I have created a new grid in Cases where when you populate the Relations grid tab with invoice documents it then populates this new grid called CAMRelations with all of the invoices entered in the Relations tab.Right now, I have it working where the CAMRelations grid pulls the invoices one at a time from the Relations tab, but I want it to populate with all of the invoices from the Relations tab, not simply one at a time. If you highlight each item in Relations the CAMRelations pulls the correct invoice information, but again only one at a time and not a list of the invoices from the Relations grid.The screen shots below show what I am seeing.Basically below is the logic I want to use, it simply fails validation.  So I do not know what I should do for this.                    var items = Base.Relations.Select().FirstTableItems.ToList();                                        foreach (CRRelation item in items)                    {   PXSelect<ARInvoice, Where<ARInvoice.noteID, Equa

Hi there, We number our inventory items using the format00-000In our previous system, any new inventory item that is added (stock or non-stock) is assigned the next number in sequence,so after 10-999, the next number in the sequence would be 11-000 Is it difficult to configure Acumatica to automatically assign the next number in sequence (regardless of whether we are adding a stock or a non-stock item)?e.g. if we added a stock item, the system would generate 10-999if we then added a non-stock item, the system would generate 11-000 (the next number in sequence)…We have already imported our stock using this format, but when we add a new inventory item, we have to manually sort stock items in number sequence, then manually sort non-stock items in number sequence, find out what the latest number was, and then manually type in the next number in sequence.  This isn’t ideal… :)Any tips would be greatly appreciated. 

Newbie here…. When managing tenants, the training material says to make sure all users are logged out.  However, does this apply to situations like creating a new Tenant and using existing backups,  I would not be managing any tenants where users are logged in.  I would be creating a new one and using an existing backup.   Hope this makes sense. Shawn

HI All,All transactions linked with the project seem to show on Project Transaction PM3040PL but don’t know why recording Prepayment on AP Check & Payment does not.For the business case, we record deposits from customers for the specific project. We use Prepayment on AP Check & Payment for that purpose. Even though we have linked this transaction with the project, this transaction doesn't show on Project Transaction.So when we want to check all transactions related to 1 project to calculate how much the customer own us on the specific project, it will go wrong.Is it somethings wrong on my setting or the transaction Prepayment on AP Check & Payment dont link to Project Transaction as default?

Im trying to loop through each line of my grid from a checkbox (Auto Assemble Kits) in the main document header to enable/disable all rows of my grid with custom int field usrAutoBuildReq (also check if line IsAKit). I have read through several posts here but am still have a problem trying to put the sum of a column from multiple rows of a grid into a header column. I have seen code snippets, however, I think I am not arranging my code correctly.I am still very new to Acumatica coding.    Below the error message is the full CS code I am using.  Everything validates and compiles, but when I try to access the Cases screen I receive this error message.  So I obviously do not know where and what I need to do here.Can someone point me in the correct direction?What I am trying to do is on the Cases screen, use the Relations tab to associate Invoices to a Case and then in a new grid populate that grid with all of the invoice information from the Relations tab. (the other problem I have is that the new grid called “CAM Relations” only lists one invoice at a time, but that is a different problem not for this topic; unless dear reader you know what I am doing wrong there also).Then I have a UDF in the header

I have a custom mater-detail screen and all standard action buttons including Copy & Paste. When I try to copy and paste an existing dataset to a new form, I get an error. I was wondering does Acumatica’s engine itself handles the copy and paste operations or I should write a custom code for it?

I wrote a new P&L in ARM with expense rows coded to show as negative. It works correctly in the report, but when exported to Excel I have the problems below:Amounts appearing as positive in Excel but negative in the formula bar (i.e. Excel treating as negative but appears as positive) Amounts appearing as positive when they are actually negative (opposite of #1) Amount showing as negative in both Acumatica and Excel (correct) but in formula bar it’s actually pulling through as a positive numberBasically the negatives are all wrong in Excel, but not consistently so 🙃 I’ve looked extensively online and in the community but haven’t found a solution. An example of the row format is below:  Appreciate any help! 

Issue:  I need a formula to work one way when its to account 0500 and another way when it isn't.  I tried: 0500 ‘0500’ and “0500”, and the formula is only returning values for the false.  How to I format the expression to return the result for when its True.   = IIf( [GLTran.AccountID]= '0500', ( ([GLTran.CreditAmt] *.5) - ([GLTran.DebitAmt] ) *.5) , ([GLTran.CreditAmt] *.75) - ([GLTran.DebitAmt] ) *.75 )
