Securities - Revoke the ability to release Transactions and Bills?

Hello - 

We have a temp AP clerk, and would love to have them enter transactions and bills, but NOT be able to release them. Is there a way to revoke access to the “Release” function on this screens, while granting access to the rest? I am searching through the securities and am not finding it. Thanks for any guidance!

On the Access Rights by Role, you can change the access rights to View Only.
