After going through the steps in “Modifying the Printing & Emailing section of PO screen”, I don’t see how to modify the More menu with setting up printing a modified Purchase Order needed for our business. Under the “Print Purchase Order” I would like to add “Print Widget Purchase Order” (and not mess to much with the normal “Print Purchase Order” button) or use the present “Print Purchase Order” button to for our modified Purchase Order (PO6410C1.rpx).

You will need to use a customisation package to add a new Action to print to this form to the Purchase order screen.
Create or modify an existing customisation package and then add the Purchase Order screen and then under Actions add a new action and set the Destination screen to your new form. Then publish it.
