SO301000 Action "ShowInvoicesandMemos" side panel seems corrupted in 2022R2

When upgraded last year to 2022R2, we found a new Side Panel in the SO screen show up to view Invoice & Memos of the customer that you are working with in the SO, but it constantly spins and never opens.  Tested in our sandbox as well, with no customizations applied, and it doesn’t work there either.

If you try to view the Action in Customization Project Editor it won’t even let you open the Properties of the Action--it’s just blank (see screen shot).  Is this just a corrupted feature?  Anyone else seen this, or more importantly found a resolution?

Check the version of Acumatica you are on as this was a known issue on early version as we had it with some customers believe this was the issue

Thanks, can you guide me to where you found this?  My searches yielded nothing on the issue.

 

We’re on 22.211.0034.  Does this mean that it was fixed in 22.215.0056?  What does the <=22.206.0035 refer to?

Go to the Product Drop down on this page top right hand side and select your version and then under the build you will see a hyperlink to known issues.
