions for this, neither of which I am sure how to execute:If we could specify in the production order that we’d like to generate 6 lots of 156 pieces so that they would appear that way on the on the receipt, then there would be no problem. ​Hi Everyone, I am trying to create an import scenario to input Amount Paid in the Payments and Applications form (AR302000) and I get “the save button is disabled error”. I followed my mapping manually and yet I am able to save.This is my scenario:I unchecked reference Nbr. Commit because otherwise, I would get “Error: 'Reference Nbr.' cannot be found in the system.”This is my data:Then I shrunk it down to 1 row because I suspect the error is caused by the payment amount command.I also tried to swap the Payment Amount command with Action: set Payment Amount to Applied documents and moved it up and down in the mapping order, to no avail.If anyone knows what I am missing, it would be great. Choenho​

We just set up the Twilio SMS Integration.  We are on Acumatica 2021 R2.  If Acumatica sends a SMS via Twilio, and the receipient replies, how / where do I see the reply?
