Hi guys,I am currently developing an integration to pull data from Acumatica ERP. I am trying to implement an OAuth 2.0 flow using the Authorization Code Flow.From reading through the resources, I have gotten this flow to work for my local Acumatica ERP instance. However, I am struggling to understand how to expand this to other Acumatica ERP instances, such as those used by our clients.I understand that a key part of the OAuth flow is creating a record in the Connected Applications form, and being issued a Client ID and a secret. I’ve seen that I can export this Connected Applications form as part of a Customization Project, but when I import this Customization Project in another Acumatica ERP instance, it loses the record in the Connected Applications form. I suspect this may have to do with the tenant name being different in the other instance, but I am unsure how to get around this.Even if I do get this Customization Project approach to work, it doesn’t seem logical to me to have e

We want to create a new case when the Send button is clicked on the email activity.  We have setup Incoming mail processing for delivery@barefootspas.com.  This works if we send an email from an external source to delivery@barefootspas.com a case gets created.In the email activity screen we have setup a template that includes delivery@barefootspas.com on the CC of the email.  the TO: is the customers email address.  (see screen shot included).In this scenario, the email is received but the case is never created.   We have tried to put the delivery@barefootspas.com email address in the TO field along with the customer email, in the CC field and the BCC field.   The case does not get created with any of these settings when sending the email from the Email Activity.Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi all, I was just informed we still have allocated inventory from orders that were completed back in 2020. How do we ‘release’ this so we have correct inventory levels?Our inventory allocations jump from the end of 2020 to February 2023 so it looks like something happened 2 years ago that caused these allocations to become “stuck”?

Can another Shipping Destination Type be added for Purchase Orders?   I’ve been asked to add “Custom” as another Destination Type but I don’t see where these are defined or where I can add a choice in the drop down list.  

Hi, I’ve had a request to expand our purchase order unit cost from 3 to 5 decimal places… is this possible? The only place I see for precision is in Currencies.  My concern is that even if I could expand from 3 to 5, all our other costs are 3 decimal places, would this cause an issue?  

Does Acumatica support using a manual card reader through Authorize.net or is using a third party app like Repay or EBizCharge required?

I am getting the below error when trying to post an AP invoice. This is not a new item or new purchase type. It has been done numerous times in the past so not sure what is causing the issue now and how to fix. I am not seeing anything on the Posting class that looks “off”. Any thoughts on how to fix?

Hi all, we’re having issues with our Bill & Adjustments excel export… it seems it’s only exporting fields based on one column (Vendor name) and not another (Description). Any ideas? You can see B&A shows 10 records, but only 6 were exported into Excel. Thanks!

We sell oil by the litre however we transfer to our warehouses by the bottle (5 litres/bottle).  How do we set replenishment up so that it will transfer in 5 litre lots?  

Hi, I created a custom smart panel to add data into my grid in my customized form. In my smart panel, it loads data from  both POOrder and POline DAC’s. But the issue is when I select one item  based on the orderNbr and click add  button in my smart panel, all the values of same orderNbr get selected automatically and inserted into the grid.I  have no idea about this. Trying to enhance the AM613000 report to include our Legacy Part number on the report (this was implemented as a usr field on the InventoryItem table) It won’t let me join InventoryItem to AMMultiLevelBomData as I gather that AMMultiLevelBomData is a dynamic “table” based upon the answers to the questions on the AM413000 screen So how can I extend that to add a simple field?  I assumed it should be as simple as adding the InventoryItem table to the report and joining on the InventoryID columns, but that errors.  

I have 2 accounts in Acumatica Portal, one is with previous company. Both email ids are same, so I could not take the learn and certification pages. This error is showing “Sorry, that email address is already used!”. How to remove account with previous company profile. Thanks in Advance

Client created and posted a bank reconciliation for 01-31-2023.They then voided that bank reconciliation and now want to re-do it.But the attempt errors out with a message that the Reconciliation Date must be greater than the previously released Reconciliation.  I don’t know how to go about re-creating the 01/31/2023 reconciliation unless anyone on this board has a suggestion for me.

hi,any recommendations of a workaround (without customization) that would allow projects to use customer specific rates for specific items?  i know i can create rate tables for items (which i have set up to use the price from the item) but am trying to figure out a streamlined way for negotiated rates by customer and item.i have tried to have the billing rule talk to the revenue budget unit price however, currently, that is not a field i can select (I can only reference the unit rate on the cost budget):
