It is quite common to have refunds associated with expense claims, particularly when they are credit card expenses. However, Expense Claim entry will not accept a negative value.What is the best way of dealing with refunds ?

Hi Team,Recently , I have tried posting Intercompany purchase process. I have created PO and triggered the SO then shipment also completed. When I checked the “Inventory summary” inquiry I couldn’t find the movement of inventory from one company to another company.Actually, Purchasing company will receive the inventory and the selling company inventory will be reduced by the quantity which is in the sales order.Please let me know the issue here.Thanks in Advance. 

Hi guys,It seems that when link a cash account to an account in the chart of accounts, it has to be “one to one”. When I tried to link more than one cash accounts to one account in the chart of accounts, the systems showed an error. So is it impossible to do that? Thanks.

Hi all,when you design a report, you need to define the data source in the column set / row set. I could only see dimensions listed below. Is there any possibility to have “project” here? We’d like to have financial reports by project. I know there are several reports under project, but is there any one of them that shows financial results of multiple projects for comparison? Thanks a lot! 

I have a client with numerous warehouses and they need the flexibility to receive items into locations associated with Projects in multiple warehouses. They want to be able to associate a warehouse location with a project in multiple warehouses but leave the task blank for flexibility on the receipt transaction (items sometimes are diverted to different warehouses than indicated on the PO). It does not seem possible to have a project associated with a location in multiple warehouses without a task. What am I missing?

Does anyone have any suggestions on what to check for this problem? I have complete the first level move and it looks like the inventory has been allocated to the production orders but the status of the orders is not changing from “Released” to “In Process”. Any help is appreciated. TIA

My company is about to implement the MRP and forecasting portion of Manufacturing in our environment.  Our end users are very anti-change and anti-technology.  I’m hoping to ease their knee jerk reaction by looking for easy to use guides in a “for dummies” style with images and less technical explanations, but I’m not finding much in either the Acumatica University or elsewhere online.  I think they’d really benefit from a document that is less technical and slightly easier to read.  Any suggestions? 

I’m a VB.Net guy, so this is probably more of a C# question.On my processing page, I am calling a static void method.  In that method a graph instance is created.  This method might be called 100 times.public static void DoIt(List<ICSCustomers> custList, RecordsToProcessFilter currentFilter) {     var graph = PXGraph.CreateInstance<CustomersProcess>();    //CODE }After the DoIt method is completed, does the graph instance get destroyed, or does it stay in memory?  I am concerned that if I have 100 instances of that graph in memory it will cause problems.If it does stay in memory, is there a way to destroy it at the end of the method?  I see I can “clear” it, but that isn’t the same as destroying it.Thanks!Joe   

I’ve been puzzling through this issue and I’m not sure where to go for figuring this out.Action button on Sales Order Maint willCreate a record in a custom table. Load up the graph for that custom table and press an action button.Custom graph passes it’s record into a method to be updated. Custom graph passes it’s record into a second method to be updated. But it loses changes coming out of the second method. Hi, I am trying to Release an invoice but I get an error  that says GL Error Actual Ledger “ must be defined in base currency USD only. This is happening in our live environment but not in the sandbox (which was refreshed yesterday). This leads me to believe that a setting was changed somewhere inadvertently by a user.  Any help would be appreciated.TIA

Hello - has anyone created a dashboard widget that shows an accounting ratio? For example, we would like to see our debt to equity ratio on our dashboard. The data for that ratio is found in our balance sheet and I do not see the balance sheet as an available data source for widget creation. I am new to creating widgets and not sure where to start. Hello,I’ve run across an issue specific to the PO form.  I cannot reduce the white space between the PO addresses and the next printed line.  As a test, I’ve reduced the size of the section to one line, I’ve reduced the size of the printed elements to 1 line, and everything else I can think of.While I tested, I can get it to only print 1 line of the addresses when I reduce the size of the individual elements, but the white space is never reduced.  Even though I have tried taking the group section sizes down to one line tall.Any thoughts on this?po641000.rpx 

Does anyone have a good way to calculate the weeks of supply based on the current available inventory? I’m trying to add this to a GI and my thought was to base it on the qty sold over the past 60 days; taking that qty divided by 8.57 (the approximate # of weeks that are in 60 days) would give me the qty sold per week. Then I’d need to divide the qty available by the qty sold per week to get the # of weeks supply. But I can’t figure out how to make that work in a formula.
