add new record missing + missing in requisition

I came in today and the add new record “+” is missing from requisitions.  I am in the admin group and this group has delete rights on the requisition screen.  We have not made any modifications over the weekend.  Where else can I look??

We are on 2022R1 , 22.110.0018

this is weird.  the + add new record was not there last week, but is there now.

Nothing I tried above worked or was already configured properly.

Not sure what would have changed, so we did not make any changes this weekend.

 

But its working now.  Thanks all for the help

    we did not make any changes to Acumatica this weekend.

    The + is on POs but not Reqs.

    our last customization packages were from 2/7/23

    @mmedley If the + is missing from the Primary List (RQ3020PL) open the Generic Inquiry and make sure Enable New Record Creation is checked on the Entry Point tab.

    @mmedley At this point, I use Access Rights by User to troubleshoot. Put in your user then drive to Purchases, Requisitions, Requisition and check access rights for Insert. Use view roles to investigate the various roles that are assigned.

    I have delete in all of requisitions, except delete.
