Hi Team, Suppose that we have two companies in one tenant. And also I have configured only one set of chart of accounts yet. The following two concerns are need to be clarified from you all. Can we maintain two set of chart of accounts for those two companies ? Our system use two GL accounts for incoming payments: 120-Accounts Receivable and 260-Customer Deposits. When I run the AR Balance by GL Account report, some prepayments are reported under the 260 account even though they have posted to our ledger under 120. That means the report doesn’t match our trial balance. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a cause and is there a correction? I am very new to customizations in Acumatica. I was wondering if it’s possible to only display certain values in a selector. For example, I would only like to display 3 out of the 9 possible values below as we would like to deprecate some of them. I’m assuming this has to be done with changes to the code, maybe a graph extension, but I have not made customizations through code changes before so I’m not sure how to approach this. If anyone has some example code for something similar, I would greatly appreciate it. 

We are currently going through sandbox setup and scenarios for the Field Service Module and have run into a snag with second appointments on a service order and figured someone out there may have a solution!Marking an item for PO works exactly how we want it to, with the only caveat being if we have multiple POs to the same vendor the system likes to create a PO for each branch-location instead of grouping them all to one vendor.However, we have multiple warehouses so we don’t always need to mark items for a PO, our tech’s can get the part from the main warehouse transferred to their truck warehouse to finish the job on the second call.So, we need a way to trigger the “Needs Appointment” flag on the Service Order for the field techs, and a way to create the demand for the item(s) required for the second trip.Have any of you found solutions for this problem?

Is there a way that we can change a cash account to a new branch?  Example:We are are currently using cash account **1234 for branch A and would like to use it for branch B

Hello,trying to add a document level discount to a SO Import Scenario where the SO could have multiple lines. Not sure exactly where to put the discount in order of operations, but i’ve been trying to follow the order of tabs in SO screen.   I have also tried to put the discount above the ‘line details’. In this example the SO will have 2 lines, and i’m getting following error on the 2nd row (this example puts the discount after the ‘line details’ are entered - see XML):  I have attached the XML for reference. Any help is appreciated!Cheers,k2​​​​​​​

I’d like to be able to create a GI that displays product Inventory IDs and their corresponding Shopify Product ID. I know that data is stored somewhere in Acumatica because it is available in the Sync History (BC301000) screen and actually hyperlinks to the product in the Shopify admin.Does anyone know what table stores this External ID data in Acumatica? And how it can be related to the InventoryItem table?

I have been able to add a custom field to SO301000. I am struggling with how to show/hide the custom field based on the Order Type field. I tried to create an event handler based on the RowSelected event. But, I failed. My edit hid the field always, and left the label visible always.Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I received good advice about how I could create a custom field to display the total hours for each day of the week in the time card screen. Does anyone know how to make the Qty to Supply field in Prepare Replenishment round down?  Currently any decimal amounts for parts with a UOM of ‘EACH’ is round up to the nearest whole amount. We would like it to round down.  Is there a way to do this? 

Hi all,I have created a generic inquiry to show total overdue by customer.  I want to show the trend of change customer like this. I know how to draw when fin-period is one column like this. Because I want to calculate the total overdue of customer base on each invoice due date, etc. So I have no idea how to combine them to one column period. Hello,We are trying to create a GI that flags if an more than one item has the same customer cross reference/ alternate IDs.  In an ideal situation - the result for the below should be 3. Results prior to groupingWe concatenated Alternate ID and Customer ID and did a count on the concatenationWe grouped the generic inquiry by AlternateID. However, the count only shows up as 1.Results after groupingIs there a way to display all line items, their alternate id, customer and counts. The expected result should look like below with an extra column towards the end called count with values 3 (in this scenario).Expected resultCould you please advise if this is achievable? 

What is the easiest way to generate an AR Aging report that shows only customers that owe less than $50?  I do not see a way to set a filter for a “less than” amount.  Version 2022 R2.  Thank you!

Hi,i have created a balance sheet by month and added 12 columns for 12 periods and selected the first two digits of the period in the Start Period and End Period in the Data source.i want to hide columns based on the period selected when user runs the report. e.gif user selects 06-2021 then only 6 columns become visible. i have looked at Visible Formula option but dont know how to use it to hide any column where financial period selected in the data source is greater than the selected period. 

Hi all,we have 3 tenants in our erp instance as below.Company (prod) uat2 test instanceout of these three, company tenant is being used as the production while other two tenants for testing purposes. Normally, We do our customizations into uat2 tenant, after testing and if it is ok, we publish the customizations into multiple tenants from uat2 to be applied them in the other tenants as well. We have done some customizations recently only for the uat2 tenant, but never published it to other tenants. However, without publishing from uat2 to all tenants, some of customizations have been applied in the company tenant as well. The issue is how it can be happened without giving ‘publish into multiple tenants’ from uat2? Can someone provide me a solution on this?Thank you.

Hi,How do I import vendor payment balances? We imported the vendor information (Vendor#, name, address) except the payment balances.  Our system is set up with 10 companies (10 different EINs). Some vendor have payment balances in all 10 companies.  Thanks 

All, tearing my hair out over this. GL stuff is way above my head.Basically, we need to print out GL accounts associated with a batch. This is where it goes above my head… sometimes a batch also has an associated PO with an attached GL account (POLine.ExpenseAcctID).You can see in the first screenshot, the amazon GLTran is duplicated numerous times.In the second screen, I added a grouping, it fixed things visually, but it broke things more than fixed. I don’t think the issue is grouping but a relationship/join.Verde Valley Hardware and UPS correct; Linde and Amazon are repeatedTotals for Hardware and UPS are correct but shouldn’t be grouped, and Amazon is incorrectI’ve attached the xml if anyone could take a look… thank you!

Hello - Where does one go for support when connecting bank feeds to an institution like Capital One, where the AccountOwner data does not come down from the bank feed? Tried MX and Plaid - neither one brings down any AccountOwner or descriptive data that indicates who is making a charge. Tried logging cases in Plaid and MX but got rejected with message saying my link id was incorrect. Looking for any guidance - this is an issue for several customers who purchased bank feeds and are not able to take advantage of automated expense management because the data is not available to map to Corporate Cards in Acumatica.
