Good day,

I have a situation populating an endpoint with custom fields.

I created some custom fields, and in my local instance when I go to web service endpoint I extend the endpoint, extend entity of the sales order and when I Populate, I look for the section of Order summary and I find my fields, but in a SaaS instance they are not appearing, and I can’t add them to the endpoint.

The first picture is in the local instance and the custom fields: RouteID, Route Nbr, Customer Nbr, appear and are options for me to add into the endpoint, but the second picture is when I try to populate the endpoint in SaaS and the fields do not appear.

Everything is published correctly, and the picture of the sales order is in the SaaS itself.

Does anyone have any explanations or suggestions?

I solved the issue, I know it might not be the best option, but I made a new customization project with custom fields again and unpublished and erased the previous one and published the new one and it worked, now I can add the custom fields to the endpoint.

Thank you @Vignesh Ponnusamy  and @rcreasy for your suggestions.

Hi @orlandonegron43, Did you try restarting the site?

To check this further in SaaS instance, you can unpublish other customization and test only with this customization package.

Hi @orlandonegron43 Are you positive your customization is published correctly? In your screenshot of the SO, your custom fields don’t appear to be input fields. Can you confirm that your custom fields have been added to the DAC in the SaaS?

I restarted the website and noticed that in the production tenant the custom fields are available to add to the endpoint now, But I also need them in the development tenant and the fields there are still not appearing when I try to populate, what I don't understand is that there is another customization project that includes a custom field in the Details of the Sales order, and that field appeared in the Details section and was added to the endpoint, but now with the new custom fields does not work for the header of the sales order.

@orlandonegron43,

Are you publish the customization from Production tenant? Did you try using the Publish to Multiple Tenant option and selecting the Development tenant as well? This should publish the customization to all the selected tenants.

Screenshot of the option,
