Expiration and Lot serial numbers are null in Webservice endpoints

Hey All,

I have been working with the following API’s to look for LotSerial# and expiration of products to no avail

I’ve added Lot/Serial Nbr. as a returned field to:

StorageDetailsInquiry.StorageDetails
StorageDetailsByLocationInquiry.StorageDetailByLocation

And all seem to return

"LotSerialNumber": {},

Despite being present in  InventoryAllocationInquiry.Results.LotSerialNumber.

Any tips for requesting this information?

@ChrisHaddy  have you also added the field to the Inquiry itself? Can you access it from the UI of  Storage Details?

Hey Dmitrii!

Thanks for taking the time to respond.

I believe I have addressed the inquiry part- but i believe i have not done the storage details UI part correctly.

Ive added a screenshot for the inquiry, with the field added, and then a second for storage details, in which i think i am missing the required column.

Is that correct?

Thanks again

Chris

@ChrisHaddy you should first edit the generic inquiry to include the Lot Serial Nbr in the UI grid and then add it to the endpoint. That should help.

Hey Dmitrii,

Is this what you were envisioning? I currently return nothing, but is that due to the sql statement not accounting for inventory items that are not in the shipping state?
