Thank you for help. I have managed with adding one more contact table. Below are the screenshots

You can join to the Contacts table based on the PrimaryContactID. From there, users with permissions can find the field names by using Customization-->Inspect Element and clicking on any form field to see the DAC and field name. For example Salutation is the field name for the Job Title field.

They use the same field from the Contacts DAC, but the difference is on the join - DefContactID vs PrimaryContactID.
