I came in today and the add new record “+” is missing from requisitions.  I am in the admin group and this group has delete rights on the requisition screen.  We have not made any modifications over the weekend.  Where else can I look??We are on 2022R1 , 22.110.0018 Thanks…Matthew

How can I net out a debt adjustment with an overpayment? Here is the scenario: There was an overpayment to an invoice that resulted in a credit of $314.82 (ARP000016). Then we created a debit adj to recognize the overpayment $314.82(ADJ000002). How do we net the credit (ARP000016) and debit (ADJ000002)?  Thanks,Enrique

Hi there,I have added a third segment under subaccounts in our environment: 010, 020 and 030 under segment key 3 (also changed lookup mode to All Available so it can allow adding new segments on the fly = screen1).    But I can not see the values in GL. Only the separator (“-“) shows.Also, It would be great if the three departments can be restricted to use with 050-00 only, how would i see the values plus have it restricted?

Hello Everyone,We are working with Amazon as a vendor. They will send us a bill for X amount, let’s say $1000. They will also let us apply credits to that bill, let’s say for $200. We want to pay $800 but we also want to show the full $1000 on the bank rec.When I create a bill for $1000 and then a debit adjustment for $200, I only see $800 on my reconciliation statements. Is there a way around this to apply the $200 credit to also see it on the statement?Thanks

This field is working as expected, however I am unable to map an excel upload to the grid to that user defined fieldIs there a way to enable import mapping to a user defined field? Hi Field Service Guru,How is Acumatica designed to use supplier to perform appointment and later pay invoice as per time they spend on the appointment?I can add supplier as staff in an appointment and send email confirmation to them, good but questions:How do they update the appointment? Creating a login for the supplier to be able to use mobil app? Or internal user do this on behalf of the supplier? The supplier then send invoice for the time they have spent to perform the appointment. I don't see the appointment can be converted/processed further to create Bill. Or the service item must be marked for PO and the PO can be converted to Bill?

Hello All!I was looking to collect the content from page IN615000 via a REST Api call.In the past, i had extended the webservice endpoints list to make a new route, and add the screen ID of choice to collect the information typically returned there.This time however, when clicking “Okay” to produce the route - I get the error : Error: The view  doesn't exist.Has anyone else successfully asked for the data on this page?Cheers, Chris

Where are the permissions to allow the adding of contacts on the Customer and/or Business Accounts screens?  I can add contacts on the Contacts screen in the Marketing workspace.

Hello guys,I managed to create a new tenant but system is not displaying it in the tenants list. It only shows up in the login screen. Have you guys experienced the same issue before? Login screen System is not displaying the newly created tenant “PT-PCIC” in the tenants list. 

Hi guys,If I record a transaction not in the base currency to a GL account (not a cash account) manually (not through AP or AR), and I want to do GL revaluation at the end of the period. How to add this particular account to the list of GL revaluations accounts? Because right now I could only see the cash accounts when I try to revalue GL accounts. Thanks!

When I create a Business Event to trigger off of a new GI, the Values in the Trigger Conditions display incorrectly (do not display as it is shown in the GI). The B/E do work correctly, it is just hard to manage this.Below I am restricting the BE condition to warehouse ID is less than ‘50’ (and customer id is not correct either). But as you can see the Warehouse ID displays ‘less than 411’ (same with the customer id - displays an incorrect value).I understand it must be using an internal ACM id or something, but how can I get it to display as the actual field in the GI displays? I am not sure what i am doing wrong here.Business Event conditions GI displays the Customer ID and Warehouse ID correctlyAny help or idea would be greatly appreciated.

Our client sells smartphones and they want to track the serial number and the IMEI code of each handset.We could achieve this by having one serial number that encompasses both the serial number and IMEI code but it would be messy for doing lookups.Are there any other ideas or customisations that can do this? Thanks James 

Happy Friday, We are currently experiencing an interesting issue that the Freight and Freight Subaccount is not pulling in from the Default Customer Location (which pulled it from the customer class/customer).Here the Default Location:Here the New Location with the Checkbox same as Default marked: Not quite sure where I would find a setting or how would troubleshoot this. Cannot find anything in Receivables, Sales Order or CRM Preferences.Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

Hello,     We are trying to sell goods to Costco, and they request to use EDI for integration. Correct me if I am wrong, Original Acumatica is not providing EDI functions directly, but there are some ISV can provide EDI solutions. Am I right?     If we are just talking about EDI with costco, which solution is the best way to go?

We manufacture electronic products that we also sell to customers.We have set up various item classes for the components (electronics, mechanical etc.) and have created a separate item class for the finished items.We don’t want to the sales team to accidently add a subassembly or component to a quote/sales order - to minimise errors. The finished items item class is essentially for all of the items on our price list.It was an idea to set everything in the ‘finished items’ item class to Active, and to set all of the items in the various other item classes to No Sales.But it doesn’t seem to be possible to define the default Item Status in the Item Class settings?Whenever a new stock item is added, regardless of the item class, the default status is Active and it would need to be changed to No Sales each time?
