Our standard protocol for new users has been setting a default password but required the ‘Force User to Change Password on Next Login’ checkbox under each user profile. The issue I’m discovering is that the mobile app does not like that. It will say invalid credentials instead of popping up some type of interface allowing them to set the password. This is troublesome as users then have to use a web browser for the first login, set password, then can begin using the mobile app. Has anyone else discovered this?

I want to create an export scenario which includes order summary and line details. Is this possible?  I created an export scenario (XML attached), however it doesn’t work correctly. 

Hello!I am attempting to add some conditional formatting on the SO Order Details grid where the SO Lines are viewable when looking at a Sales Order.I have implemented a customization on the SO Order Entry graph which calculates the mark up of each line amount over total average cost of the line, which then puts this number into a custom field on an SO Line DAC Extension.I want to highlight the SO Line rows in red where the the custom field(usrMarkupPct) is less than 0.1.Everything I am finding says to edit the ASPX file of the Sales Order screen but I am not sure that is the best way to do this.Does anyone have any experience with applying formatting conditionally to SO Lines?As always, any help will be greatly appreciated!!

Hi,I need create a user which i want he have access to only two G.I. in the 37 total G.I. of the system, how to acheive this?I created an user who i gived ODATA role + NewRole(who have view setting in Acces by screen on these two GI). But it’s don’t work.Thanks

Dear ALL,For example: on the screen "Invoices and Memos" > Customer item > Clicking the selector > Creating new “filter settings” > entering the filter name > and new TAB is created then.Please guide us How do users only see the data on the new TAB of the generated filter settings. Users must not see the “ALL RECORDS” TAB.Regards,NNT      

Hello,I am adding a parameter to a working GI.I check the box “From Schema” on the parameter.There ARE records and values for this field and I show them on the output.If I set a default value on the parameter it works for the default.I simply cannot select a value for my parameter from the database which is the whole purpose of “From Schema”.Any thoughts? 

Hi all,I have a new customized screen . I’m adding sales orders to the grid of the screen taken from sales orders screen line level. To select sales order lines, I use a custom smart panel as below. As highlighted above,  I need to avoid loading sales orders when the status is ‘Cancelled’ to my smart panel. On a Sales Order, I am able to set an item as mark for PO and create a drop ship PO that is linked to the SO line. Am I able to go backwards - create a drop ship PO (manually, not through the SO) and then link back to the SO?

I have a created an assignment map for Purchase Requests and assigned it to the Purchase Requisition preferences. No matter how I configure it when I create a request it doesn’t assign it to the workgroup. I can see other areas where Assignment maps are used require a a process to be run to assign the owner and workgroups. . For example, Cases, Contacts, and Opportunities. No such process exists for assigning requests. Any idea on how I can get this to work? 

I’d like to add an import from Excel button to the Payments and Applications grid on screen: AR302000I can see some stuff online, but it’s ancient. When we do an inventory count, the adjustment hits 66102 - Physical Inventory Adjustments which we have specified as a COGS account. However, there are certain items (such as packaging), which, when adjusted should flow through a different account (the one specified on the stock item screen).  Is there a way to set up inventory counts that post adjustments directly to the related stock item expense account rather than the physical inventory adjustment account?

Noob question, I apologise in advance.On a sales order I have these two fields that I am trying to add to a report. I reference the first field in a report with=[SOOrder.CustomerOrderNbr]and it works perfectly.However, I reference the 2nd field in a report with=[SOOrder.ExtRefNbr]and it produces an empty column.If that field isn’t ExtRefNbr, how can I determine the field ID?thanks.

We just upgraded to 23R1 and discovered that the document nbr search (within the document screen) is now searching other fields besides the document number.  Is there a way to restrict this to only search document numbers and not customer IDs, as shown below? I search for SO # 1224 and get 1132 in the dropdown.  1132 is an SO# that has a CUSTOMER ID of C1224.  My users don’t want to find a customer number in this particular search box. This same dynamic occurs in the Production Order Maintenance screen and probably other screens as well.

We are experiencing an issue where we run Project Billing (Construction) and as a result, the invoice being emailed is generated based upon the default (OOTB) report version.  We have a customized (simple) AR641000 version.  It is selected in the Invoice/Memo screen under report versions as the one that should be used (ACTIVE).  The correct version of the report is being used everywhere else EXCEPT when we have Acumatica send the invoice to the customer via email.   Acumatica 2022 R2, Build 22.205.0026 

Okay so I am working with Celigo to migrate data between legacy ERP systems to Acumatica.  One task is to create Customer Records in Acumatica, will work on Vendors next.  With Customers though there are two Topclass endpoints I am looking to use: Customer and BusinessAccount. However, 3 required fields on the Customer Record are AR Account, Sales Account, and Cash Discount Account. I am trying to set them via a webservice call but don’t see these fields available under the default Endpoint and under either Customer or BusinessAccount TopClasses. I know we can set them on the Customer Class via the CustomerClass Endpoint but don’t see it under Business Account or Customer. Any information on what these values are so I can set them using ideally the customer Endpoint? Do I need to duplicate the default Endpoint and then extend Customer?

I am wondering if anyone can help me find the steps to enable SSO (Microsoft Azure AD, OAuth 2.0) on Acumatica Cloud.Do not need the steps to create an application in Azure AD. Only the Acumatica side.We are not able to create an external identity provider, and all of the instructions I find are for on-prem instances not SaaS and require modifying the install filesThank you!!
