hello,Curious if anyone has had a unruly customer that demands an invoice be delivered in a certain manner?!We have a scenario where we have a stock item (ST100) that needs custom design.  for that we use a non-stock item (CD101) as a separate line on the SO because we do not print in-house and have to push this line to a PO. When we send the invoice to the customer, they want 1 line that aggregates the pricing for both of these.   our challenge is that it’s not always clean as a 2 line SO. Sometimes we have multiple Stock items (ST100, ST200, ST300) and 1 non-stock print item (CD101) where the 3 stock items are being printed with the same design.  OR we could have the opposite where 1 stock item will be divided among multiple print options (CD101, CD102). Is there a simple way to associate a stock item on a SO with the Non-Stock items below it?!  For easy aggregation in the invoice?!Cheers,k2

Hello,I see a few tables in the DB for GI's.  None of them seem to tell me when the GI was last run and by Whom.   I only see created by and modified by. Does anyone know of how to get this info?We have some legacy GI's that need to get cleaned up and I was hoping to use this as a starting point. Cheers,k2

Hey all, looking for any sort of advice on this issue! On the Inventory Transaction History Screen (IN405000) after entering the Inventory ID my results have one line that is out of order by date.  Sort Ascending works to get the lines in the correct order but I am curios if there is a way to have it Sort Ascending by default. Another thing worth noting is that whenever the Include Unreleased checkbox in the summary area is select it also fixes the sorting issue, thanks!

Hello,I’m working through payroll implementation. I’m receiving the following error when trying to create a paycheck: GL Error: The financial period cannot be specified because the branch has not been specified in the Branch box. I originally thought that this was related to this known issue regarding default country on the branch form. Support also thought it was a related issue. So I activated Multibranch support and added the default country which was the documented workaround. 2022 R1 Update 11 fixed the known issue, but I’m still getting this error. I’ve tried with Multibranch support activated and deactivated with no success. So I’ve been trying to learn to follow the trace log. It appears that the error is coming from this call PX.Objects.GL.OpenPeriodAttribute.ValidateFinPeriodID(PXCache sender, Object row, String finPeriodID). It appears like it’s looking for the CalendarOrganizationID column but I’m not sure what table it’s looking at. IS there a report or GI to generate labor and burden by project? Payroll and Construction modules seem to only want to show labor.

The Chage Orders screen PM308000 was opening with the Cost Budget tab selected.  Would like to change it to have the Change Requests tab selected.  I used the Screen Editor to set the SelectedIndex and tried all numbers between 0 and 9.  Below shows what tab ended up being selected. None of the numbers I tried set Change Requests tab to be selected.  The Change Requests and Revenue Budget have a value in the VisibleExp property.  If you watch closely when opening the Change Orders screen, Change Requests and Revenue Budget are not initially on the screen, but then appear.How can I make Change Requests tab be the one selected by default when opening the screen?

Hi,I have some items which the supplier part number is more than 30 characters.Our current setting is to put it under attribute, the issue with this it is not searchable when issuing Purchase Order.So I want to move it to cross reference, then it comes this question, the limitation of cross reference length can be extended ?

I have done the customization where two Grid’s are depended on the parent grid based on the selection of the parent Grid need to refresh the child grids. I'm inserting the data in to the child Grid’s when parent Grid row is inserted. Switching between the rows in parent grid the data in the child Grid’s should get refreshed. But, on the first child grid is working since the Autocallback of parent gird was Target was assigned a only one child GridID how to assigned the second GirdID in the Target  <AutoCallBack Target="propertyLOTGrid" Command="Refresh" ActiveBehavior="True" />.  

Hello Everyone.I have created a GI that dpending on selected “Module” should navigate to the source document in my side panels. For example “AP” should navigate to “Bills & Adjustments”. Here is partial data from my result grid I know my keys are DocType and RefNbr. So here is how I have set up my Navigation Parameters and Visibility Conditions  I have two problems.When I click on the hyperlink or record it doesn’t show the related document in the side panel.In my GI the navigation Icon is always invisible with this condition. If I deactivate the condition then it becomes visibleWhat I am doing wrong?

Hi,I created a dac extension in the POLine, I add the field the grid and when save the document , the records is inserted in the db. Bu when retrieve the PO the new field is empty.  How I can populate the new field? Thanks,

 When we try to update the Base Unit from CS to EA, the setting just returns to CS without an error. What may be causing the issue? Are there other item settings that stop the user from changing the Base Unit?There is no current stock for the item and no open transactions in the system.  

We are migration from QuickBooks to Acumatica. We were able to migrate almost all information already (customers, items, vendors, invoices, etc.). The issue is extracting the Credit Card information linked to customers from QuickBooks.We have talked with QuickBooks and said this can’t be doing a manual entry is the only solution. For us that have thousands of customers with credit card on file is not a viable option.Do you know if Acumatica have a tool for extracting the credit card information from QuickBooks? Any other option that can recommend for doing this? 

  Quick question.  We renamed our endpoint that we use for our customization, but we need to delete the old endpoint for some of our customers that still have the old one.  The old endpoint was named Altec2017R2, and is now called DLAltec2017R2.  I can't see any way to delete the old endpoint from the customers list of endpoints. 

Hello, apologies for the long question.I am working to setup Acumatica and noticed the handling of inventory for Sales Order shipments is different than every system I have worked on in the past. With our current configuration, when you create shipment for a Sales order you stop just short of Updating IN. This is because one you Update IN it creates the inventory COGS transaction on the PL. We do not invoice and recognize the revenue, until the product is delivered to our customers. So if you do Update IN this creates a disconnect between revenue and expense (not an option). However, if you do not Update IN the inventory remains “On Hand” at the warehouse and all reporting shows those quantities on hand. What I would prefer to see is that inventory moved to In Transit until the SO is invoices at which time the inventory is expenses and the Receivable is created. How do we backup Web Service Endpoints in Acumatica 2021 R2 Build 21.204.0055 to an XML file? Is it possible to do so?

Acumatica 2020 R1, Build 20.101.0032, Screen ID: PO301000 Is there a way to have the Promised On field located within Purchase Order screen default as blank? It currently defaults to the date that the Purchase Order is created. Using Automation Steps, we can change the date that shows in that field immediately after creating a new Purchase Order, but as soon as a Vendor is selected it reverts back to the current date. We do not have any lead times set for our Items - so I’m not sure if that is partially causing this issue.
