Hi All,I got a case when the user always forgot to change the currency when typing in Landed Cost.Ex: Instead of 100,000 VND, they forgot to change the currency from USD to VND (the default currency from the vendor is USD).So, it causes a big problem for our business, to prevent this issue I create a condition as imageand apply to the fieldbut it does seem not the right way so the system doesn't work.Could you please advise how we can prevent the above issue?Thanks all,Yên Chi

We are setting up with a retailer and have to use their account.  I am unable to know what some of the information for the following:  Where do i find this or is there a way to use their account without that information?ACCESSNUM The access code according to your agreement. ENDPOINT The URL of the UPS service. SHIP ENDPOINT The URL of the UPS ship service according to your service agreement. TNT ENDPOINT The URL of the UPS Time-in-Transit service according to your service agreement. VOID ENDPOINT The URL of the UPS void service according to your service agreement.

From time to time our shipper get the following message.“Transaction (Process ID 78) was deadlocked on lock recourses with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction.”When we retry the step the process generally completes. Does anyone have any idea what causes this error,It appears that it may be related to the specific order being accessed by two users at the same time. But we are not sure and are looking for some insite.Thank you!

Hello,      I have read the below post carefullyHow to delete a bill when it's already been released? | Community (acumatica.com)    But can I ask a specific case?   Supposing,  we have purchased 10 cases item A and 20 cases item B, all with $100 each case on original bill and released. Now we find the actual cost of item A is $120 per cases. So the bill is $200 under amount.    If we create another bill posting to “purchase accrual ” with $200 in total, it could make the AP amount correct. But the inventory cost of item A is not corrected. And the figure post to “purchase accrual” would not convert to “cost of good sold” automatically.  Return the receipt and reverse the bill seems a way to go, but it is a little bit complicated.Since we only need to correct 1 item’s cost and corret the AP and expense amount (the purchase accrual convert to inventory and would finally convert to cost of good sold), any suggestion?

In the construction edition using Progress Billing is there a work around to use multiple WIP accounts?  We currently set up our projects with multiple costs codes using different account groups to each Task.  We want to use WIP for proper accounting, however the issues lies when we go to invoice a project task we can only select 1 WIP account group to apply reversing transactions.  This means all of our project transactions (material, labor, other) must be grouped in to a single WIP account to ensure all these transactions are reversed upon invoicing.  We then loose transparency of the project costing having only a single costing account to view until invoiced.  This doesn’t seem to be a problem using Time and Material billing method, because we don’t have to select a single WIP account on the project task.

I am having difficulty sending an authentication token in the headers while trying to populate fields in IN304000. I have obtained the token from the login API. However, when I set the token in the headers of the API to populate the fields in IN304000, I receive a "404 Not Found" error. Conversely, when I use the logout API and attempt to access the IN304000 API, I receive a "401 Unauthorized" error.

Is anyone using this document successfully through Aatrix in any jurisdictions? I have tested the output in Pennsylvania and Ohio and the design drops local taxes from the tax totals and deduction fields rendering it useless to the client. I would like to know if these issues are being seen in other states and if other partners have discovered a way to utilize this built in design, we have resorted to using a customized report through Acumatica report writer to acheive this functionality. 

I know how to add the quick search using Ext Properties/FastFilterFields under Layout Properties but how do I add the “All Records” pull down with the filter icon?  (see screen shot)I thought setting Ext Properties/AllowFilter and Ext Properties/AllowSearch to both be “True” would add that, however, it did not.  Under Layout Properties what do I have to set to add those?Thank you!  

What is the best way to get acumatica System adminstrator badge?I am completing the end user courses but I cannot see a way to get the badge.Can someone please help?

I did an SOOrderExtension, in which I overwrote the Persist method to add another method when saving, I call baseMethod() before and after my custom method.This method creates a SegmentValue and an associated Sub. Now I want to save the SubID in the SalesSubID-Field of the SOLines of the Order. I get an Error that the Sub does not exist in the System. If I press Save again, everything will work just fine.I tried clearing the Cache of SegmentValue and Sub, I tried clearing all the Caches. I tried using the Sub Graph to update SOLines fields.Does anyone have an idea how I can fix this?

Good day.One user is experiencing an issue with being about toggle between tenants inside Acumatica. The user has tog out to log into the missing tenant.  I checked the user ID/email and they all match.  I can’t seem to update or make the missing tenant appear inside Acumatica.  Strange  Any suggestions or way to change it so the user can toggle between tenants inside Acumatica instead of having to log out each time to get into the missing tenants.  Maybe i should redo is user ID in the missing tenant?  We are running 2022R1.  However, the user informed me that he had to do the same process 2020R1.Thank youEvan

They will update the status of the invoice or customer on payment following the task. Hi,  We have some customers that were charged sales tax by mistake, and we need to refund only the tax portion of an invoice. What is the best way to go about it? We want Avalara to recognize the tax refund so we don’t pay the sales tax on it.

Hello to all, I have the pleasure of joining on with a company utilizing Acumatica*. We are very much in the beginning stages of setting up and creating part numbers with designated vendors and just like myself we are new to this process and system. My question here being, using Acumatica is there  a way to register each individual part number a purchasing group or MRP controller much like SAP to better maintain material requirements. 

My client needs to be able to issue a refund to their customers before the product is received back in.  We were trying to use an RC order type and on the general screen you can select a box to “allow refund before return”.  Has anyone been able to get this to work.  The prepare invoice selection is still grayed out and we can only get the credit memo issued once we complete the return.  They need to track when the product is returned and it is serialized product but they want to issue the credit before the product is returned.  If anyone has successfully setup this workflow can you let me know how you did it?Thanks,
