Is it possible to set up file synchronization to an FTPS server? I saw this post that seems to show it as a shipped feature but I don’t see it as an option.

Any insights or tips for someone switching from a Microsoft Dynamics 365 developer to Acumatica?Is it challenging? What are the similarities and differences between developing for Acumatica customizations vs MS Dynamics?

Good day,We are experiencing an issue with the 2022R1 AR Aging report including :Cancelled invoices.   Is this a bug?  Do we need to revise the AR Aging.  Does not seem like Cancelled invoices should show up anytime no matter when we set the date for the aging report.  It has caused Accounting stress that the AR Aging includes these invoices especially for audits.Anyone run into this issue?  Can recommend a course of action.  Our VAR has put a case of ACM Support which does take time.  I would rather not have update the report until I know if this a bug or something wrong with the report and maybe get a solution from ACMYou assistance is greatly appreciated.@Evan G 

I configured out clients Easypost account and was able to easily add nearly all the UPS services I need EXCEPT for Worldwide services.I checked on Easyposts’ site and they do support them but they don't show up in my available services. What am I doing wrong?

Can the Customer Portal be configured so the Customer can input  a few fields of data about specific products the customer purchased?  

We have the Retail Commerce Edition.  Does the Retail Commerce Edition contain all of the features of the Distribution Edition?  If not, what general feature of the Distribution Edition are not contained in the Retail Commerce Edition? 

Can we setup approval workflow in purchase order when it will exeed the budget of the selected task and selected project?

We are coming off an ECISolutions software and migrating to Acumatica. In the mapping of Customers there is a field called Account Ref which I believe links that customer to a GL Account. My question is what actually goes into that field? In ECISolutions there is a field called debnr that is listing the customer number back to the gbkmut table (main GL table).  Would it be better to link the Customer Class back to the GL Account(s) or continue using the cusotmer number? The final say of course would be for the Accounting Manager to make that decision.

I set up a new sandbox and database and uploaded a backup of my production ERP to populate the database. I can see that the database tables populated, however my data is not showing up in the sandbox. Can someone please help me troubleshoot? Thanks!    

I have a Dashboard that shows a pivot table of item sales, between a Start Date and and an End Date, the pivot is sorted by total sales $ descending.The user would like to be able to export the data from the pivot table to excel.From what I have been able to find it appears the only way to do this is to click on the pivot table header and export the data from the drilldown.The problem is the underlying Generic Inquiry is used for other displays on the dashboard and when the drilldown is used the output has many more columns than the user needs or wants.Is there some other way to export the data directly from the pivot bale?

Can anyone tell me if they’ve had any success with corporate credit cards and Bank Feeds?  We have clients asking what credit card we would suggest and none of our other clients have been able to connect bank feeds with their bank.  I would like to at least have 1 credit card I can tell my clients that works. 

I have added a second shift to my work center for 8 hours. My scheduling blocks are set to 1 hour in my Production Preferences. The second shift has its own calendar. I ran the APS maintenance. Then when I look at capacity, the work center shows 40 blocks of capacity. It showed 40 blocks when I had one shift. Now that I have added a shift I would have expected the capacity of this work center to increase to 80 blocks per week.I have deleted work centers, re-added them, recreated calendars and runt he APS process each time and nothing changes?

I have a customer who does their price markups based on breakpoints (i.e. the higher the qty the customer orders, the lower the markup %).I know the discount process can be configured for breakpoints, but I haven’t been able to find a solution to do that for markups.Any suggestions?

Is there an option for promise date for in-transit items like we have with purchase orders. The only date option I see there is expiration date. I’m trying to keep track of when inventory will be available for customer purchase in our reports, but I’m struggling with in-transit items/transfer orders. 

I created a very simple sub-report with the below specifications.
