Hello Everyone, On appointments screen, the system picks location of when the user using the mobile device logged in the system instead of the exact location and time when the appointment was started. The system always picks the first location recorded on the location Tracking history GI as shown below. The system should not be picking the location of the first time the user logged in the system. what could be causing this issue, why does it pick the first row always for the start and End location.Kindly assist.Any kind of response will be highly appreciated.

Hello,    Recently, our users typed qty=0 lines on invoice (which should have qty). So we less charged our customers due to human error.     I know we can probably put codes like below in customization to prevent this mistake.cache.RaiseExceptionHandling<ARTran.baseQty>(aRTran, aRTran.BaseQty, new PXSetPropertyException("Qty can not be 0.", PXErrorLevel.Error));    I am just wondering if there is a way to prevent qty=0 line on Invoice entry without coding.

Hello Community,In the Bill of Material screen, I have created a new tab i.e. TEST same as the OUTSIDE PROCESS. OUTSIDE PROCESS form is refreshing according to the selection of the record in the Operations grid but my TEST tab not refreshing.Tried belowCreated Tab same OUTSIDE PROCESS tab (Native Acumatica tab) Added AutoCallBack commands  Refreshed the grid in the RowSelecting event as well but not working.Any suggestions, highly appreciated.

I’m trying to set up a BOM with two subcontract operations for different vendors. I’ve created separate non-stock subcon items with the relevant vendor and added the two operations to the BOM. Each operation has the non-stock item on the material line. I’ve added two Work Centres with Outside Process checked.Material type=Subcon, Subcon Source=PurchasingMy problem is that when i go to the Outside processing tab, I can select the Vendor for Operation 1, but this also defines the same Vendor for Operation 2. If I amend Operation 2, it then changes Operation 1.Not sure if I’ve set up incorrectly or if there’s some restriction on selecting multiple subcontract vendors on a BOM. If the latter is the case I could try using a phantom sub-assembly.

We are using Item Replenishment now.  And it works great.  We want to add Item CLASS replenishment.  We need help with understanding how Item CLASS replenishment works.  For example,(1)  in the Item CLASS settings tab, we do not see any MIN / MAX settings.  Where are these MIN / MAX setting set? (2) how does Acumatica know which item in the Item CLASS to reorder?  Does the system look to the ITEM replenishment to get the MIN / MAX amount to create the Item CLASS replenishment?  Thank you fo your help. 

How do I set one of my companies as a default? I don’t like toggling every time I log in.

Is it possible to pull existing customer profile IDs from Authorize.net into Acumatica? We have a large database of customer information already held on Authorize.net that we'd like to import into Acumatica, and we'd like to retain their existing profile IDs for continuity. Has anyone else done this before, and if so, what steps did you take to ensure a smooth transition?

I’m fairly certain that this will require a customization, but I wanted to run it past brighter people than myself to confirm.We want to limit the STOCK ITEMS a customer can see and order in the self service customer portal.  I am aware we can set up restiction groups, but they are based on actually adding individual USER IDs to the restrictions group.  We want to be able to establish these restrictions on a number of attributes in the CUSTOMER.Fake examples of attributes in the customer record:Certified?Insured?Trustworthy?There will be about 10 attributes on the CUSTOMER, and they may have multiple attributes checked as “yes”.The standard restriction group requires that you enter users here rather than being able to read an attribute on the customer record.Is there a way to do this without a customization? 

Hi,I’m new to acumatica. I customized a new screen with formtab template. Inside my tab I customized a grid. This time I want to add  “Add order” button which is used to pop-up a new window (smart Panel) including all the purchase orders which are available in the POOrder DAC and select and insert into the grid when click on each order. below screenshots for the reference. the gridI have created the smart panel so far. But I need to add the values of smart panel into the grid. Can someone suggest me the way to do this or provide me any guidence resource.thank You.

Hi,I’m new to acumatica. I have a customized screen. There is a button with an action which opens a pop-up window. In this pop-up window I have loaded data from both POOrder DAC and POLine DAC. Hi, I have a newly created screen including a form and grid. I have modified a button to pop-up a window which consists data of POOrder and POLine tables. To load data from these two tables, I have defined a view like below.public SelectFrom<POLine>          .InnerJoin<POOrder>.On<POLine.orderNbr.IsEqual<POOrder.orderNbr>            .And<POLine.orderType.IsEqual<POOrder.orderType>>>          .View POrdersView;I want to add some values from this smart panel to my custom grid in the screen. After adding the values to the grid, when I try to save to the database, I’m getting below error. There is no field called ‘OrderDate’ in my DAC for the grid, but both POOrder and POline have ‘OrderDate’. Even I don’t try to update records in these two tables, How can I get this error? Does someone have an idea on how to solve this?thank you

I am trying to build a GI using the INItemSite table to display the InventoryID and the MinQty designated for each warehouse. I’m trying to use the following formula to limit to the MinQty from a specific warehouse and will duplicate several times for each warehouse (grouping the results by InventoryID):=IIf([INItemSite.SiteID]='Warehouse-01',[INItemSite.MinQty],0)However, when I try to view the results I receive the following error message:Conversion failed when converting the varchar value 'Warehouse-01' to data type int. Anyone have any suggestions around this? I would imagine this error means the INItemSite.SiteID field does not actually contain the text data but is actually a numeric value assigned to that SiteID, but I can’t figure out how to fix this GI. Seems fairly straightforward.

We encountered this error in our staging Environment.We have multiple staging sites on the server. Lets say we have Stage.myCompany.com, which points to DB1 And Stage.MyCompany.Com/Stage2 points to DB2Stage.MyCompany.Com/Stage2 works, but Stage.MyCompany.Com gets the “Database could not be accessed” error.They all use the same App Pool, and all have no issues except for the main staging site.We know it is not a database issue because if we use switch Stage.MyCompany.Com/Stage2 to use DB1,  it works.   And if we switch Stage.MyCompany.Com to use DB2, it still shows the  “Database could not be accessed” error.We are using version 2021R1 Version 21.103.0054Is there way where we can trace what is causing the error? TIA Mark 

Hi Team,We have a requirement (Build 22.106.0015) where we want to change To Mail address for Email Invoice/Send Invoice actions to a generic email address, more specifically the To Mail address should use Customer Parent Account mail ID if configured but if not configured then should use the Customer mail ID. And this functionality we wanted to have for Invoices, Invoices and Memos and Process Invoices and Memos screens. Can you please let us know the best possible way to achieve this.Thank you!
