 I’m attempting to add a new custom table / dac into the PO Entry screen.The new DAC is tied to POLine and it can be a one to many relationship.I have PXParent and PXLineNbr attributes defined in the custom DAC and have the appropriate dac fields marked as IsKey = True.  I have a vew declared, and when I insert into the view the key fields are defaulted from the selected PO Line as they should be.When I debug, I can see the records in the cache in the Inserted collection.When I call the Base.Save.Press(), nothing is persisted to my custom table.No errors are generated, and the inserted record still shows in the cache inserted collection.I’m hoping I’m missing something simple, any ideas? View declaration public PXSelect<AHSPOLineNonConf, Where<AHSPOLineNonConf.orderType, Equal<Current<POLine.orderType>>, And<AHSPOLineNonConf.orderNbr, Equal<Current<POLine.orderNbr>>, And<AHSPOLineNonConf.lineNbr, Equal<Current<POLin

When opening a service order, the contacts area does not get populated (e.g., email).  Is there a certain order items need to be completed on the service order so that everything populates?  The contact info is in the system so there are emails and phone numbers for the contacts we are choosing.

I have queried both tables separately but can’t find anything that matches between the two.Thanks for your help

Log out and log back in and it seems the main screen seems to hang and can take about 30 to draw/display.Known bug? Something we can try to alleviate?

Hello Everyone!I have query, hope you guys can help me out. We have an existing inventory list, all of which LREX is not enabled...but now we want to enable the LREX monitoring, is this possible? What are the conditions e.g. should the qty be zero? is it set in the PO stage of getting new qty of the inventory item? Are there any more conditions? I have this GL Error showing up when I am disposing an asset owned by CEMPLEXFL branch but wanting to deposit into my MAIN branch CASH account - that is NOT restricted by branch visibility.  It will not let me reconcile my Fixed Asset.  I am thinking the FA module is not set up correctly with the multibranch ?  Can anyone advise?  THanks

Hi, We are trying to use Australian Diminishing Value in Fixed Assets, however system forces us to use ‘useful Life Year’.This method is only capturing the place-in-service date, the cost and the percentage per year.So it does not make sense to have years against each asset, as it’ll change the method. Can someone assist and let me know how you imported your assets using this method? Thanks,Foujan

Screen modifying: Print Production Orders (AM511000) - in version 22R2Overall Goal: Pass Report ID from custom selector to be used in the print report process instead of reportID off line item.Issue: custom field returns null instead of selected value  I have created a custom selector that lists Report IDs from the AM module on the Print Production Orders form, and I have modified the BuildReportRequiredException method so that I can pass the selected Report ID through to be printed for any processed records. Hi Everyone, How to create a bill directly from PO not PO receipt?ExamplePO created - material + freight(non stock)PO receipt - only material When I create a bill, I can add the PO receipt details, so freight cost will not be added on the bill. If I manually add it in the bill, will there be a problem on the PO side? My boss doesn’t wanna add the freight cost in the PO receipt, since freight is not a material.  

Hello,I have several Union Employees who live in New York City but at times travel out of state for work. As per the NYC tax code, all wages are subject to NYC personal income tax regardless of where the resident works. https://www.tax.ny.gov/pit/file/nonresident-faqs.htm#:~:text=All%20city%20residents'%20income%2C%20no,for%20New%20York%20State%20domicile.At the same time the Employee will be Subject to the locality they are physically working in tax. This creates a scenario where I need to withold taxes for the NYC resident employees 2x once to NYC and once to the locality actually worked in. How can I solve for this in Acumatica?

I’m not sure if I’m terming this correctly, and I’m also not sure if this is addressed in purchasing/receiving or if this is separate and is more of a kit consideration.We are a service company.  The scenario is that we purchase an item from a supplier, but sell the items components as separate items in our system.  My thought would be to create a “reverse” kit that can be “assembled” to negate the purchased item and increase the component count, which is the opposite of the normal assembly process for non-stock kits.For example;  We purchase a repair kit/item from a supplier, which contains a bolt and a bracket.  We will receive the item, however we want to stock the components as inventory.  We will then use/invoice either the bracket, or the bolt, or both, however those pieces will be invoiced as separate items.Any thoughts on how to make this work in Acumatica 2022r2 (or beyond)?   

Hello Everyone, I am trying to create a email template to be used when sending out an email from a payables report. I wanted to embed both the vendor’s name and a logo of our company on the report. The problem is that I cannot do both on either the notification templates screen or the report designer mail settings body section. If I use notification templates, the vendor account name does not show up as the screen I am using does not appear in the screen selection. Does anyone know if it is possible to embed an image in the formula editor?   

Is there any way to within a GI using the IIF command to do the following?I wrote a GI to pull all of the SO’s of a certain customer along with the associated invoices created from the SOShipments.  No problem.  See attached screen shot below for an example.What I would like to do is set the “Sales Order Total” to be 0.00 if there are more than one associated invoice numbers.The pseudo code logic statement would be something like this:IIF (‘Order Nbr’.row-1 = ‘Order Nbr’.row), ‘Sales Order Total’=0, ‘Sales Order Total’)Using this type of logic then the second line in the example screen shot below would be “0.00”, while the first row would be “14,283.93”.  (Ideally that value would be set to NULL, so that no value at all appears there...but that may be even greater wishful thinking.)Is something like that even possible to do in an Acumatica GI?    In some ways, yes, I trying to create a ‘group by’ function inside of the GI.

When creating a new change request there are a default checked “Create Commitment” box, as shown below. So, we want to make this checkbox unchecked by default always. Is there a way to modify this setting? Thanks! 

Our client wants to have a report that can be split into two columns in one paper page where each column has different details from different barcodesThis is from Production Order Details screen and when there is two lines that is checked for print barcode, the report must show 2 columns with different details from it.Example:Question:Is it possible to achieve this one? How does the defaut account work or what is it ment for in the equipments. I’m aware of the rate Item for the projects costing, I would like some light on how the defaults works as the explanation is not clear.  

Hi, I’ve added supplier bank details in the supplier master GI, but bank account number is not displaying in the same format as per the supplier master payment instruction. so how we can solve this.I would really appreciate, if someone can help me on this.         

Hello All, Does Acumatica have any method to identify how a record has been created or is being created? By this I mean whether a record is created by user through UI, an Import Scenario, an API call … or we have to come up with creative solutions? I know in events we have e.External that identifies if UI has made the call or some internal processes but I have not come across entry source identifying methods? I’m trying to build two ‘alternate’ sections:Limited space that only shows “Continued” (if the details extend beyond one page) Visible expr: =([PageIndex]<[PageCount]-1) Larger space that shows the full subtotals (intentionally the second-to-last page for terms & conditions at the end) =([PageIndex]=[PageCount]-1) If I apply the visible expressions to the group, it does not appear on any page.If I apply the visible expressions to the individual fields, it appears as-anticipated (though this defeats the purpose). Additional information:The ProcessOrder is Always in both scenarios The PageIndex and PageCount are definitely calculating in both scenarios Both are GroupFooters that are setup to PrintOnEveryPage (with the above exceptions, if I can get them to work)Any ideas? Suggestions?
