We create a service order from the project.

when activating the project to create a service order, we are encountering an error on the project screen.

We added the billing rule in both the summary tab and the tasks tab.

Hope you are doing good.

 

Go to the relevant customer, delete the Billing rule and then click on Save. Select the Billing rule again on the customer and save.

We also use Service Management and encounter this error from time to time and it solves our problem.
