Mobile App log in issues

Hi,

i am having trouble logging into the mobile app for a client.  i am not seeing the tenant list either which is strange.  i am on version 22.052 of the app.  anyone else experiencing similar issues?

Hi @iqraharrison48 

When logging in, ensure you have the correct URL

You won’t see the tenants until after you login

@kandybeatty49 I figured it out, I uninstalled and reinstalled the mobile app on my phone and it fixed this issue and i was able to log in :) Thanks for your help!
