I managed to create a new tenant but system is not displaying it in the tenants list. It only shows up in the login screen. Have you guys experienced the same issue before?

Can you login as “ admin “ user account and confirm if you are able to access the tenant list.

if admin user is able to access tenant then create a account for you to access the screen.

if yes how many tenants does your contract allow you to have? If you exceed your tenants limits you won’t see all tenants,
