We are trying go paperless with Pick List for our warehouse; Does anyone know how to make the Item’s barcode and the bin location’s number to display on the Pick List as a barcode?  Like the pic below, thanks...

HiWe have a Payment Voucher Report in Quick Checks Form that can be print when the Status is equal to PrintedStatus is Equal to Printedthe Payment Voucher Report But we want to print this Payment Voucher Report when the status is equal to Pending Print.When Status is Pending PrintReport is not showing correct values when the status is Pending Print.Does anyone know how to solve this issue?Thank you.

We normally process a single AP import containing payments for multiple branch IDs. Prior to our upgrade to 2021 R1, all invoice entries would import with the appropriate cash account regardless of the branch we are in. After our upgrade, it seems the only cash accounts populating are those that are linked to the branch we are in while processing the import.Has anyone else experienced this issue?If so, can you please advise me on the best way to fix this?Thank you!Sondra 

In the case where a client has employees working in multiple states, some employees have additional state tax withheld. If an employee works in MO and KS and has additional tax of $10 for KS and does not work in KS that week, Acumatica still withholds the $10 additional tax for KS. The only way around it is to update the Employee Payroll Settings and remove the $10 additional tax from KS for that week and then put it back again for the next paycheck. This involves a lot of intervention to prevent this and then remembering to go back and update the tax settings after generating payroll for those individuals. We need a way to have Acumatica not include the additional tax when they are not working in the State with the additional tax.

Good dayI have a scenario where I created one sales order with multiple lines and the stock is coming from multiple warehouse as per the screenshot below, where I am picking stock from 3 different warehouse  I have seen that Acumatica forces me to create a single shipment per warehouse, thus three shipments from one order , creating too many documents I do not need, yet I just need one shipment and a single shipment CONFIRMATION (MY Delivery note).Is it possible to create one shipment from a sales order with multiple line items from different warehouses? How best can I manage such a situation?

Hello Everyone,I am playing around with various costing method scenarios in right now. Let’s say I enter a PO for 10 of an item at $100. This item is costed at FIFO. Let’s say the accompanying AP Bill is for $120. I understand there will be $20 going to PPV and $20 going to Purchase Accruals. The cost of the item stays at $10/unit even though the bill was for $120. Is there anyway to retroactively update that item’s cost to $12/unit for this PO/Receipt?   If anyone has suggestions or ideas that would be great. Maybe there is an industry standard.Thanks

Hello,I am currently going through training, trying to generate a custom object and have it be able to be interfaced via the workflow engine ui. However, when I attempt to add a field to the “State Identifier” field on the workflow interface, it does not return any available values. I recently moved from using Business Central and in that system we could set up a posting table for sales and cost of sales using BOTH item class and customer group.  I’ve searched but can’t find how to do in Acumatica.This setup is great for groups as it makes it easy to split out intercompany activity for elimination.  Its also useful for segment reporting.Any ideas?  thanks Peter

I currently have the scan move screen customized to flow into the Qty State automatically to allow for a qty to be scanned in.However I would like the user to have the option to hit enter and skip the step, which would ideally pass a default qty of 1.The issue I’m running into is that the barcode field won’t allow the user just hit enter to pass a null value.Is there a way I can have null values passed through on that field?Thank you.

Hi,I need to know, If I created a DAC extension table for the POline table and create a orderType field for the DAC extension.Is it possible to get same orderType column data inside in the POLine table into my DAC extension orderType field.ex: POline row 1 OrderType is ‘standard’ and My DAC extension orderType is same to with ‘standard’ type.?

when i put the inventory id in the details tab of the sales order form, i get the following error " inventory of inventory id does not exist in the system". so i am unable to process the new sales order.

We just upgraded to 2022R2 - Build 22.207.0013.And we are having performance issues with our order syncs from BigCommerce.  The orders are Preparing and Processing as expected - and this is verified in the Sync History page.However - shortly after processing into the system, the order gets switched back to a status of “Prepared”.  The system is then trying to re-process the same order - even though it already exists now.This is causing system perf issues as the day goes on - and the number of orders grows.  The Prepare and Process jobs are scheduled to run every 60 seconds.Thoughts?

What is the best practice when it comes to Inventory Replenishments versus MRP. In what cases does it make sense to utilize IN replenishments and in what cases does it make more sense to use MRP?If I am implementing MRP for a client, then should I even utilize IN replenishments or utilize MPR Only?From my understanding, it sees I should use IN Replenishments for items that have nothing to do with a BOM. For any item (FS, Sub Assembly, Raw Material) that’s included in a BOM, it seems that MRP is better suited for such stock-items. Wondering how other consultants approach this.  

I have a scenario i want to create to update open Production Orders. I have an XLS that has the Production order number, the Operation, the Work Center, the current Overhead Rate, and what the New Over Rate should be. I need to do this from screen AM209000. The steps would be to look up the Production Order, Place the order on Hold, and select the proper operation. next, you would have to update the Overhead factor on the Overhead tab to the “New Rate” and take it off hold save. From here you would progress to the next item on the list. Screen AM209000 Any thoughts?? 

We’ve noticed this a few times at different clients but I don’t have a smoking gun to bring in tech support so I’m looking to see if anyone else has had similar experiences.When there has been an update due to Windows/IIS/SQL security patches, or some other update on the Acumatica side, that we find that sometimes a customization project has reverted back to a prior version. We’ve seen source code within the project revert and we’ve seen cases where a DLL appears to have reverted back one version.Last night our clients production site had some updates and this morning they called with some configuration related issues. We checked on fields in a setup screen and discovered that some fields were blank causing invoices to be missing a default cash account value. These fields were populated the day before because it prevents invoices from being posted.
