New tenant creation

Hello guys,

I managed to create a new tenant but system is not displaying it in the tenants list. It only shows up in the login screen. Have you guys experienced the same issue before?

System is not displaying the newly created tenant “PT-PCIC” in the tenants list.

Hi guys, i managed to resolve the issue by enabling the features.

      Hi @chenwm 

      Can you login as “ admin “ user account and confirm if you are able to access the tenant list.

       

      Other article which helps us to trouble shoot

      if admin user is able to access tenant then create a account for you to access the screen.

        I assume you are on Acumatica Clould. Correct?

        if yes how many tenants does your contract allow you to have? If you exceed your tenants limits you won’t see all tenants,
