Hi All, Is it possible to have a unique Default Order Type based on which branch or company you are logged into? We have 2 separate companies in our instance. Company A uses Quotes, or QT order type, for 99% of their orders. Meanwhile, Company B uses Sales Orders with Allocation, or SA order type, for a majority of their orders. Changing the sales default sales order setting affects the default for both companies: Is there a unique setting per company or branch that can be used to configure this instead?

We are trying to set up our Authorize.net sandbox account as a processing center on our Acumatica sandbox tenant, however we’re getting the below error message. I created a brand new Signature Key and Transaction Key and still when I try to test credentials I get this error.Any ideas how to get around this? I’ve played around with TESTMODE and VALIDATION parameters and that hasn’t helped. 

Simple question, can you prevent deletion/cancellation of a Sales Order if it is linked to a Production Order?  Can it be based on the status of the RO (released, started, completed)?  I have found this is a recent feature for linked POs, but am wondering why it wasn’t implemented for ROs as well, or if I am just missing something.

Hello,I have a new development instance of Acumatica. On an old instance (that I deleted to prepare for an upgrade), I had a Visual Studio solution for an extension library. Now I need to edit code in the customization. I copied the solution to the location that it was in on the old instance( AcumaticaERP\Instance Name\App_Data\Projects\). However, when I build the solution it does not change anything and I do not get the “Files have been modified” message when I try to publish.Does anyone know what the problem is? Do I have to change a file on the server?Please advise.

Has anybody else integrated Acumatica with Paymode-X. I know that there are others doing electronic AP payments with Acumatica but we are looking to use a specific vendor. (AvidXchange) was one listed.https://sourceforge.net/software/compare/AvidXchange-vs-Bottomline-Paymode-X/ I see that Paymode-X does integration with a few other ERPs.  Sage, NetSuite but says it has a open API intergration with any ERP. Just wanted to see if others have used it and solicit and feedback.  

I’m looking for thoughts on how to handle the following scenario:We have components that we manufacture inhouse, but also outsource.  In house, we do standard production orders against a BOM, which generates our standard cost. But, we also outsource these items.  Currently, we outsource these components 95% of the time.  Because we have BOM for these parts, out standard cost generates whenever we Cost Roll our BOM, but I really need our cost to reflect the PO cost of these items, or a avg of the 2, since we are 95% outsourced.  I’d prefer to keep the BOM active for our flexibility.

We are in the process of converting from Macola/Synergy to Acumatica. All of our box labels and item UPC code labels have been done with Nice Labels using Zebra printers. Is there a more efficient way of converting the Nice Labels to a format that Acumatica can use or will we have to design them similar to the way Acumatica report is done, RBAR (Row by Agonizing Row). I know that there are companies out there can can convert the Nice Labels to Acumatica format such as ASGARD), but if possible, we would like to do it inhouse.

Good dayI have a customization that I am working on in Acumatica and was wondering if anyone might help me or cab just to tell me if something like this is possibleOn the employee timecard screen I am trying to add a label in a row just beneath the days to so that day's current date. Can be a label or any field but just to display the date of the current day that they are entering.And then with that I would like to add at the bottom either as a column or a label to display the total of hours that has been added to the specific day as the user enters them.Does any of that sound possible?Please see my screen shot

Hi all, I just wrote a row style -- =Iif ([SOOrder.CustomerRefNbr] = 'PRO FORMA' and [SOOrder.Status] = 'R','red20', 'default') If it’s a PRO FORMA on CREDIT HOLD, highlight the row red. So far so good. I would like to modify this so it’s only on credit hold pro formas that are greater than a week old. So I did something like this:=Iif ([SOOrder.CustomerRefNbr] = 'PRO FORMA' and [SOOrder.Status] = 'R' and [SOOrder.OrderDate]< @Today -7,'red20', 'default') That unfortunately gives an error. Is there a way to do dates in expressions? I see the DateDiff function but I have no idea how to work the syntax on that. Thanks!

Each month we do an allocation entry where we allocate all of the expenses in our corporate branch to our other branches based off a fixed weighting. The problem is, rather than all of the accounts in our corporate branch being $0 after the allocation, we want the total to be posted to an offset/contra account that would making the overall balance in the corporate branch be $0.Ideally it would look something like this:

By passing some field from purchase receipt screen to receipt screen like below when release action in purchase receipt 

When I publish my customization, several fields do not show in the grid by default.  I want all columns in my grid showing by default.  When the customer publishes the package, I don’t want them to have to open the screen and manually add the columns to the grid. This is the list of columns in the project editor.Is there some setting that is making the three fields on the left not be included by default on the right?  I don’t see any options in the editor that would seem to handle this. 

Hi, I have met an issue when creating a discount in a sales order invoice, how can I avoid the discount automatically rounding? I setup the discount with 2%, but the system automatically rounding the discount to 2.077922%770 * 0.02 = 15.4 / 770*0.0277922 = 16
